Bis[1-methoxy-2,2,2-tris-（pyrazol-l-yl-KN2）ethane]-copper（Ⅱ） bis-perchlorate （2） was synthesized by reacting of pyrazole based tripodal scorpionate ligand 1-methoxy-2,2,2-tris（pyrazol-1-yl）ethane （1） with copper（Ⅱ） perchlorate hexahydrate in methanol, acetonitrile and water mixture as solvent. Slow evaporation of the filtered reaction mixture in air produced blue color block crystals suitable for single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the title complex. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell parameters, α = 8.1269（1） ,A, b = 21.8348（2）A, c = 9.1522（1） A, a = γ= 90° , β = 99.7611 （4）°. The structure of the compound was characterized by IR Spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.

We present the major results from studies of fire history over the last 11000 years(Holocene) in southern Sweden, on the basis of palaeoecological analyses of peat sequences from three small peat bogs. The main objective is to emphasize the value of multiple, continuous sedimentary records of macroscopic charcoal(macro-C) for the reconstruction of local to regional past changes in fire regimes, the importance of multi-proxy studies, and the advantage of model-based estimates of plant cover from pollen data to assess the role of tree composition and human impact in fire history. The chronologies at the three study sites are based on a large number of 14 C dates from terrestrial plant remains and age-depth models are achieved using Bayesian statistics. Fire history is inferred from continuous records of macro-C and microscopic charcoal counts on pollen slides. The Landscape Reconstruction Algorithm(LRA) for pollen-based quantitative reconstruction of local vegetation cover is applied on the three pollen records for plant cover reconstruction over the entire Holocene. The results are as follows:(1) the long-term trends in fire regimes are similar between sites, i.e., frequent fires during the early Holocene until ca. 9 ka BP, low fire frequency during the mid-Holocene, and higher fire frequency from ca. 2.5 ka BP;(2) this broad trend agrees with the overall fire history of northwestern and western Europe north of the Mediterranean area, and is due to climate forcing in the early and mid-Holocene, and to anthropogenic land-use in the late Holocene;(3) the LRA estimates of plant cover at the three sites demonstrate that the relative abundance of pine played a primordial role in the early and mid-Holocene fire history; and(4) the between-site differences in the charcoal records and inferred fire history are due to local factors(i.e., relative abundance of pine, geomorphological setting, and anthropogenic land-use) and taphonomy of charcoal deposition in the small peat bog

In 2011 the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)published guidelines for the use of population viral load(PVL),community viral load(CVL)and monitored viral load(MVL),defined as the average viral load(VL)of all HIV infected individuals in a population,of all diagnosed individuals,and of all individuals on antiretroviral treatment(ART),*** then,CVL has been used to assess the effectiveness of ART on HIV transmission and as a proxy for HIV *** first objective of this study was to investigate how aggregate VL measures change with the HIV epidemic phase and the drivers behind these changes using a mathematical transmission ***,we aimed to give some insight into how well CVL correlates with HIV incidence during the course of the epidemic and roll out of *** developed a compartmental model for disease progression and HIV transmission with disease stages that differ in viral loads for epidemiological scenarios relevant to a concentrated epidemic in a population of men who have sex with men(MSM)in Western Europe(WE)and to a generalized epidemic in a heterosexual population in Sub-Saharan Africa(SSA).The model predicts that PVL and CVL change with the epidemic phase,while MVL stays *** dynamics are linked to the dynamics of infected subgroups(undiagnosed,diagnosed untreated and treated)in different disease stages(primary,chronic and AIDS).In particular,CVL decreases through all epidemic stages:before ART,since chronic population builds up faster than AIDS population and after ART,due to the build-up of treated population with low *** trends in CVL and incidence can be both opposing and coinciding depending on the epidemic *** ART is scaled up to sufficiently high levels,incidence increases while CVL *** this point,CVL is a useful indicator of changes in HIV *** model predicts that during the ART scale-up HIV transmission is driven by undiagnosed and diagnosed untreated individuals,a

The electroslag remelting(ESR)process is widely used to produce high-quality ingots and billets for high-alloyed steels and *** the single-phase and three-phase alternating current diagram with bifilar and monofilar connection are in use for heavy ingot *** numerical simulation of the three-phase bifilar circuit for the 120 t three-phase bifilar six-electrode ESR furnace at different variants of electric connection was presented and *** the bifilar diagram of power supply,the geometrical location of electrodes in a mould holds critical importance for performances:the close location of bifilar pair electrodes provides the highest heat productivity,but the equidistant location of electrodes gives a much more uniform heat *** monofilar mulit-electrode diagram of three-phase connection without phase shift shows the most uniform distribution of potential and heat generation as well as a favorable magnetic field that makes this kind the most promising for providing a high quality of heavy ingots.

The dissolution behavior of Al_(2)O_(3) in molten CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag,a basic slag system of electroslag remelting process,was investigated by rotating cylinder method using corundum rods to simulate Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in *** experimental results show that the dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3);rods in CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag increases with the increase in rotating speed and temperature,and the rate-controlling step is the mass transfer in the *** dissolution rate of Al_(2)O,in CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag increases with the increase in the ratio of CaO to Al_(2)O_(3),which is due to the increase in dissolution driving force and the decrease in slag *** apparent activation energy of the mass transfer of AlOs in slag C is calculated to be 222.86 kJ mol^(-1).During the dissolution of Al_(2)0,inclusions in the slag,it reacts with F in liquid slag at first,then reacts with CaO to form the intermediate compounds of xCaO-yAl_(2)O_(3) system,and finally dissolves in molten *** dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions in CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)O_(3) slag for electroslag remelting is positively correlated with the ratio of the dissolution driving force and slag viscosity,and the correlation coeficient is 2.487×10^(-11).

The muscle RING-finger protein-1 (MuRFl) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscle tissues and it plays important roles in muscle remodeling. Upregulation of MuRFl gene transcription participates in skeletal muscle atrophy, on contrary downregulation of protein expression leads to cardiac hypertrophy. MuRFl gene point mutations have been found to generate protein aggregate myopathies defined as muscle disorder characterized by protein accumulation in muscle fibers. We have discovered that MuRFl turned out to be also a target for a new post-translational modification arbitrated by conjugation of SUM01 and it is mediated by the SUMO ligases E2 UBC9 and the E3 PIASy/4. SUMOylation takes place at lysine 238 localized at the second coiled-coil protein domain that is required for efficient substrate interaction for polyubiquitination. We provided evidence that SUMOylation is essential for MuRFl nuclear translocation and its mitochondria accumulation is enhanced in hyper? glycemic conditions delivering a stabilization of the overall SUMOylated proteins in cultured myocytes. Thus, our findings add this SUM01 post-translational modification as a new concept to understand muscle disorders related to the defect in MuRFl activity.

Accumulating evidence indicates a potential role for bacterial lipopolysaccharide(LPs)in the overactivation of the immune response during SARS-CoV-2 *** is recognized by Toll-like receptor 4,mediating proinflammatory *** previously reported that LPS directly interacts with SARS-CoV-2 spike(S)protein and enhances proinflammatory *** native gel electrophoresis and hydrogen-deuterium exchange mass spectrometry,we showed that LPS binds to multiple hydrophobic pockets spanning both the S1 and S2 subunits of the S *** simulations validated by a microscale thermophoresis binding assay revealed that LPS binds to the S2 pocket with a lower affinity compared to S1,suggesting a role as an intermediate in LPS ***,nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-kB)activation in monocytic THP-1 cells is strongly boosted by *** NF-kB reporter mice followed by bioimaging,a boosting effect was observed for both S1 and S2,with the former potentially facilitated by *** Omicron S variant binds to LPS,but with reduced affinity and LPS boosting in vitro and in *** together,the data provide a molecular mechanism by which S protein augments LPS-mediated hyperinflammation.

苏联的解体,使乌克兰成为独立主权的国家,然而独特的地缘政治使得其在几十年的外交关系和国家发展中不断遭遇波折。本文从乌克兰的国家发展展开,分析了其地缘政治形势和历史背景如何造就内外多元化的政治导向,而政局倾向的改变又如何影响了乌克兰融入欧洲的战略发展进程,进而外交政策导向又如何影响国家政治结构。以这一理论逻辑为基础,本文梳理了独立后三十年来乌克兰在国家政治发展及外交政策变化的轨迹,并得出以下结论:维系国内各民族的统一、在此基础上处理好与俄罗斯关系是建立稳定的乌克兰政治格局的必要条件。作为俄罗斯与西欧的桥梁,乌克兰的外交战略政策将直接影响俄罗斯与西方国家的外交关系,这是乌克兰多年来政局风云变幻的客观因素。乌克兰是俄罗斯的战略红线,也是北约扩张军事势力的必争之地。俄罗斯不想失去乌克兰这块福地,欧盟也要保障东部同盟国的安全,又受到北约压力的牵制,双方就把控乌克兰政权博弈多年,直接导致乌引发了颜色革命、克里米亚危机等事件。俄美之争,是最终导致乌克兰融入欧洲战略波澜起伏的关键因素。本文认为,乌克兰想要谋求发展,还要以多边共赢的形势,在坚持入欧和维护国家安全发展的问题上找到平衡点,稳定俄欧关系,权衡东西方的外交策略,从历史长河中汲取经验训。

There is a link between high lipopolysaccharide(LPS)levels in the blood and the metabolic syndrome,and metabolic syndrome predisposes patients to severe ***,we define an interaction between SARS-CoV-2 spike(S)protein and LPS,leading to aggravated inflammation in vitro and in *** gel electrophoresis demonstrated that SARS-CoV-2 S protein binds to *** thermophoresis yielded a of〜47 nM for the *** modeling and all-atom molecular dynamics simulations further substantiated the experimental results,identifying a main LPS-binding site in SARS-CoV-2 S protein.S protein,when combined with low levels of LPS,boosted nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-k B)activation in monocytic THP-1 cells and cytokine responses in human blood and peripheral blood mononuclear cells,*** in vitro inflammatory response was further validated by employing NF-kB reporter mice and in vivo *** light scattering,transmission electron microscopy,and LPS-FITC analyses demonstrated that S protein modulated the aggregation state of LPS,providing a molecular explanation for the observed boosting *** together,our results provide an interesting molecular link between excessive inflammation during infection with SARS-CoV-2 and comorbidities involving increased levels of bacterial endotoxins.

New Method of Generation of Carbon Molecules and Clusters

Firstly the method of joint synthesis of carbon molecules and their hydrides is developed. The stage of high-temperature sublimation of carbon in a new method of generation of carbon molecules is completely excluded. By mass spectrometric method the condensation products of new method of pyrolysis (NMP) benzene are studied. Firstly clusters (C3-C17), typical for carbon vapour, in substances obtained under pyrolysis of hydrocarbons were detected. Fullerene C60 and its hydrides, quasi-fullerenes C48 and C33 inproducts of benzene pyrolysis are detected also. Firstly it is shown what clusters C3-C5 can be generated at so low (100?C-200?C) temperatures of decomposition of substance. Obtained experimental results firstly demonstrate that the small carbon molecules can be generated in reactionary conditions excluding evaporation of carbon. Dehydrogenation and destruction of hydrocarbon molecules is the first stage on a route of the transformation of benzene to carbon molecules.
