目的利用CT影像组学列线图预测结直肠癌患者术前BRAF突变,并进行预后分层。资料与方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2020年6月盐城市第一人民医院经病理证实的333例结直肠癌,其中训练集234例,验证集99例。分割整个肿瘤的感兴趣区并提取影像组学特征。采用最大相关最小冗余算法及最小绝对收缩和选择算子算法筛选与BRAF突变密切相关的影像组学特征。结合影像组学特征和显著的临床参数构建列线图。采用受试者工作特征曲线下面积量化诊断效能。使用Kaplan-Meier分析绘制高风险组和低风险组的生存曲线。结果保留7个影像组学特征以构建影像组学模型。结合影像组学特征和3个显著的临床参数(年龄、肿瘤部位、癌胚抗原)构建列线图,其在训练集、验证集的曲线下面积分别为0.850、0.829。列线图预测高风险组(BRAF突变组)和低风险组(BRAF野生组)患者的总生存期存在显著差异(P<0.001),且高风险组的总生存期比低风险组短。结论CT影像组学列线图可术前准确预测结直肠癌的BRAF突变,并对预后进行分层。

This article applies open source data of public facilities through data mining, not only to evaluate the public facilities from an objective dimension, but also to reflect the sensory opinions of the group factually, eventually realizing the evaluation measurement of urban public facilities. The research takes Shenzhen city as an empirical case and chooses typical public facilities to mine data, resolve address and weight to explore the application of public facilities evaluation under dimension reduction of open source data. The empirical study consists of three parts. first, as the objective evaluation, we estimate the density distribution and per capita of public facility through data mining and address resolution. Second, as the subjective evaluation, we carry on the location analysis to high-score public facility through attention and satisfaction data of Internet evaluation. finally, as mentioned above, we calculate the weight of objective and subjective evaluation of public facility, eventually formatting the comprehensive evaluation of public facilities.

目的比较星形堆叠容积内插屏气(Star-VIBE)与T1-容积内插屏气(T1-VIBE)MRI显示周围型肺癌的价值。方法前瞻性对52例周围型肺癌患者共56个病灶行胸部Star-VIBE和T1-VIBE MR检查。基于2种序列图像观察形态学征象并进行主观评分;测量病灶最大径、信噪比(SNR)及对比度噪声比(CNR);以CT为参考,比较Star-VIBE and T1-VIBE MRI显示周围型肺癌的价值。结果Star-VIBE MRI显示毛刺征、分叶征、胸膜凹陷征和晕征优于T1-VIBE(P均0.05)。结论Star-VIBE MRI显示周围型肺癌优于T1-VIBE。

Association between p75 neurotrophin receptor gene expression and cell apoptosis in tissues surrounding hematomas in rat models of intracerebral hemorrhage

Animal models of intracerebral hemorrhage were established by injection of autologous blood into the caudate nucleus in rats. Cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry and immunohistochemical staining of the p75 neurotrophin receptor. p75 neurotrophin receptor protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. p75 neurotrophin receptor mRNA was examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reactions. At 24 hours after modeling, cellular apoptosis occured around hematoma with upregulation of p75 neurotrophin receptor protein and mRNA was observed, which directly correlated to apoptosis. This observation indicated that p75 neurotrophin receptor upregulation was associated with cell apoptosis around hematomas after intracerebral hemorrhage.

In the present study, cultured human SHG-44 glioma cells were subjected to a hypoxic environment simulated using the CoOl2 method. Flow cytometry showed increased reactive oxygen species production in these cells. Real-time reverse transcription-PCR showed significantly increased hypoxia-inducible factor-la mRNA expression in cells exposed to the hypoxic condition. The antioxidant N-acetylcysteine significantly inhibited reactive oxygen species production and reduced hypoxia-inducible factor-la mRNA expression in normoxic and hypoxic groups, especially in the latter group. These findings indicate that hypoxia induces reactive oxygen species production and hypoxia-inducible factor-la mRNA expression in human SHG-44 glioma cells, and that the antioxidant N-acetylcysteine can inhibit these changes.

In this study,effects of temperature,light and their interactions on allelopathic effects and the functional traits specific leaf area(SLA)and stem mass fraction(SMF)of different allelopathic potential rice accessions at different growth stages were *** main results were as follows:Allelopathic responses to temperature and light varied with different allelopathic potential rice accessions at different growth *** the rise of temperature and the extension of photoperiod,allelopathic effect increased firstly and then decreased at 2–3 leaf stage,but increased constantly at the 4–5 and 7–8 leaf stages in strong allelopathic rice accessions[***,F1(***×RD23),F2(RL159 and RL169)].Temperature had significant impact on allelopathic effect without considering light factors,but light showed little effect on rice allelopathy at the same temperature *** greatest allelopathic effect was attained with moderate temperature and long photoperiod at 2–3 leaf stage in strong allelopathic rice accessions,but all the rice accessions showed weak allelopathic effects at the low temperature condition(15oC/10oC),and the influence of different factors on allelopathy followed a general trend as temperature>leaf stage>light,indicating that among the multiple factors impacting rice allelopathy,temperature was the main *** characteristics of F1 and F2 to various temperature and light were similar to ***,showing that allelopathic genes from wild rice can be expressed in its *** and light also had significant effects on SLA and SMF,and rice allelopathy was closely correlative to SLA in strong allelopathic rice accessions at the 4–5 and 7–8 leaf stages,but there was no correlation between rice allelopathy and SMF at different growth *** results suggested that rice adjust the relationship between allelopathy and SLA and adapt to the varied environments,and that high temperature and long phot

Biomolecular condensation, driven by multivalency, serves as a fundamental mechanism within cells, facilitating the formation of distinct compartments, including membraneless organelles that play essential roles in various cellular processes. Perturbations in the delicate equilibrium of condensation, whether resulting in gain or loss of phase separation, have robustly been associated with cellular dysfunction and physiological disorders. As ongoing research endeavors wholeheartedly embrace this newly acknowledged principle, a transformative shift is occurring in our comprehension of disease. Consequently, significant strides have been made in unraveling the profound relevance and potential causal connections between abnormal phase separation and various diseases. This comprehensive review presents compelling recent evidence that highlight the intricate associations between aberrant phase separation and neurodegenerative diseases, cancers, and infectious diseases. Additionally, we provide a succinct summary of current efforts and propose innovative solutions for the development of potential therapeutics to combat the pathological consequences attributed to aberrant phase separation.

Millimeter-wave(mmWave)radar communication has emerged as an important technique for future wireless ***,the interference between the radar signal and communication data is the main issue that should be considered for the joint radar communication *** this paper,a co-sharing waveform(CSW)is proposed to achieve communication and radar sensing *** eliminate the co-interference between the communication and sensing signal,signal splitting and processing methods for communication data demodulation and radar signal processing are given *** results show that the bit error rate(BER)of CSW is close to that of the pure communication ***,the proposed CSW can achieve better performance than the existing waveforms in terms of range and velocity estimation.
