A new type of element which is suitable for solving the modes of thegalloping long multi-span bundle conductor structures is presented. The element is composed of allsub-conductor segments between two spacers. Based on the linearized governing differential equationsof the conductors, the mass matrix and stiffness matrix of the element in consideration of theconstrained relations imposed on the conductors by spacers are derived. The dynamic characteristicsof the galloping control devices can be directly added to the element. The modes for an actual powerline structure are computed by using the element formula and FEM procedures, where seven cases ofdifferent galloping control device allocations are considered. Compared with the measured data, themethod is shown to be reliable and effective. Analysis and discussions of the computational resultsare given. Some hints that are helpful to further investigation of galloping are also obtained .

The dc glow discharge plasma nitriding of austenite stainless steel with severe surface deformation layer is used to produce much thicker surface modified layer. This kind of layers has useful properties such as a high surface hardness of about 1500 Hv 0.1 and high resistance to frictional wear. This paper presents the structures and properties of low temperature plasma nitrided austenitic stainless steel with severe surface deformation layer.

Carbon dots(CDs)have wide application potentials in optoelectronic devices,biology,medicine,chemical sensors,and quantum techniques due to their excellent fluorescent ***,synthesis of CDs with controllable spectrum is challenging because of the diversity of the CD components and *** this report,machine learning(ML)algorithms were applied to help the synthesis of CDs with predictable photoluminescence(PL)under the excitation wavelengths of 365 and 532 *** combination of precursors was used as the *** PL peaks of the strongest intensity(λ_(s))and the longest wavelength(λ_(l))were used as target *** six investigated ML models,the random forest(RF)model showed outstanding)performance in the prediction of the PL peaks.

Nanowires(NWs)with ultrahigh aspect ratio are good one-dimensional(1D)nano scafolds for building functional ***,challenges still remain in exploring methods to prepare shape designable NW aerogels with high quality,and to reveal multi functions in a single NW aerogel ***,we report a general camphene freeze-drying method for preparation of various inorganic NW aerogels(e.g,Cu,hydroxylapatite,MnO_(2)and MnOOH NW aerogels),2D graphene oxide nanosheet aerogels,organic polymer aerogels of polystyrene(post-synthesis)and resin(in situ polymerization)aerogels,which can be freely shaped in the frozen monolith *** as prepared aerogels have even distributed porosity and smooth *** camphene is cheap and can be efectively recycling collected for *** the Cu NW aerogel with even porosity and low density of 20 mg cm^(−3),multifunctional pressure/gas/photo-sensing was demonstrated.A high pressure sensitivity of 1.7 kPa^(−1)was achieved.

背景绝经后女性高血压患者是冠心病易发人群,其冠心病患病率与死亡率较绝经前显著升高。本研究在团队前期研究基础上进一步联合糖脂代谢、血管弹性等相关指标诊断绝经后女性高血压患者发生冠心病,以期为临床识别绝经后女性高血压患者的冠心病风险提供新思路。目的探讨三酰甘油葡萄糖(TyG)指数、踝肱指数(ABI)、臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)、脉压指数(PPI)、动脉硬化指数(AI)联合与绝经后女性高血压患者发生冠心病的相关性及预测价值,构建绝经后女性高血压患者冠心病发生风险的预测模型。方法本研究选取2019—2022年就诊于中日友好医院中西医结合心内科的首次行冠状动脉造影检查的绝经后女性高血压患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组与非冠心病组。收集患者入院时的TyG指数、ABI、baPWV、PPI、AI等临床资料,采用多因素Logistic回归分析构建绝经后女性高血压患者冠心病发生风险预测模型,并绘制列线图实现模型可视化。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线、校准曲线、临床决策曲线分析(DCA)评价诊断效能。结果本研究共纳入首次行冠状动脉造影的绝经后女性高血压患者300例,其中非冠心病组141例、冠心病组159例。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,ABI、baPWV、TyG指数、PPI、AI是绝经后女性高血压患者发生冠心病的影响因素(P<0.05),并根据预测方程绘制列线图。ROC曲线分析结果显示,ABI、baPWV、TyG指数、PPI、AI和联合预测模型预测绝经后女性高血压患者发生冠心病的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.662、0.687、0.659、0.700、0.612、0.808(P<0.001),预测模型预测绝经后女性高血压患者冠心病发生风险的灵敏度为0.7806,特异度为0.7410。校准曲线显示预测结果与实际结果具有较好的一致性。DCA曲线表明列线图具有较好的临床实用价值。结论ABI、baPWV、TyG指数、PPI、AI是绝经后女性高血压患者发生冠心病的影响因素,新开发模型可对冠心病风险进行有效预警。

Optimization of Inactivation Conditions of High Hydrostatic Pressure Using Response Surface Methodology

Response surface methodology (RSM) was employed in the present work and a second orderquadratic equation for high hydrostatic pressure (HHP) inactivation was built. Theadequacy of the model equation for predicting the optimum response values was verifiedeffectively by the validation data. Effects of temperature, pressure, and pressureholding time on HHP inactivation of Escherichia coli ATCC 8739 were explored. Byanalyzing the response surface plots and their corresponding contour plots as well assolving the quadratic equation, the optimum process parameters for inactivation E. coliof six log cycles were obtained as: temperature 32.2℃, pressure 346.4 MPa, and pressureholding time 12.6min.

Aim: To examine the effect of sildenafil citrate on penile erection of male rhesus macaque. Methods: Twenty Macaca mulatta were divided into the sildenafil treated and the control groups of 10 animals each. The penile size, the corpus cavernosal electromyogram (EMG) and the intra-corpus cavernosal pressure (ICP) were determined. Results: The diameter of penis and the ICP were significantly increased and the corpus cavernosal EMG significantly reduced in the sildenafil group. Conclusion: Sildenafil citrate increases the penile size and ICP and reduces the corpus cavernosal EMG in male rhesus macaque.
