肌少症(sarcopenia)是当前一类严重影响老年人的日常行为能力和生活质量的疾病。因其发病率逐年增多,近些年各专家对于肌少症的研究也逐步深入。肌少症的治疗方法和治疗药物的研究备受关注,其中,选择性雄激素受体调节剂(selective androgen receptor modulators,SARMs)是一大研究热点,本篇综述的主要目的是探讨SARMs在肌少症的发生发展中的作用机制、研究和临床进展,以便于未来能更快更好地应用于临床治疗。

Currently,the major therapy for patients with ovarian cancer includes post-cytoreductive surgery followed by chemotherapy of carboplatin or cisplatin plus *** rise of drug resistance is a substantial factor in cancer recurrence and mortality among ovarian cancer patients receiving cisplatin ***147 is widely expressed in a variety of cancer tissues1 and recognized as a drug target for its antibody drug licartin which has been approved by China’s National Medicines and Pharmaceutical Administration.2 Even though many studies reported that CD147 is involved in the cisplatin resistance of varieties of cancers,3 its mechanism remains *** this investigation,we uncovered a distinctive mechanism by which CD147 regulates cisplatin resistance through the proteasomal degradation of the transcription factor FOXM1,which is associated with DNA damage repair,in ovarian cancer *** results suggest that targeting CD147 may have therapeutic implications for increasing cisplatin efficiency in the management of ovarian cancer.

在晋升锦标赛下,地方政府为增长而竞争,经济增长目标设定引致“量的压力”如何反作用于“质的提升”是一个值得探讨的现实问题。本文利用2005—2018年地级市面板数据和2009—2018年上市公司微观数据检验了经济增长目标竞争行为如何影响企业ESG表现,得到如下结论:其一,地方政府经济增长目标设定表现出标杆竞争特征,同时存在逐顶竞争和逐底竞争两种动机。其二,经济增长目标设定的标杆竞争会从不同方向影响企业ESG表现,逐顶竞争会显著降低企业ESG,逐底竞争则会显著提高企业ESG。其三,机制分析表明,经济增长目标的标杆竞争通过反向影响地方环境规制力度进而影响企业ESG表现,经济增长目标设定的逐顶竞争会降低环境规制力度,逐底竞争则会提高环境规制力度。本文探讨了地方政府行为如何向企业行为传导,揭示了经济增长目标空间竞争所带来的经济增长压力及其经济后果,也对未来优化地方政府行为、推动高质量发展具有启示意义。

Identifying the origin of porous evolution of microsized bismuth in potassium-ion batteries

Microsized bismuth(Bi)with in-situ constructed three-dimensional(3D)porous network has been considered as a promising anode for high-performance potassium-ion batteries(PIBs).However,the mechanism of the in-situ porous evolution of microsized Bi during the charge/discharge process is still ***,various electrolytes are employed to disclose the origin of porous evolution of microsized Bi in *** and theoretically,the 3D porous network originates from the uniform interfacial charge distribution on the Bi surface in the linear ether-based *** addition,the universality of the interfacial charge distribution mechanism was verified by microsized Sn and *** in-situ constructed 3D porous network of Bi enables a superior potassium storage performance in a wide temperature range from-40 to 40℃.More importantly,the K_(0.9)Mn_(0.7)Ni_(0.3)O_(2)||Bi full cell delivers excellent cycling stability(a high capacity retention of 88.44%even after 2,000 cycles)and good temperature *** work gives a distinct clarification of the origin of the porous evolution of microsized Bi during cycling,which is critical for developing high-performance PIBs.

Globally,2023 was the warmest observed year on record since at least 1850 and,according to proxy evidence,possibly of the past 100000 *** in recent years,the record warmth has again been accompanied with yet more extreme weather and climate events throughout the ***,we provide an overview of those of 2023,with details and key background causes to help build upon our understanding of the roles of internal climate variability and anthropogenic climate *** also highlight emerging features associated with some of these extreme *** extremes are occurring earlier in the year,and increasingly simultaneously in differing parts of the world(e.g.,the concurrent hot extremes in the Northern Hemisphere in July 2023).Intense cyclones are exacerbating precipitation extremes(e.g.,the North China flooding in July and the libya flooding in September).Droughts in some regions(e.g.,California and the Horn of Africa)have transitioned into flood *** extremes also show increasing interactions with ecosystems via wildfires(e.g.,those in Hawaii in August and in Canada from spring to autumn 2023)and sandstorms(e.g.,those in Mongolia in April 2023).Finally,we also consider the challenges to research that these emerging characteristics present for the strategy and practice of adaptation.

The nucleus of Darkschewitsch(ND), mainly composed of GABAergic neurons, is widely recognized as a component of the eye-movement controlling system. However, the functional contribution of ND GABAergic neurons(NDGABA) in animal behavior is largely unknown. Here, we show that NDGABA neurons were selectively activated by different types of fear stimuli, such as predator odor and foot *** and chemogenetic manipulations revealed that NDGABA neurons mediate freezing ***, using circuit-based optogenetic and neuroanatomical tracing methods, we identified an excitatory pathway from the lateral periaqueductal gray(l PAG) to the ND that induces freezing by exciting ND inhibitory outputs to the motor-related gigantocellular reticular nucleus, ventral part(Gi V). Together,these findings indicate the NDGABA population as a novel hub for controlling defensive response by relaying fearful information from the l PAG to Gi V, a mechanism critical for understanding how the freezing behavior is encoded in the mammalian brain.

Starch is a major storage carbohydrate in plants and is critical in crop yield and *** synthesis is intricately regulated by internal metabolic processes and external environmental cues;however,the precise molecular mechanisms governing this process remain largely *** this study,we revealed that high red to far-red(high R:FR)light significantly induces the synthesis of leaf starch and the expression of synthesis-related genes,whereas low R:FR light suppress these *** phytochrome B(phyB),the primary R and FR photoreceptor,was identified as a critical positive regulator in this *** of phyB,basic leucine zipper transcription factor ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL5(HY5)was found to enhance starch synthesis,whereas the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTORs(PIF3,PIF4,and PIF5)inhibit starch synthesis in Arabidopsis ***,HY5 and PIFs directly compete for binding to a shared G-box cis-element in the promoter region of genes encoding starch synthases GBSS,SS3,and SS4,which leads to antagonistic regulation of their expression and,consequently,starch *** findings highlight the vital role of phyB in enhancing starch synthesis by stabilizing HY5 and facilitating PIFs degradation under high R:FR light ***,under low R:FR light,PIFs predominantly inhibit starch *** study provides insight into the physiological and molecular functions of phyB and its downstream transcription factors HY5 and PIFs in starch synthesis regulation,shedding light on the regulatory mechanism by which plants synchronize dynamic light signals with metabolic cues to module starch synthesis.

为解决桥梁健康监测系统中传感器优化布置问题,提出一种基于自适应鲸鱼优化算法的传感器布置方法。通过Fisher信息阵二范数变化率和模态有效参与质量提取模态,有效避免模态冗余。引入Kent映射生成初始测点,以模态置信准则为适应度函数。针对鲸鱼算法中参数既控制算法的全局和局部搜索又控制算法的搜索步长,且其开发能力不足等问题,将鲸鱼算法中的参数A分解为决策因子A1和衰减因子A2。通过决策因子A1控制鲸鱼算法的全局和局部搜索,增强算法跳出局部最优的能力;通过衰减因子A2动态调整算法的搜索步长,提升鲸鱼算法搜索效率和精度。通过哈齐大桥进行实例验证,结果表明,改进后鲸鱼算法的模态置信矩阵精度相比粒子群算法提升82.29%。
