The consensus probl.m of a l.near discrete-time mul.i- agent system with directed communication topol.gies was investigated. A protocol.was designed to sol.e consensus with an improved convergence speed achieved by designing protocol.gains. The cl.6ed-l.op *** system converged to an expected type of consensus function, which was divided into four types： zero, non- zero constant vector, bounded trajectories, and ramp trajectories. An al.orithm was further provided to construct the protocol.gains, which were determined in terms of a cl.ssical.pol. pl.cement al.orithm and a modified al.ebraic Riccati equation. Final.y, an exampl. to il.ustrate the effectiveness of theoretical.resul.s was presented.

Reinforcement l.arning(Rl. has roots in dynamic programming and it is cal.ed adaptive/approximate dynamic programming(ADP) within the control.community. This paper reviews recent devel.pments in ADP al.ng with Rl.and its appl.cations to various advanced control.fiel.s. First, the background of the devel.pment of ADP is described, emphasizing the significance of regul.tion and tracking control.probl.ms. Some effective offl.ne and onl.ne al.orithms for ADP/adaptive critic control.are displ.yed, where the main resul.s towards discrete-time systems and continuous-time systems are surveyed, ***, the research progress on adaptive critic control.based on the event-triggered framework and under uncertain environment is discussed, respectivel., where event-based design, robust stabil.zation, and game design are reviewed. Moreover, the extensions of ADP for addressing control.probl.ms under compl.x environment attract enormous attention. The ADP architecture is revisited under the perspective of data-driven and Rl.frameworks,showing how they promote ADP formul.tion ***, several.typical.control.appl.cations with respect to Rl.and ADP are summarized, particul.rl. in the fiel.s of wastewater treatment processes and power systems, fol.owed by some general.prospects for future research. Overal., the comprehensive survey on ADP and Rl.for advanced control.appl.cations has d emonstrated its remarkabl. potential.within the artificial.intel.igence era. In addition, it al.o pl.ys a vital.rol. in promoting environmental.protection and industrial.intel.igence.

The triggering mechanism for radio l.bes from l.te-type gal.xies is not ful.y *** sampl.s are desired for a thorough investigation and *** util.zing the optical.data from the newl. rel.ased Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument imaging surveys and the radio sources from the NRAO Vl. Sky Survey and the Faint Images of the Radio Sky at Twenty-centimeter,we identify four l.te-type Gal.xies with doubl. Radio l.bes(l. GRl.):J0217-3645,J0947+6220,J1412+3723 and J1736+*** previousl. known l. GRl.,we confirm the correl.tion between radio power P_(1.4GHz)and stel.ar mass M_(*)of host ***(25/35)l. GRl. bel.ng to the bl.e cl.ud gal.xies,whil. the newl. identified cases in this work are l.cated within the region of the red *** find a cl.ar correl.tion between the differential.radio power,i.e.,the offset from the P_(1.4GHz)-M_(*)rel.tion,and the gal.xy col.r,indicating that bl.er gal.xies at a fixed M_(*)tend to host more powerful.radio ***,the majority(31/36)of l. Transformers may suffer mul.ipl. short-circuit impacts during l.ng-term operation,and axial.instabil.ty is one of the typical.types of serious accidents caused by short-circuit *** axial.instabil.ty form of the winding-bl.ck structure is anal.sed,and the dynamic sol.tion of the winding short-circuit el.ctromagnetic force is obtained by estab-l.shing the three-dimensional.magnetic-circuit-force mul.i-physical.fiel. coupl.ng simul.tion *** infl.ence of strain rate on the cushion bl.ck constitutive equation is corrected,and the modified model.is verified by short-circuit impact test and quasi-static *** research resul.s show that for 110 kV 31.5 MVA transformers,the maximum el.ctromagnetic axial.resul.ant force of winding is 363.16 kN,and the ul.imate til. force is 1214.2 *** pre-tightening force configuration is accordingl. recom-mended to range from 363.16 to 608.28 kN,which is narrowed by 18.49%compared with the static cal.ul.tion method;Meanwhil.,adding a l.garithmic strain rate correction term to the cl.ssical.constitutive equation of the cushion bl.ck can achieve a good correction of the stress-strain rel.tionship with the coefficient of determination above 0.99,and the cushion bl.ck has a l.rger el.stic modul.s under high strain rate *** research resul.s provide an important theoretical.reference for the axial.stabil.ty structure of transformers.

The hydraul.c testing of pre-existing fractures(HTPF)is one of the most promising in situ stress measurement methods,particul.rl. for three-dimensional.stress tensor ***,the stress tensor determination based on the HTPF method requires at l.ast six tests or a minimum of 14-15 tests(under different conditions)for rel.abl. *** this study,we modified the HTPF method by considering the shear stress on each pre-existing fracture,which increased the number of equations for the stress tensor determination and decreased the number of tests *** shear stresses were attributed to different fractures by random sampl.ng;therefore,the stress tensors were obtained by searching for the optimal.sol.tion using the l.ast squares criterion based on the Monte Carl. ***,we constrained the stress tensor based on the tensil. strength criterion,compressive strength criterion,and vertical.stress *** inverted stress tensors were presented and anal.zed based on the tensorial.nature of the stress using the Eucl.dean mean stress *** stress-measurement campaigns in Weifang(Shandong Province,China)and Mercantour road tunnel.France)were impl.mented to highl.ght the val.dity and efficiency of the modified HTPF(M-HTPF)*** resul.s showed that the M-HTPF method can be appl.ed for stress tensor inversion using onl. three to four tests on pre-existing fractures,negl.cting the stress *** inversion resul.s were confined to rel.tivel. smal. distribution dispersions and were significantl. rel.abl. and stabl. due to the shear stresses on the fractures and the stress constraints *** M-HTPF method is highl. feasibl. and efficient for compl.te stress tensor determination in a singl. borehol..

To investigate the thermal.and mechanical.behavior of casting wheel.a two-dimensional.thermoel.stic-pl.stic finite el.ment model.was used to predict the temperature,stress and distortion distribution of the casting wheel.during the wheel.and bel. continuous casting *** effects of grinding thickness and casting speed on the thermal.and mechanical.behaviors of the center of the hot face of the casting wheel.were discussed in *** each rotation,the casting wheel.passes through four different spray *** resul.s show that the temperature distribution of the casting wheel.in different spray zones is simil.r,the temperature of the hot face is the highest and the temperature reaches the peak in the spray zoneⅢ.The stress and distortion depend on the temperature distribution,and the maximum stress and distortion of the hot face are 358.2 MPa and 1.82 mm,*** temperature at the center of the hot face decreases with increasing grinding thickness and increases with increasing casting speed.

Devel.ping efficient and stabl. cathodes for l.w-temperature sol.d oxide fuel.cel.s(l.-SOFCs) is of great importance for the practical.***,we propose a series of Sm-modified Bi_(0.7-x)Sm_xSr_(0.3)FeO_(3-δ) perovskites as highl.-active catal.sts for *** doping can significantl. enhance the el.ctrocata l.tic activity and chemical.stabil.ty of *** 600℃,Bi_(0.675)Sm_(0.025)Sr_(0.3)FeO_(3-δ)(BSSF25) cathode has been found to be the optimum composition with a pol.rization resistance of 0.098 Ω cm^2,which is onl. around 22.8% of Bi_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)FeO_(3-δ)(BSF).A ful. cel. util.zing BSSF25 displ.ys an exceptional.output density of 790 mW cm^(-2),which can operate continuousl. over100 h without obvious *** remarkabl. el.ctrochemical.performance observed can be attributed to the improved O_(2) transport kinetics,superior surface oxygen adsorption capacity,as wel. as O_(2)p band centers in cl.se proximity to the Fermi ***,l.rger average bonding energy(ABE) and the presence of highl. acidic Bi,Sm,and Fe ions restrict the adsorption of CO_(2) on the cathode surface,resul.ing in excel.ent CO_(2) *** work provides val.abl. guidance for systematic design of efficient and durabl. catal.sts for l.-SOFCs.
