We obtain the integrand of full-color four-loop three-point form factor of the stress-tensor supermultiplet in N=4 SYM,based on the color-kinematics(CK)duality and generalized unitarity method.Our result not only manifests all dual Jacobi relations via CK duality but also contains 133 free parameters.This suggests the constructibility of the form factor at even higher loops via CK duality.We also find that the planar form factor has a hidden dual conformal symmetry in the lightlike limit of the operator momentum,which is checked up to four loops.

We present concrete evidence that yang-Mills theory exhibits non-unitarity in non-integer spacetime dimensions.This violation of unitarity stems from evanescent operators that,while vanishing in four dimensions,are non-zero in general d dimensions.We demonstrate that these evanescent operators lead to the emergence of both negative-norm states and complex anomalous dimensions.

To solve the problem of large positioning error and discontinuous positioning of special forces members when moving in cross-region indoors and outdoors, and to compensate for the linearization error and local convergence problem that may exist in the extended Kalman filter(EKF)in nonlinear systems, that is,the iterative results may be trapped in a local optimum situation, a seamless indoor-outdoor switching localization algorithm based on cubature Kalman filter (CKF) is proposed. CKF does not require the computation of Jacobian matrices, which can improve computational efficiency and filtering accuracy to a certain extent. In the system, an inertial measurement unit (IMU) is employed to correct the positioning errors of ultra-wideband (UWB)and BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS).The positioning data from UWB and BeiDou in cross-region are weighted fused and then fused with the data from the IMU using CKF to obtain the final accurate positioning information. This study designs a scene-switching mechanism to achieve seamless switching between indoor and outdoor positioning scenes. By jointly analyzing the positioning accuracy of UWB and BeiDou,the positioning scene is determined, and appropriate counting thresholds are set to avoid frequent erroneous scene switches. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm achieves a positioning accuracy of approximately 21.7 cm in cross-region,which can enable seamless integration of indoor and outdoor positioning,avoid positioning jumps, and enhance positioning accuracy.

To achieve the resource utilization of solid waste phosphogypsum(PG)and tackle the problem of utilizing potassium feldspar(PF),a coupled synergistic process between PG and PF is proposed in this paper.The study investigates the features of P and F in PG,and explores the decomposition of PF using hydrofluoric acid(HF)in the sulfuric acid system for K leaching and leaching of P and F in PG.The impact factors such as sulfuric acid concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time,material ratio(PG/PF),liquid–solid ratio,PF particle size,and PF calcination temperature on the leaching of P and K is systematically investigated in this paper.The results show that under optimal conditions,the leaching rate of K and P reach more than 93%and 96%,respectively.Kinetics study using shrinking core model(SCM)indicates two significant stages with internal diffusion predominantly controlling the leaching of K.The apparent activation energies of these two stages are 11.92 kJ·mol^(-1)and 11.55 kJ·mol^(-1),respectively.

BACKGROUND Da Vinci Robotics-assisted total mesorectal excision(TME)surgery for rectal cancer is becoming more widely used.There is no strong evidence that roboticassisted surgery and laparoscopic surgery have similar outcomes in elderly patients with TME for rectal cancer.AIM To determine the improved oncological outcomes and short-term efficacy of robot-assisted surgery in elderly patients undergoing TME surgery.METHODS A retrospective study of the clinical pathology and follow-up of elderly patients who underwent TME surgery at the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology at the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine was conducted from March 2020 through September 2023.The patients were divided into a robotassisted group(the R-TME group)and a laparoscopic group(the L-TME group),and the short-term efficacy of the two groups was compared.RESULTS There were 45 elderly patients(≥60 years)in the R-TME group and 50 elderly patients(≥60 years)in the L-TME group.There were no differences in demographics,conversion rates,or postoperative complication rates.The L-TME group had a longer surgical time than the R-TME group[145(125,187.5)vs 180(148.75,206.25)min,P=0.005),and the first postoperative meal time in the L-TME group was longer than that in the R-TME(4 vs 3 d,P=0.048).Among the sex and body mass index(BMI)subgroups,the R-TME group had better out-comes than did the L-TME group in terms of operation time(P=0.042)and intraoperative assessment of bleeding(P=0.042).In the high BMI group,catheter removal occurred earlier in the R-TME group than in the L-TME group(3 vs 4 d,P=0.001),and autonomous voiding function was restored.CONCLUSION The curative effect and short-term efficacy of robot-assisted TME surgery for elderly patients with rectal cancer are similar to those of laparoscopic TME surgery;however,robotic-assisted surgery has better short-term outcomes for individuals with risk factors such as obesity and pelvic stenosis.Optimizing the learning curve can shorten the operation time,reduce the

To provide new insights into the development and utilization of Douchi artificial starters,three common strains(Aspergillus oryzae,Mucor racemosus,and Rhizopus oligosporus)were used to study their influence on the fermentation of Douchi.The results showed that the biogenic amine contents of the three types of Douchi were all within the safe range and far lower than those of traditional fermented Douchi.Aspergillus-type Douchi produced more free amino acids than the other two types of Douchi,and its umami taste was more prominent in sensory evaluation(P<0.01),while Mucor-type and Rhizopus-type Douchi produced more esters and pyrazines,making the aroma,sauce,and Douchi flavor more abundant.According to the Pearson and PLS analyses results,sweetness was significantly negatively correlated with phenylalanine,cysteine,and acetic acid(P<0.05),bitterness was significantly negatively correlated with malic acid(P<0.05),the sour taste was significantly positively correlated with citric acid and most free amino acids(P<0.05),while astringency was significantly negatively correlated with glucose(P<0.001).Thirteen volatile compounds such as furfuryl alcohol,phenethyl alcohol,and benzaldehyde caused the flavor difference of three types of Douchi.This study provides theoretical basis for the selection of starting strains for commercial Douchi production.

Currently,the aerial survey system of low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)has been widely used in acquiring digital map 4D products,mapping,digital linear maps,and other aspects.However,there are problems,such as low precision and weak practicability in constructing digital elevation model(DEM)products through the data collected using consumption level UAVs.Therefore,improving the accuracy of DEM products obtained by consumption level UAVs is a crucial and complex issue in the research of UAV aerial survey systems.In precision elevation measurement,the geodetic height of a certain number of ground points with reasonable distribution in the region is often obtained first.Then,the normal height of the ground points is obtained by leveling,and the elevation residual value surface of the region is fitted.Finally,the normal height of the points to be solved in the region is obtained by fitting the elevation residual surface.Therefore,the elevation residual fitting method was used to improve the accuracy of consumer UAV DEM products in this study.First,a high-quality ground point cloud was obtained by constructing the gradient filtering-cloth simulation filtering(GF-CSF)model.Second,an abnormal elevation fitting residual DEM model was constructed.Lastly,the final DEM was obtained using the DEM difference method.The experimental results show that among the 20 random sampling inspection points,the average elevation residual was 2.3 mm,and the root mean square error(RMSE)was 16.7 mm after the DEM accuracy was improved by the method.The average elevation residual without improving the DEM accuracy was 28.6 mm,and RMSE was 33.7 mm.

Study on the Mechanism of Glutamine Promoting the Synthesis of Colonic Mucin and Maintaining the Stability of Intestinal Microbiota in Septic Mice

Colonic mucus and gut microbiota closely linked through mutual regulatory effect. While their alterations during sepsis and whether glutamine can maintain the colonic mucus barrier and gut microbiota stability are unclear. Cecal ligation and puncture-induced sepsis in mice was utilized to observe changes in colonic mucus， gut microbiota， and their interaction with glutamine intervention. Our findings indicated that glutamine mitigated sepsis-induced intestinal damage and restores colonic mucus barrier function by augmenting mucin synthesis. Further analysis revealed that goblet cells were under oxidative stress after sepsis， resulting in anterior gradient-2 (AGR2)， the key mucin-modifying enzyme， being dissynthesized， and inhibiting mucin2 (MUC2) maturation. glutamine could ameliorates this situation by promoting the key enzyme glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) glycosylation in the pentose phosphate pathway， increasing the reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) synthesis， reducing endoplasmic reticulum stress， and accelerating AGR2 synthesis and MUC2 maturation. Additionally， glutamine aided in maintaining gut microbiota stability during sepsis， up-regulating mucin-associated bacteria such as Akkermansia and Alistipes. These bacteria， intimately linked to mucin synthesis and degradation， may impact intestinal mucus stability. In conclusion， glutamine can maintain goblet cell redox balance， promotes AGR2 synthesis and MUC2 maturation， shields the mucus barrier， and potentially maintains gut microbiota stability by regulating the interaction between bacteria and mucus， thus alleviating sepsis-induced intestinal damage.

Spontaneous subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), mainly caused by ruptured intracranial aneurysms, is a serious acute cerebrovascular disease. Early brain injury (EBI) is all brain injury occurring within 72 h after SAH, mainly including increased intracranial pressure, decreased cerebral blood flow, disruption of the blood-brain barrier, brain edema, oxidative stress, and neuroinflammation. It activates cell death pathways, leading to neuronal and glial cell death, and is significantly associated with poor prognosis. Ferroptosis is characterized by iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxides and is involved in the process of neuron and glial cell death in early brain injury. This paper reviews the research progress of ferroptosis in early brain injury after subarachnoid hemorrhage and provides new ideas for future research.
