Metal-air battery is an environmental friendly energy storage system with unique open structure.Magnesium(Mg)and its alloys have been extensively attempted as anodes for air batteries due to high theoretical energy density,low cost,and recyclability.However,the study on Mg-air battery(MAB)is still at the laboratory level currently,mainly owing to the low anodic efficiency caused by the poor corrosion resistance.In order to reduce corrosion losses and achieve optimal utilization efficiency of Mg anode,the design strategies are reviewed from microstructure perspectives.Firstly,the corrosion behaviors have been discussed,especially the negative difference effect derived by hydrogen evolution.Special attention is given to the effect of anode micro-structures on the MAB,which includes grain size,grain orientation,second phases,crystal structure,twins,and dislocations.For further improvement,the discharge performance,long period stacking ordered phase and its enhancing effect are considered.Meanwhile,given the current debates over Mg dendrites,the potential risk,the impact on discharge,and the elimination strategies are discussed.Microstructure control and single crystal would be promising ways for MAB anode.

FERONIA(FER)is a member of the Catharanthus roseus receptor-like kinase 1-like(CrRLK1L)protein subfamily,which participates in reproduction,abiotic stress,biotic stress,cell growth,hormone response,and other molecular mecha-nisms of plants.However,the mechanism by which a single RLK is capable of mediating multiple signals and activat-ing multiple cellular responses remains unclear.Here,we summarize research progress revealing the spatial–temporal expression of FER,along with its co-receptors and ligands determined the function of FER signaling pathway in multiple organs.The specificity of the FER signaling pathway is proposed to operate under a four-layered mechanism:(1)Spatial–temporal expression of FER,co-receptors,and ligands specify diverse functions,(2)Specific ligands or ligand combinations trigger variable FER signaling pathways,(3)Diverse co-receptors confer diverse FER perception and response modes,and(4)Unique downstream components that modify FER signaling and responses.Moreover,the regulation mechanism of the signaling pathway-appears to depend on the interaction among the ligands,RLK receptors,co-receptors,and downstream components,which may be a general mechanism of RLKs to maintain signal specificity.This review will provide a insight into understanding the specificity determination of RLKs signaling in both model and horticultural crops.

Nickel oxide (NiO_(x)) has significant cost and stability advantages over poly[bis (4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethyl phenyl)amine](PTAA) for inverted p-i-n perovskite solar cells (PSCs),but the poor NiO_(x)/perovskite contact stemming from some reactive species at the interface led to suboptimal device performance.To solve this problem,we take a multiple donor molecule approach,using 3,3’-(4,8-bis(hexylthio)benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b’]dithiophene-2,6-diyl)bis(10-(6-bromohexyl)-10H-phenoxazine)(BDT-POZ) as an example,to modify the NiO_(x)/perovskite interface.The primary goal was to reduce the under-coordinated Ni^(≥3+) cations via electron transfer from the donor molecules to NiO_(x),thus mitigating the detrimental reactions between perovskite and NiO_(x).Equally importantly,the hole extraction at the interface was greatly enhanced after the organic donor modification,since the hydrophobic species atop NiO_(x) not only enabled pinhole-free crystallization of the perovskite but also properly tuned the interfacial energy level alignment.Consequently,the PSCs with NiO_(x)/BDT-POZ HTL achieved a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 20.16%,which compared excellently with that of the non-modified devices (17.83%).This work provides a new strategy to tackle the exacting issues that have so far impeded the development of NiO_(x) based PSCs.

Study on the Application Value of Liver Function and Serological Index Levels in the Diagnosis of Fatty Liver

Objective:To explore the application value of liver function and serological index detection in diagnosing fatty liver.Methods:Ninety patients with fatty liver disease(disease group)and ninety healthy subjects(healthy group)were selected as the subjects of this study.They all underwent liver function index testing and serological index testing.Test results were compared,and the diagnostic accuracy of single and combined tests was evaluated.Results:Liver function indicators of patients in the disease group were higher than those in the healthy group,with severe patients exhibiting higher levels than moderate patients and mild patients(P<0.05).Serological indicators in patients in the disease group were higher than those in the healthy group,with severe patients showing higher levels than moderate patients and mild patients(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of liver function index testing was higher than that of serological index testing,and the accuracy of combined testing was higher than that of single testing(P<0.05).Conclusion:In diagnosing fatty liver,combining liver function testing and serological testing enables the initial diagnosis of the disease and facilitates the accurate assessment of its severity.

Rapid advancements in the aerospace industry necessitate the development of unified,lightweight and thermally conductive structures.Integrating complex geometries,including bionic and porous structures,is paramount in thermally conductive structures to attain improved thermal conductivity.The design of two high-porosity porous lattice structures was inspired by pomelo peel structure,using Voronoi parametric design.By combining characteristic elements of two high-porostructuressity porous lattice structures designed,a novel high-porosity porous gradient structure is created.This structure is based on gradient design.Utilizing selective laser melting(SLM),fabrication comprises three.Steady-state thermal characteristics are evaluated via finite element analysis(FEA).The experimental thermal conductivity measurements correlate well with simulation results,validating the sequence of K_L as the highest,followed by D_K_L and then D_L.Heat treatment significantly improves thermal conductivity,enhancing the base material by about 45.6%and porous structured samples by approximately 43.7%.

Dynamic Analysis of an Algae-Bacteria Ecological Model

In the paper, under the framework of exploring the interaction between algae and bacteria, an algae-bacteria ecological model was established to analyze the interaction mechanism and growth coexistence mode between algicidal bacteria and algae. Firstly, mathematical work mainly provided some threshold conditions to ensure the occurrence of transcritical bifurcation and saddle-node bifurcation, which could provide certain theoretical support for selecting key ecological environmental factors and numerical simulations. Secondly, the numerical simulation work dynamically displayed the evolution process of the bifurcation dynamic behavior of the model (2.1) and the growth coexistence mode of algae and algicidal bacteria. Finally, it was worth summarizing that intrinsic growth rate and combined capture effort of algae population had a strong influence on the dynamic behavior of the model (2.1). Furthermore, it must also be noted that transcritical bifurcation and saddle-node bifurcation were the inherent driving forces behind the formation of steady-state growth coexistence mode between algicidal bacteria and algae. In summary, it was hoped that the results of this study would contribute to accelerating the study of the interaction mechanism between algicidal bacteria and algae.

Owing to the combined features of sub-1.4 eV bandgap and all-inorganic composition,cesium tin–lead(Sn-Pb)triiodide perovskite is promising for approaching the Shockley-Queisser limit of solar cells while avoiding the use of volatile organic cations.But the low Sn(Ⅱ)stability in this perovskite remains a hurdle for delivering its theoretically attainable device performance.Herein we present a synthesis method of this perovskite based on an acetylhydrazine-incorporated antioxidative solution system.Mechanistic investigation shows that acetylhydrazine effectively reduces the oxidation of solution-phase Sn(Ⅱ)and meanwhile creates an electron-rich,protective nano-environment for solid-state Sn(Ⅱ)ions.These lead to high oxidation resistance of the final film as well as effective defect inhibition.The resultant solar cells demonstrate power conversion efficiencies up to 15.04%,the highest reported so far for inorganic perovskite devices with sub-1.4 eV bandgaps.Furthermore,the T_(90) lifetime of these devices can exceed 1000 hours upon light soaking in a nitrogen atmosphere,demonstrating the potential advantage when lower-bandgap perovskite solar cells go all-inorganic.

Identifying malicious traffic under concept drift based on intraclass consistency enhanced variational autoencoder

Accurate identification of malicious traffic is crucial for implementing effective defense countermeasures and has led to extensive research efforts.However,the continuously evolving techniques employed by adversaries have introduced the issues of concept drift,which significantly affects the performance of existing methods.To tackle this challenge,some researchers have focused on improving the separability of malicious traffic representation and designing drift detectors to reduce the number of false positives.Nevertheless,these methods often overlook the importance of enhancing the generalization and intraclass consistency in the representation.Additionally,the detectors are not sufficiently sensitive to the variations among different malicious traffic classes,which results in poor performance and limited robustness.In this paper,we propose intraclass consistency enhanced variational autoencoder with Class-Perception detector(ICE-CP) to identify malicious traffic under concept drift.It comprises two key modules during training:intraclass consistency enhanced (ICE) representation learning and Class-Perception (CP) detector construction.In the first module,we employ a variational autoencoder (VAE) in conjunction with Kullback-Leibler(KL)-divergence and cross-entropy loss to model the distribution of each input malicious traffic flow.This approach simultaneously enhances the generalization,interclass consistency,and intraclass differences in the learned representation.Consequently,we obtain a compact representation and a trained classifier for nondrifting malicious traffic.In the second module,we design the CP detector,which generates a centroid and threshold for each malicious traffic class separately based on the learned representation,depicting the boundaries between drifting and non-drifting malicious traffic.During testing,we utilize the trained classifier to predict malicious traffic classes for the testing samples.Then,we use the CP detector to detect the potential drifting samples using the centroid and th
