Using 20 models of the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 （CMIP5）, the simulation of the Southwest Indian Ocean （SWIO） thermocline dome is evaluated and its role in shaping the Indian Ocean Basin （IOB） mode following E1 Nifio investigated. In most of the CMIP5 models, due to an easterly wind bias along the equator, the simulated SWIO thermocline is too deep, which could further influence the amplitude of the interannual IOB mode. A model with a shallow （deep） thermocline dome tends to simulate a strong （weak） IOB mode, including key attributes such as the SWIO SST warming, antisymmetric pattern during boreal spring, and second North Indian Ocean warming during boreal summer. Under global warming, the thermocline dome deepens with the easterly wind trend along the equator in most of the models. However, the IOB amplitude does not follow such a change of the SWIO thermocline among the models; rather, it follows future changes in both ENSO forcing and local convection feedback, suggesting a decreasing effect of the deepening SWIO thermocline dome on the change in the IOB mode in the future.

P chromosomes may carry a genetic system that inhibits the Ph gene in wheat. Abnormal chromosome synapsis in wheat-Agropyron cristatum addition line II-21-2 (additional 1·4 recombinant P chromosome) was observed in this study. The results of cytogenetics and Ph1 gene amplification showed that the Ph1 gene was normal and the average number of quadrivalents or hexavalents was determined to be 0.41 and 0.13, respectively, in pollen-mother cells of wheat-Agropyron cristatum addition line II-21-2. The analysis of dual-color GISH/FISH showed that the P chromosomes were not directly involved in the composition of multivalents but could inhibit the effect of the Ph gene, leading to synapsis of wheat homoeologous chromosomes and translocation between wheat homoeologous chromosomes such as 3B-3D chromosomes. The characteristic of P chromosomes’ promoting synapsis of wheat homoeologous chromosomes may have potential application in the genetic improvement of wheat.

The oleanane parameter, i.e., OP （oleananes/（oleananes＋C30hopanes）） in the two sedimentary columns of the Beibuwan Basin, South China Sea, can be used to delimit the top of oil generation window, with Ro （/%） of 0.53 in Well M1 and 0.55 in Wells H1/Hd1/Hd2, respectively. Comparing with vitrinite reflectance （Ro/%）, the OP features a dynamic range and can indicate the oil generation window more precisely. By using OP and other geochemical indices, the oil-source correlation is also conducted. It suggests that the oils in wells M1 and M2 are derived from the source rocks in situ. The mudstone in Huachang uplift is not the main source rocks for oils in this area, The OP is also a useful oil-source correlation parameter in some Tertiary lacustrine basins.

Alkyl Naphthalenes and Phenanthrenes:Molecular Markers for Tracing Filling Pathways of Light Oil and Condensate Reservoirs

Condensates and light oils are generally characterized by high maturity, low concentration of sterane and terpane biomarkers and low content of non-hydrocarbon fraction. As a result, some commonly-used sterane, terpane and carbazole migration parameters in conventional oil reservoirs may have a certain limitation in condensate and light oil reservoirs for their poor signal-noise ratios in the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）. Naphthalene, phenanthrene and their methylated substituents, however, are present in significant concentrations in condensates and light oils. Taking the Fushan depression （in the Beibuwan Basin, Northern South China Sea） as an example, this paper attempts for the first time to use polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon （PAH）-related parameters to trace migration directions and filling pathways for condensate and light oil reservoirs. The result shows that TMNr （i.e. 1, 3, 7-TMN/（1, 3, 7-TMN ＋ 1, 2, 5-TMN）, TMN： trimethylnaphthalene））, MPI-1 （i.e. 1.5×（2-MP ＋ 3-MP）/（P ＋ 1-MP ＋ 9-MP）, P： phenanthrene MP： methyiphenanthrene）, MN/DMN （∑methylnaphthalene/∑dimethylnaphthalene, %） and MN/TMN （∑nethylnaphthalene/∑trimethylna- phthalene, %） can be used to trace the filling pathways of condensate and light oil reservoirs. These parameters, together with geological consideration and other bulk oil properties （e.g. the gas to oil ratio and density）, suggest that the condensates and light oils in the Huachang oil and gas field are mainly sourced from the Bailian sag that is located to the northeast of the Huachang uplift in the Fushan depression.

The Yong＇an-Meitai area is the focus of the present exploration in the Fushan Depression, Beibuwan Basin, South China Sea. All oils from this area are geochemically characterized by higher Pr/Ph ratio, higher proportion of heavy molecular weight hydrocarbons, and higher proportion of C29 regular steranes, which indicate that the organic matter of source rocks might have been deposited in an oxidizing palaeoenvironment and be dominated by higher plant organic matter input. The oil from E3w2 （the second member of Weizhou Fro. of the Oligocene） has a much higher density, relatively higher Pr/nC17 and Ph/nC18 ratios, and a ＂UCM--unresolved complex mixture＂ on gas chromatograms, which indicate that it has been slightly biodegraded. CPI and other terpane and sterane isomer ratios suggest they are all mature oils. The timing of oil charging in E3w2 and E2I1 （the first member of the Liushagang Fro. of the Eocene） determined by the homogenization temperatures of fluid inclusions and thermal evolution history are from 9-3 Ma and 8-3 Ma, respectively. Thus, the interpretation of E3w2 as a secondary reservoir is unlikely. The timing of oil charging is later than that of hydrocarbon generating and expulsion of Liushagang Fin. source rocks and trap formation, which is favorable for oil accumulation in this area. All molecular parameters that are used for tracing oil filling direction decrease with shallower burial depth, which suggests vertical oil migration. The widely occurring faults that penetrate through the source rocks of the Liushagang Fro. may serve as a fine oil charging conduit.

Refined-JQ(JQ-R) is a mixture of refined extracts from Coptis chinensis(Ranunculaceae),Astragalus membranaceus(Leguminosae) and Lonicera japonica(Caprifoliaceae), the three major herbs of Jin Qi-Jiang Tang tablet, a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) formula. The mechanisms by which JQ-R regulates glucose metabolism and improves insulin sensitivity were studied in type 2 diabetic KK^(Ay)mice and insulin-resistant L6 myotubes. To investigate the mechanisms by which JQ-R improves insulin sensitivity, a model of insulin-resistant cells induced with palmitic acid(PA) was established in L6 myotubes. Glucose uptake and expression of factors involved in insulin signaling, stress, and inflammatory pathways were detected by immunoblotting. JQ-R showed beneficial effects on glucose homeostasis and insulin resistance in a euglycemic clamp experiment and decreased fasting insulin levels in diabetic KK^(Ay)mice. JQ-R also improved the plasma lipid profiles. JQ-R directly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and decreased malondialdehyde(MDA) as well as inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) levels in insulin-resistant L6 cells, and elevated the insulin-stimulated glucose uptake with upregulated phosphorylation of AKT. The phosphorylation levels of nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB p65), inhibitor of NF-κB(IκBα), c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK1/2) and extracellular-signal-regulated kinases(ERK1/2) were also changed after JQ-R treatment compared with the control group. Together these findings suggest that JQ-R improved glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic KK^(Ay)mice. JQ-R directly enhanced insulin-stimulated glucose uptake in insulin-resistant myotubes with improved insulin signalling and inflammatory response and oxidative stress. JQ-R could be a candidate to achieve improved glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

基于Bass扩散模型,预测我国2023-2030年新能源汽车销量,考虑纯电动汽车和混合动力汽车的碳减排效果差异,计算纯电动汽车和混合动力汽车的平均市场份额,从而测算我国2023-2030年新能源汽车全生命周期碳减排量。结果表明,在考虑能源结构等因素变化的情景下,相较于传统汽油乘用车,推广使用新能源汽车,到2030年碳减排量预计可达4.31亿t,预计减排34.73%。

为筛选出适宜西辽河流域种植的宜机收玉米品种,根据相关选择标准,对内蒙古自治区内外新审定或引进的品种进行了产量、籽粒含水率、倒伏倒折率、籽粒破碎率等指标的对比试验。结果表明:迪卡159、TK601、LH5013个品种适宜在西辽河流域种植,其中,迪卡159、TK601的适宜种植密度为9.0万株/hm^(2),LH501的适宜种植密度为7.5万株/hm^(2)。该试验结果为西辽河流域玉米籽粒直收规模化、机械化提供了重要的品种支撑。

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间酒店隔离的中小学生焦虑抑郁状态。方法:对内蒙古自治区赤峰市2022年9月-10月在酒店集中隔离的726名中小学生,采用儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(SCARED)、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)进行测评,回收有效问卷624例,应答率为86%。SCARED≥23分、DSRSC≥15分为筛检阳性。结果:焦虑检出率为17.9%,抑郁为15.4%;初中生焦虑、抑郁检出率高于小学生(均P<0.05);女生广泛性焦虑、社交恐怖因子得分高于男生(均P<0.05);初中生分离性焦虑因子评分、抑郁评分高于小学生(均P<0.01)。结论:新型冠状病毒感染疫情期间酒店集中隔离的初中生较小学生更易出现焦虑、抑郁症状,女生较男生更易出现焦虑症状。
