Accur.tely p.edicting fluid for.es acting on the sur.face of a str.ctur. is cr.cial in engineer.ng ***,this task becomes p.r.icular.y challenging in tur.ulent flow,due to the comp.ex and ir.egular.changes in the flow *** this study,we p.op.se a novel deep.lear.ing method,named map.ing net-wor.-coor.inated stacked gated r.cur.ent units(MSU),for.p.e-dicting p.essur. on a cir.ular.cylinder.fr.m velocity ***-cally,our.coor.inated lear.ing str.tegy is designed to extr.ct the most cr.tical velocity p.int for.p.ediction,a p.ocess that has not been exp.or.d *** our.exp.r.ments,MSU extr.cts one p.int fr.m a velocity field containing 121 p.ints and utilizes this p.int to accur.tely p.edict 100 p.essur. p.ints on the *** method significantly r.duces the wor.load of data measur.-ment in p.actical engineer.ng *** exp.r.mental r.sults demonstr.te that MSU p.edictions ar. highly similar.to the r.al tur.ulent data in both sp.tio-temp.r.l and individual ***,the comp.r.son r.sults show that MSU p.edicts mor. p.ecise r.sults,even outp.r.or.ing models that use all velocity field *** with state-of-the-ar. methods,MSU has an aver.ge imp.ovement of mor. than 45%in var.ous indicator. such as r.ot mean squar. er.or.r.SE).Thr.ugh comp.ehensive and author.tative p.ysical ver.fication,we estab-lished that MSU’s p.ediction r.sults closely align with p.essur. field data obtained in r.al tur.ulence *** confir.ation under.cor.s the consider.ble p.tential of MSU for.p.actical ap.lications in r.al engineer.ng *** code is available at http.://***/zhangzm0128/MSU.

Chir.l tetr.p.enylethylene(Tp.) dicycle tetr.aldehyde and Tp. dicycle tetr.acids bear.ng op.ically p.r. gr.up. on the cycles wer. designed and synthesized. Due to the p.op.ller.like confor.ation immobilization of Tp. unit, this new class of Tp. dicycle was r.solved into M-and p.enantiomer., which could emit str.ng cir.ular.p.lar.zed luminescence(Cp.). Inter.stingly,these Tp. helicates disp.ayed excep.ional ability of molecule r.cognition. While the Tp. dicycle tetr.aldehyde could detect the micr.scale water.in anhydr.us tetr.hydr.fur.n, the chir.l Tp. dicycle tetr.acid could disp.ay differ.nt fluor.scent color.after.inter.cting with two enantiomer. of a wide var.ety of chir.l amines including monoamines, diamines, and aminols, which could be ap.lied to chir.l r.cognition of these chir.l amines. Fur.her.or., the emission wavelength of Tp. dicycle tetr.acid was found to change linear.y with the enantiomer.p.r.ty of chir.l amine fr.m enantiomer.excess(ee) p.r.ent-100% to +100%, for.the fir.t time showing the p.tential for.quantitative chir.l analysis of chir.l amines based on emission wavelength change. The emission wavelength was affected less by envir.nmental factor. than fluor.scence intensity, which would enable the chir.l analysis based on wavelength change with higher.accur.cy and r.p.atability.

The influence of a r.active Br.lliant r.d X-3B （r.r.X-3B） dye on the p.r.xidase isoenzyme ofp.aner.chaete chr.sosp.r.um was deter.ined, and the biofilm str.ctur. in a white r.t fungal continuous membr.ne bior.actor.（MBr. was also investigated by scanning electr.n micr.scop. （SEM）. The var.ation of p.r.xidase isoenzyme and the decolor.zation r.te in the continuous MBr.wer. evaluated. The r.sults showed that the 100 mg/L r.r.X-3B could stimulate the p.oduction of the p.r.xidase isoenzyme in the shaking-flask cultur.. In addition, two new p.r.xidase isoenzyme bands with r.lative mobility （r.） value of 0.27 and 0.28 ap.ear.d, but the activity was lower.than the blank contr.l of 11 d. In the continuous MBr. the system wor.ed stably dur.ng the fir.t 60 d, the main p.r.xidase isoenzyme bands existed and thr.e new bands with r. value of 0.10, 0.27, and 0.28 ap.ear.d. Meanwhile, the biofilm gr.w well and the aver.ge decolor.zation r.te could r.ach 90.6%. But the bands of p.r.xidase isoenzyme decr.ased r.p.dly at day 65, only two bands with r. value 0.24 and 0.26 existed, and the decolor.zation r.te decr.ased to 78.3%. Ther.for., 5 bottles of p. chr.sosp.r.um mycelial p.llet wer. added into the MBr. and then the activity of the p.r.xidase isoenzyme and the decolor.zation r.te had a slight r.cover.. Finally, the decolor.zation r.te finally decr.ased to 75.2%. These r.sults contr.bute to a comp.ehensive under.tanding of the var.ation of p.r.xidase isoenzyme and biofilm in continuous MBr.by white r.t fungi.
