This paper describes the data release of the LAMOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.

提出了一种基于Maya的立体元图像阵列生成方法,该方法无需实景采集设备,可以根据显示平台参数自由调整渲染,生成任意大小的多种孔径透镜阵列所需的立体元图像,即克服了传统集成成像系统存在的空间反转和串扰等问题,又避免了复杂而繁琐的光学设备校准,快速推进理论研究,提供基于集成成像系统研究所需的各种图像来源。实验分别从子图像与立体元图像间的映射关系、真实再现立体图像、虚拟再现立体图像3个方面验证了本文方法的正确性。

Sinomenine(SIN)is commonly used as part of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)therapy in China,but there is still no published evidence of the efficacy of SIN *** work investigates the efficacy and safety of SIN in treating RA patients and analyzes the correlation between ornithine level and the alleviation of disease activity in RA *** this 24 week,randomized,placebo-controlled,double-blind clinical trial,people with mild to moderate RA were randomly assigned(1:1:1,stratified by hospital)to receive SIN(120 mg,twice daily),methotrexate(MTX)(10 mg per week),or SIN+MTX *** primary outcome was the proportion of patients who achieved a 50%improvement in the American College of Rheumatology(ACR50)criteria at week 24 and who showed improvement according to the clinical disease activity index(CDAI).In this prospective subgroup analysis,we also assessed whether the 24-week alterations of disease activity in the treatment group were significantly correlated to the levels of blood *** the 135 enrolled participants,38,39,and 36 patients were treated with SIN,MTX,and SIN+MTX,*** the SIN-treated group,52.63%of patients achieved ACR50 after 24-weeks of treatment,which was comparable to the results in the MTX-treated and SIN+MTX-treated *** and gastrointestinal disorders were the main adverse events;however,the ratio of patients suffering from hepatic disorder in the SIN group(1/38)was much lower than that in the MTX(10/39)and SIN+MTX(8/36)groups.A total of 221 serum samples were collected at the four follow-up time points in the three treatments,and the levels of ornithine,citrulline,and arginine were obtained through ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS).The serum ornithine level decreased after the 24-week treatment along with a decrease in disease activity,and may reflect therapeutic responses with a sensitivity value of 80%.In conclusion,SIN revealed a comparabl

Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)has been widely adopted as hole transport material(HTM)in inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs),due to high optical transparency,good mechanical flexibility,and high thermal stability;however,its acidity and hygroscopicity inevitably hamper the long-term stability of the PSCs and its energy level does not match well with perovskite materials with a relatively low open-circuit *** this work,p-type delafossite CuCrO_(2)nanoparticles synthesized through hydrothermal method was employed as an alternative HTM for triple cation perovskite[(FAPbI_(3))_(0.87)(MAPbBr_(3))_(0.13)]_(0.92)(CsPbI_(3))_(0.08)(possessing better photovoltaic performance and stability than conventional CH3NH3PbI3)based inverted *** average open-circuit voltage of PSCs increases from 908 mV of the devices with PEDOT:PSS HTM to 1020 m V of the devices with CuCrO_(2)*** photoemission spectroscopy demonstrates the energy band alignment between CuCrO_(2)and perovskite is better than that between PEDOT:PSS and perovskite,the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy indicates CuCrO_(2)-based PSCs exhibit larger recombination resistance and longer charge carrier lifetime than PEDOT:PSS-based PSCs,which contributes to the high VOCof CuCrO_(2)HTM-based PSCs.

Hard X-ray Imager(HXI)is one of the three scientific instruments onboard the Advanced Spacebased Solar Observatory(ASO-S)mission,which is proposed for the 25th solar maximum by the Chinese solar *** is designed to investigate the non-thermal high-energy electrons accelerated in solar flares by providing images of solar flaring regions in the energy range from 30 keV to 200 *** imaging principle of HXI is based on spatially modulated Fourier synthesis and utilizes about 91 sets of bi-grid sub-collimators and corresponding LaBr3 detectors to obtain Fourier components with a spatial resolution of about 3 arcsec and a time resolution better than 0.5 *** engineering prototype has been developed and tested to verify the feasibility of *** this paper,we present background,instrument design and the development and test status of the prototype.

Safety and efficacy of anisodamine on prevention of contrast induced nephropathy in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Background Previous studies have proved the renal protective effects of anisodamine in patients with septic shock. The aim of this study was to investigate anisodamine for the prevention of contrast induced nephropathy （CIN） in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods Consecutive ACS patients undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） were randomly assigned to one of two groups： patients in the anisodamine group （ANI group） were assigned to receive intravenous infusions of anisodamine by an adjusted-dose （0.1-0.2 μg·kg^-1·min^-1） from the PCI procedure to 24 hours after PCI, and the control group （CON group） received 0.9% isotonic saline of the same volume. All patients were hydrated for 6 to 12 hours before and 12 hours after PCI. Blood samples were taken on the day of PCI and at 24, 48 and 72 hours after PCI to measure the serum creatinine （SCr）. Results A total of 177 patients were involved in the study, 88 in the ANI group and 89 in the CON group. In both groups, the SCr concentrations significantly increased after PCI, with the peak value occurring at 48 hours. At 72 hours, the SCr concentration in the ANI group retuned to the baseline level （P 〉0.05）, but the SCr concentration in CON group was still higher than baseline level （P 〈0.01）. The SCr concentrations at 48 and 72 hours after PCI were much lower in the ANI group than those in the CON group （both P 〈0.01）. The estimated glomerular filtration rate （eGFR） significantly decreased after PCI, the lowest value occurred at 48 hours. In the ANI group, the eGFR at 72 hours was similar to the baseline level. In the CON group, the eGFR failed to return to baseline at 72 hours （P〈0.01）. The eGFR at 24, 48 and 72 hours after PCI were higher in the ANI group （all P 〈0.05）. The incidence of CIN in the ANI group was lower than that in the CON group within 72 hours after PCI （P〈0.05）. BACKGROUND No guideline recommends antiviral therapy for hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive chronic hepatitis B patients with persistently normal alanine aminotransferase levels and a high hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA viral *** To evaluate the feasibility and safety of a Chinese herbal formula as a therapeutic option for chronic HBV *** In total,395 patients(30–65 years old)with confirmed HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B infection and persistently normal alanine aminotransferase were randomized to receive either Chinese herbal formula or placebo for 96 *** to evaluate therapeutic efficacy included:(1)HBV DNA levels decreased to less than 4 log10 IU/mL at weeks 48 and 96;and(2)HBeAg clearance and seroconversion rates at weeks 48 and *** HBV DNA levels≤4 log10 IU/mL were 10.05%at week 48 and 18.59%at week 96 in the treatment *** HBeAg clearance and conversion rates were 8.54%and 8.04%at week 48 and 16.08%and 14.57%at week 96,***,HBV DNA levels≤4 log10 IU/mL were 2.55%and 2.55%at weeks 48 and 96,respectively,and the HBeAg clearance rates were 3.06%and 5.61%at weeks 48 and 96,respectively,in the control *** quantitative hepatitis B surface antigen and HBeAg levels at baseline and changes during the treatment period as well as the alanine aminotransferase elevation at weeks 12 and 24 were strong predictors of HBeAg *** High rates of HBV DNA reduction,HBeAg clearance and seroconversion could be achieved with Chinese herbal formula treatments,and the treatments were relatively safe for HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B-infected patients with persistently normal alanine *** ability of the compound to modulate host immune function probably contributed to this effect.

The applications of artificial intelligence(AI)and machine learning(ML)technologies in wireless communications have drawn significant attention *** has demonstrated real success in speech understanding,image identification,and natural language processing domains,thus exhibiting its great potential in solving problems that cannot be easily *** techniques have become an enabler in wireless communications to fulfill the increasing and diverse requirements across a large range of application *** this paper,we elaborate on several typical wireless scenarios,such as channel modeling,channel decoding and signal detection,and channel coding design,in which AI plays an important role in wireless ***,AI and information theory are discussed from the viewpoint of the information ***,we discuss some ideas about how AI techniques can be deeply integrated with wireless communication systems.
