Inhibitory effects of miRNA-200c on chemotherapy-resistance and cell proliferation of gastric cancer SGC7901/DDP cells

Background and Objective: miRNA-200c can not only inhibit the aggressiveness of cancer cells but also increase the sensitivity of cells to antitumor drugs. However, some mechanisms are still unclear. Recent researches revealed that E-cadherin is more than an inhibitor of metastasis, and it also plays important roles in reversing drug resistance. We had previously found that miRNA-200c could not only induce the expression of E-cadherin but also increase the sensitivity of gastric cancer SGC7901/DDP cells to cisplatin (DDP). This study aimed to explore the effects of miRNA-200c on biological characteristics of SGC7901/DDP cells and the roles of E-cadherin in the regulatory pathway of miRNA-200c. Methods: SGC7901/DDP cells and its parental cell line SGC7901 cells were transfected with miRNA-200c precursor (Pre-200c) and E-cadherin siRNA, respectively. Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect miRNA-200c expression after transfection with Pre-200c in SGC7901/DDP cell line. Drug sensitivities to DDP, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), paclitaxel, and adriamycin (ADR) after transfection were tested using MTT assay. The proliferation of SGC7901/DDP cells was also detected after transfection. The protein changes of E-cadherin, Bax, and Bcl-2 after transfection were detected by Western blot. Results: The miRNA-200c expression in SGC7901/DDP cells after transfection of Pre-200c was 7.128 ± 0.159 times of that in negative control (P < 0.05). The IC50 of DDP, 5-FU, paclitaxel, and ADR in Pre-200c-transfected group were significantly lower than that in negative control group (P < 0.05). Compared to the control group, cell proliferation was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). The relative protein expressions of E-cadherin and Bax in Pre-200c-transfected group were significantly higher than those in negative control group (P < 0.05), whereas Bcl-2 was significantly lower than that in control (P < 0.05). The recovery of rhenium from waste acid is an urgent issue due to low rhenium concentration and high sulfuric *** solve the problem,novel coated solvent-impregnated resins consisting of inert resins LS-300,Alamine 304-1 and the PVA film(304-CSIRs)were prepared for the separation of Re(Ⅶ)from high sulfuric acid *** was shown that the PVA film coated completely on the surfaces of LS-300 resins with a thickness of 5μm,and Alamine 304-1 distributed completely inside the porous of LS-300 *** adsorption fitted well with Langmuir model and pseudo-second-order model with the saturation adsorption capacity of139.40 mg·*** maximum separation factor of Re(Ⅶ)versus Cu(Ⅱ)was up to 483,and 304-CSIRs had no adsorptions for As(V).The adsorption capacity of Re(Ⅶ)onto 304-CSIRs maintained in 97.79%at the fifth adsorption-desorption cycle.99.87%of rhenium was recovered by 304-CSIRs from waste acid generated from a copper smelter.

QoC should be a kind of standardized service process.

Objective To investigate the effects of ciyelosporine-A(CsA).a calcinenrin(CAN)inhibitor,on electrophysiological propertiesof atria in canine tachycardia-induced model of *** Eighteen healthy adult mongrel canines weighing 17.0 to 23.2 kg(rangedfrom 2 to 4 years old)were randomized to 3 groups,Sham group(no pacemaker was implanted),atrial tachypacing group(ATP group)each group at baseline and after 8 weeks' *** included atrial effective refractory period(AERP),conductionvelocity(CV),wave length(WE),atrial fibrillation load and rate-adaptability. Results After 8 weeks' atrial tachypacing,ATP andCsA groups showed significant longer duration of the P wave,shorter AERP,decreased adaptation of AERE slower CV,shorter Wland longer AF duration compared to the shamg roup (all P＜0.05).AERP of the CsA group was longer than that of ATP group (P＜0.05),but there were no differences in rate-adaptability,CV,incidence of induced AF and AF duration between CsA group and ATP *** Our results suggest that calcineurin pathway intervention by CsA have a positive effect on tachycardia-inducedelectrical remodeling of atria,but can not prevent or reverse AF.

近年来,有很多关于液滴在不同结构表面上的润湿过程的微观尺度研究,但是在结构表面上的凝结过程研究却很少。本文使用分子动力学模拟了水滴的动态润湿过程和水蒸气在具有不同结构参数的硅表面上的凝结过程。结果表明,不论是光滑表面还是具有纳米结构的表面,液滴在表面上最终都会呈现出球缺形状态。除此之外,气态水分子在结构间隙小的表面上倾向于在结构顶部聚集,而在结构间隙大的表面上倾向于在结构底部聚集。

The methanol-to-olefins（MTO） reaction offers an alternative pathway for the production of low-carbon olefins from non-oil feedstocks. Fundamental research has been impeded by a lack of comprehensive understanding of its underlying mechanism,despite the significant progress made in industry. In-situ solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance（ss NMR） spectroscopy has emerged as a pivotal tool, offering crucial insights into key species under real-time operando conditions. Furthermore, the host–guest interaction between zeolites or surface species residing on zeolites and the reactant/active intermediates is revealed by the combination of in-situ13C MAS NMR and 2D correlation spectroscopy. Moreover, recent technological advancements in hyperpolarization（HP） methods, including HP129Xe NMR and dynamic nuclear polarization（DNP）, have significantly improved the sensitivity of ss NMR, enabling detailed structural and kinetic analysis as well as the detection of trace species. In this feature article, we summarized recent advancements in（in-situ） ss NMR spectroscopy applied to MTO reaction processes,encompassing mechanistic investigations at various stages and the intricate host–guest interactions. These theoretical insights into the dynamic evolution of MTO reactions lay a solid foundation for the optimization of catalytic processes and the development of efficient catalysts, thereby advancing the techniques towards more sustainable and economical production route for olefins.

The recycling of waste polyethylene terephthalate（PET）, an extensively used polymer as plastic and fiber materials, has become an urgent topic due to the rapid generation and accumulation of plastic waste into the environment. Current chemical recycling approaches to depolymerize and convert PET into 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol（CHDM）, an important chemical in the production of advanced polyesters, predominantly use organic solvents, such as alcohols or dioxane. Herein, we developed an environmentally friendly and economically viable pathway for converting PET to CHDM using water as the solvent. In this process, PET is sequentially hydrolyzed in water, hydrogenated to 1,4-cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid（CHDA）, and then reduced to CHDM. The PET conversion rate is self-enhanced in aqueous medium via acid-catalyzed hydrolysis by the generated CHDA intermediate. A Pd-based catalyst（e.g., Pd/C） selectively hydrogenates the arene ring of the PET monomer, terephthalic acid intermediate, and a Ru-Sn/C bimetallic catalyst reduces its COOH to CH2OH group. At optimized reaction conditions, a complete conversion of PET and 80.1% yield of CHDM are obtained. Alternatively, this approach can also efficiently produce CHDA from PET, with a yield up to 86.4%.

提出基于不同水质水资源量供需的分质水资源承载力概念,构建基于缺水发生时间的水资源承载力预警警情确定方法,采用系统动力学模型构建分质水资源承载力预警模型。以牛栏江流域上游为例,开展流域分质水资源承载力评估与预警的实证研究。研究结果表明,在现状发展趋势下,流域优质水资源达到轻度预警,一般水资源达到中度预警。为保证调水工程的顺利运行,牛栏江上游地区仅可承载低水平经济社会发展,并且需要中等以上的环境保护力度。

We adopted the solution impregnation route with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution as liquid medium for effective surface modification on graphite *** mass ratio of graphite to Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) changed from 0.5:1 to 4:1,and the impregnation time changed from 1 to 7 *** typical composite phase change thermal storage materials doped with the as-treated graphite were fabricated using form-stable *** investigate the oxidation and anti-oxidation behavior of the impregnated graphite at high temperatures,the samples were put into a muffle furnace for a cyclic heat *** on SEM,EDS,DSC techniques,analyses on the impregnated technique suggested an optimized processing conditions of a 3 h impregnation time with the ratio of graphite:Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) as 1:3 for graphite impregnation *** investigations on high-temperature phase change heat storage materials doped by the treated graphite suggested excellent oxidation resistance and thermal cycling performance.
