An 83-year-old Chinese woman presented with a 3-month history of *** also had a history of hypertension,type 2 diabetes,fundus hemorrhage,and cataract but no history of cutaneous,ocular,or other-site *** gastrointestinal tract angiography revealed gastritis and duodenal diverticulum;thus,an endoscopic review was *** computed tomography of the chest and upper abdomen revealed the following:(1)Esophageal space-occupying lesions and mediastinal lymph node enlargement(considering the high possibility of esophageal cancer,further endoscopy was recommended)and(2)A small amount of right pleural effusion,with no significant lymph node infiltration or distant *** identified a bulge mass blocking the esophagus from 23 to 30 cm from the *** upper mass had a spherical clustering,while the lower mass significantly *** biopsy samples were obtained from the esophagus 23 and 28 cm from the *** biopsy showed proliferation of large round tumor cells and *** showed positive findings for HMB45 and MelanA;partially positive findings for S100,CK7,CK5/6,CAM5.2,LCA,P63,and TTF-1;and negative findings for *** Ki-67 positivity index was approximately 60%.Based on these findings,the patient was diagnosed with malignant esophageal melanoma with enlarged mediastinal lymph *** was then treated with five cycles of camrelizumab therapy combined with chemotherapy from October 18,2019,to May 5,*** review following two courses of combination therapy revealed that the esophagus was 23-25 cm away from the incisors,and there were two continuous uplifted and beaded masses that had a smooth and black surface,with each of them having a length and diameter of approximately 1 *** of the mucosa around the lumen was observed at 40 cm from the incisors to the cardia;the dentate margin was clear;and the cardia had no *** patient then received fiv

Enhancer of zeste homolog 2(EZH2)is the catalytic subunit of polycomb repressive complex 2(PRC2).Dysregulation of EZH2 causes alteration of gene expression and functions,thereby promoting cancer *** studies suggest that EZH2 has a potential prognostic role in patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC).However,the prognostic value of EZH2 expression levels in NSCLC is *** this study,we evaluated the prognostic value in lung cancer(LC-LUAD/LUSC)based on data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)***-Wallis test,Wilcoxon signed-rank test,and logistic regression were used to evaluate the relationship between EZH2 expression and clinicopathological *** regression and the Kaplan-Meier method were adopted to evaluate prognosis-related *** set enrichment analysis(GSEA)was performed to identify the key pathways related to *** correlations between EZH2 and cancer immune infiltrates were investigated by single-sample Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(ssGSEA).EZH2 was found to be up regulated with amplification in tumor tissues in multiple LC *** EZH2 expression was associated with poorer overall survival(OS).GSEA suggested that EZH2 regulates innate immune system,ECM affiliated,matrisome,surfactant ***,ssGSEA indicated that EZH2 expression was positively correlated with infiltrating levels of Th2 cells and significantly negatively correlated with mast cell infiltration *** results suggest that EZH2 is associated with LC immune infiltration and significantly over-expressed in lung cancer,and its diagnostic value is better than prognosis,which lays a foundation for further study of the immunomodulatory role of EZH2 in LC.

Intrathoracic goiter(IG) is commonly located in the anterior mediastinum. Here, we report the case of a 54-year-old Chinese woman with successful removal of an intrathoracic goiter and improvement of dyspnea by a right posterolateral thoracotomy approach. Conclusion: Posterior mediastinal thyroid goiter with mediastinal compressive symptoms is an indication for surgery.

【目的】探究初植(同龄混植)和补植(异龄混植)阔叶树对湿地松养分获取和利用策略的影响,为湿地松林的科学管理提供参考。【方法】以种植于我国亚热带红壤丘陵区的湿地松林为对象,基于长期单种和混交试验平台,分别在林龄30年且立地条件相似的湿地松纯林、湿地松-木荷初植混交林、湿地松-木荷补植混交林(补植木荷14年)中构建5块20 m×20 m标准样地(共15块样地),采集湿地松标准木的根际土壤、细根、枝、新鲜叶和凋落叶样品,测定土壤和植物各器官的氮(N)、磷(P)含量,评估不同混交模式对根养分捕获能力、叶养分回收和树木养分转运的影响,揭示养分获取策略变化的驱动因素。【结果】混交阔叶树显著提高湿地松根际土壤的NH_4~+-N和矿质氮含量(P0.05);整体看,混交阔叶树提高湿地松各器官的N、P含量,其中初植混交效应比补植好。与纯林相比,初植混交林中湿地松根氮和磷捕获能力分别显著提高14.04%和46.16%,叶氮回收效率显著降低6.07%,磷回收效率显著提高15.49%。尽管补植阔叶树降低根养分捕获成本,但阔叶树根系抑制湿地松根系的养分捕获能力,导致补植混交林中湿地松根养分捕获能力和叶养分回收效率均无显著变化。此外,与纯林相比,初植混交林中湿地松运输根向枝、叶的N转运分别提高36.05%和15.61%,P转运分别降低35.13%和36.52%;补植混交林中N转运无显著变化,但运输根向枝、叶的P转运比在纯林分别降低53.21%和40.17%。【结论】混交阔叶树提高红壤丘陵区湿地松根际土壤和植株各器官的养分含量,改变湿地松养分获取策略,其中初植比补植更能促进湿地松的养分获取和利用。此外,养分在植物体内的转运过程可被检测,且反映根捕获和叶回收的权衡关系。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of S100A7 protein and prediction of recurrence and prognosis of breast cancer in patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery combined with *** 349 samples of carcinoma tissue wax blocks were selected from January 2011 to January 2014 in Qingdao Central *** the patients had undergone breast-conserving *** analyzed S100A7 expression in tumor tissue by immunohistochemical *** univariate and multivariate analyses,we evaluated the relationship between S100A7 and clinical results,to explore independent risk factors for local regional recurrence(LRR).Results The positive expression of S100A7 in the recurrence group(66.7%)was significantly higher than in the non-recurrence group(38.4%),P=0.025.A log-rank test showed that high S100A7 expression was significantly correlated with 5-year regional recurrence free survival rate(RFS)(94.9%vs 89.5%,P=0.0408),distant metastasis free survival rate(DFS)(95.4%vs 83.5%,P<0.001),and overall survival rate(OS)(99.0%vs 92.5%,P=0.0011).Histological grade,vessel carcinoma embolus,lymph node metastasis,S100A7 expression,and tumor size were factors that influenced *** analysis of the Cox proportional hazard model showed that high S100A7 expression was an independent risk factor that affected breast cancer RFS(HR=6.864,95%CI:1.575-29.915,P=0.01).Thus,we concluded that high S100A7 expression is associated with increased risk of LRR and distant metastasis of breast cancer after breast-conserving surgery and postoperative radiotherapy.S100A7 can be used as a molecular marker to screen for patients with high recurrence risk after breast-conserving surgery.

为了探明摘薹对油菜籽粒品质性状的影响,研究以21份甘蓝型油菜品系为材料,进行摘薹处理与正常收获,测定籽粒中饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸、油脂、蛋白质及硫苷含量变化。结果表明:摘薹后棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、蛋白质及硫苷含量表现为增加的趋势,油酸、油脂含量表现为减少的趋势,芥酸、花生烯酸含量变化趋势并不明显。相关性分析表明,摘薹后油脂与油酸呈极显著正相关,二者均与棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、蛋白质呈极显著负相关。主成分及隶属函数分析表明,摘薹后y15油菜品系籽粒综合性状最优良,y12、y10、y14、y6、y19、y11、y7、y13、y20、y3、y8品系次之,y4、y2、y9品系综合得分低于对照y21。

为准确评价基因型和环境互作对黄淮区油菜产量的影响。2021—2022年本研究对黄淮区11个试验点、24个油菜品种产量进行测定,使用AMMI模型稳定性参数分析和最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)代替平均产量进行GGE双标图分析,对品种丰产性、稳产性和试点的区分力、代表性进行评价。结果显示,基因效应、环境效应及基因与环境互作效应均对黄淮区油菜产量产生极显著影响。品种‘RH1953’适宜安徽宿州、山西运城、陕西富平、陕西杨陵、陕西大荔等特定地区种植。品种‘陕油85’同时具有丰产性和稳产性,是黄淮区理想品种。陕西宝鸡试验点同时兼具较强的区分力和代表性,是黄淮区较为理想的试验点。AMMI模型和GGE双标图联合运用,提高了品种和试验点筛选的准确性,为油菜品种的推广和区试点的设置提供方法和理论参考依据。

化学药物治疗(简称化疗)是目前治疗恶性肿瘤的主要手段之一,但肿瘤的多药耐药(multidurg resistance,MDR)是临床化疗失败的主要原因之一,然而肿瘤的耐药机制至今尚未被完全阐明。microRNA是近年来生命科学新的研究热点之一,microRNA通过在转录后水平调控基因表达而参与调控一系列的生命活动,包括细胞增殖、凋亡、脂肪代谢、神经元发育、激素分泌、肿瘤血管生成、干细胞分化、肿瘤细胞浸润及转移等多种生理和病理过程。最近的研究表明,microRNA对多基因表达的调控具有高效性和特异性,对靶基因的异常调控可能构成肿瘤耐药机制,是肿瘤耐药复杂性调控的重要构成部分。因此,对microRNA与肿瘤耐药性的研究具有现实意义。本文对近年来肿瘤耐药性的研究,microRNA调控肿瘤耐药机制及microRNA作为肿瘤耐药治疗潜在靶点作一综述。
