Objective:This study aims to investigate the impact of combining general anesthesia with bronchial intubation and thoracic paravertebral nerve block during surgery for patients with tuberculous pyothorax.Methods:Eighty patients diagnosed with tuberculous pyothorax,admitted to the hospital between January 2023 and September 2023,were randomly selected for this study.The patients were divided into control and study groups using a numerical table method.The control group underwent general anesthesia with bronchial intubation,while the study group received general anesthesia with bronchial intubation in conjunction with thoracic paravertebral nerve block.Subsequently,the patients were monitored to assess mean arterial pressure,heart rate variations,and adverse reactions to anesthesia.Results:The study group exhibited significantly lower mean arterial pressure and heart rate levels during the post-surgical incision,immediate end of surgery,and immediate extubation periods compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the Ricker and Ramsay scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of general anesthesia via bronchial intubation and thoracic paravertebral nerve block has been found to stabilize mean arterial pressure and heart rate while providing effective sedation for surgical treatment in patients with tuberculous septic thorax.

Aiming at high cost and low efficiency of conventional branch bending method in the modern intensive planting and labor-saving cultivation mode of young pear trees,this paper provides a new branch bending method with wide source of raw materials,cheap price and simple operation,which is also suitable for the management of low-age branches in the process of high grafting and upgrading of traditional big trees.

The most recent research findings on the tolerance of fruit trees to cold stress are reviewed from a molecular perspective,including the perception and transduction of low temperature calcium signaling,CBF-dependent molecular regulatory mechanisms,non-CBF-dependent molecular regulatory mechanisms,and so forth.The objective is to provide a reference basis for further improving the cold resistance of fruit trees and cultivating new varieties of hardy plants.

[Objectives]To evaluate the cold resistance and semi-lethal temperature of pear cultivars,and provide a theoretical basis for the regional extension and breeding of cold-resistant pear cultivars.[Methods]Nine pear cultivars were used to study the changes in relative conductivity and cell injury rate of pear branches under low temperature stress,and the semi-lethal temperature(LT 50)of pear branches was analyzed by fitting Logistic equation.[Results]The relative conductivity and cell injury rate of pear branches took on the trend of slow increase,rapid increase,and slow increase the decrease of treatment temperature.The LC 50 of the nine pear cultivars were as follows:Nanguo pear-33.9℃,Wanyu-32.3℃,Red D Anjou-31.8℃,Jinfeng-31.3℃,Wujiuxiang-29.2℃,20 th Century Pear-29.1℃,Hanxiang-35.1℃,Yuluxiang-27.9℃and Korla Fragrant Pear-29.2℃.[Conclusions]The semi-lethal temperature could reflect the cold resistance of pear trees,and Wanxiang had better cold resistance.The evaluation of cold resistance and semi-lethal temperature of pear cultivars can provide theoretical basis for regional extension and breeding of cold-resistant pear cultivars.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Gubenfangxiao decoction(GBFXD) on respiratory-syncytial-virus(RSV)-induced asthma and the expression of asthma susceptibility gene, orosomucoid 1-like protein 3(ORMDL3) in mice.METHODS: Seventy-two female BALB/c mice were randomly assigned to normal, model, GBFXD high dose, GBFXD moderate dose, GBFXD low dose and montelukast groups. An asthma model was induced via intraperitoneal injection and aerosol inhalation of ovalbumin(OVA) and repeated intranasal instillation of RSV in all mice, except those in the normal group. All treatments were administered at the first onset of asthma(within 8 weeks of model establishment) and the mice were euthanized after 28 days of treatment. The levels of transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) of the mice were measured and the expression of asthma susceptibility gene ORMDL3 in lung tissue was determined using real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and western blotting.RESULTS: Expression of ORMDL3 and levels of TGF-β and IL-6 were significantly higher in the model group(P < 0.05, P < 0.01) compared with the normal mice. Levels of ORMDL3, TGF-β and IL-6 were significantly lower in all three GBFXD treated groups(P < 0.05) compared with the model group.However, the levels in the GBFXD treatment groups did not differ significantly from the montelukast group.CONCLUSION: GBFXD had a therapeutic effect in this experimental model. The functional mechanism of GBFXD may involve multiple factors, including alleviation of airway inflammation, down-regulation of asthma susceptibility gene ORMDL3 and inhibition of airway remodeling.

A method for Improving the Efficiency of Pear Tree Crossbreeding

In view of the short blooming period of pear tree crossbreeding and the complexity of pollination process, a method that can improve the efficiency of crossbreeding of pear trees was provided. Meanwhile, this method can also be applied to the study of pollen xenia effect, pollination tree selection and pure pollen collection in pear tree cultivation.

目的:分析布地奈德联合肺表面活性物质(PS)预防呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2023年5月郯城县第一人民医院收治的呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿90例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组采用PS治疗,研究组采用布地奈德联合PS治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组,动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、pH值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组BPD发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组使用呼吸机时间、吸氧时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为8.88%,低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合PS治疗呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿的效果较好,能够对BPD进行有效预防,可改善患儿血气指标,降低并发症发生率,促进其早日康复。

We study the critical slowing down phenomenon in deformation and groundwater observations before the Nilka-Gongliu MS6. 0 earthquake on November 1, 2011 and Xinyuan-Hejing M S6. 6 earthquake on June 30,2012. Firstly,we remove the annual variation and tendency change of basic data by means of wavelet transform analysis.Secondly,we calculate the autocorrelation coefficients and variance of the critical slowing down phenomenon. Lastly,we try to verify the critical slowing down phenomenon before an earthquake. The result indicates that there was obvious critical slowing down of the records at different stations before earthquakes.

光伏电站及分布式光伏设备输出功率数据记录因量测设备异常、通信故障、信号干扰等因素会出现异常,影响电网决策。因此,本文提出基于遗传算法优化初值的反向传播神经网络,利用GA-BP神经网络进行异常数据修复,建立线性内插法数据修复模型作为对照组,研究了以数值气象记录(辐照强度、气温、相对湿度、风速及风向)、天气类型、邻近相似电站功率等参数的不同组合作为神经网络的输入变量对修复效果的影响。实例分析表明,采用全部的输入变量可取得较好的修复效果。

英国劳动教育发展具有悠久历史与丰富经验,其演进过程呈现职普融通的特点,整体经历了劳动教育形式初建、劳动教育机构确立、课程体系建构三个阶段。发展至今,其课程建设模式已步入稳定推进时期,并呈现以下表征:第一,课程目标重在培育学生解决实际问题的劳动思维;第二,课程框架凸显模块性、实践性与跨学科性;第三,课程内容主要依托国家基础课,覆盖技术与职业等多领域;第四,课程实施以开设高品质项目为主且以成果为导向。借鉴英国建设经验,基于本土教育环境,我国教育部门应以制度建设为契机,重新定义劳动教育课程建设的目标与价值;职普两类可以融合各类资源,助推课程提质增效;中小学需积极拓展课程实施形式,形成新时期教学新样态;倡导全社会参与,各组织共同营造协同氛围,推动开展丰富的实践活动。
