Performance-control-orientated hybrid metal additive manufacturing technologies:state of the art,challenges,and future trends

Metal additive manufacturing(AM)technologies have made significant progress in the basic theoretical field since their invention in the ***,performance instability during continuous processing,such as thermal history,residual stress accumulation,and columnar grain epitaxial growth,consistently hinders their broad application in standardized industrial *** overcome these challenges,performance-control-oriented hybrid AM(HAM)technologies have been *** technologies,by leveraging external auxiliary processes,aim to regulate microstructural evolution and mechanical properties during metal *** paper provides a systematic and detailed review of performance-control-oriented HAM technology,which is categorized into two main groups:energy field-assisted AM(EFed AM,***,electromagnetic,and heat)technologies and interlayer plastic deformation-assisted AM(IPDed AM,*** shock peening,rolling,ultrasonic peening,and friction stir process)*** review covers the influence of external energy fields on the melting,flow,and solidification behavior of materials,and the regulatory effects of interlayer plastic deformation on grain refinement,nucleation,and ***,the role of performance-control-oriented HAM technologies in managing residual stress conversion,metallurgical defect closure,mechanical property improvement,and anisotropy regulation is thoroughly reviewed and *** review concludes with an analysis of future development trends in EFed AM and IPDed AM technologies.

Thermodynamic and Economic Analysis of a Conceptual System Combining Sludge Gasification,SOFC,Supercritical CO2 Cycle,and Organic Rankine Cycle

In order to reduce the environmental impact of conventional sludge treatment methods and to utilize the energy in sludge more effectively,a coupled system based on sewage sludge gasifier（SSG）,solid oxide fuel cells（SOFC）,supercritical CO2cycle（S-CO2）,and organic Rankine cycle（ORC） is *** clean syngas obtained from sludge gasification is mixed with CH4 and then first utilized by the fuel *** exhaust gas from the fuel cell is fully combusted in the afterburning chamber and then enters the bottom cycle system consisting of S-CO2& ORC to generate *** understand the performance of the system,thermodynamic and economic analyses were conducted to examine the project's *** thermodynamics as well as the economics of the coupled system were analyzed to arrive at the following conclusions,the power production of the system is 37.34 MW;the exergy efficiency is 55.62%,and the net electrical efficiency is 61.48%.The main exergy destruction is the gasifier and SOFC,accounting for 62.45% of the total exergy *** takes only6.13 years to repay the construction investment in the novel system,and the project obtains a NPV of 17 723 820USD during 20 years *** above findings indicate that the new coupled system has a better performance in terms of energy utilization and economy.

The underwater wireless optical communication(UWOC)system has gradually become essential to underwater wireless communication *** other existing works on UWOC systems,this paper evaluates the proposed machine learningbased signal demodulation methods through the selfbuilt experimental *** on such a platform,we first construct a real signal dataset with ten modulation ***,we propose a deep belief network(DBN)-based demodulator for feature extraction and multi-class feature *** also design an adaptive boosting(Ada Boost)demodulator as an alternative scheme without feature filtering for multiple modulated ***,it is demonstrated by extensive experimental results that the Ada Boost demodulator significantly outperforms the other *** also reveals that the demodulator accuracy decreases as the modulation order increases for a fixed received optical power.A higher-order modulation may achieve a higher effective transmission rate when the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is higher.

The influence of the leading-edge angle of subgrade on the aerodynamic loads of a high-speed train in a wind tunnel

The purpose of this study is to establish the correlation between the boundary layer over the subgrade and the aerodynamic loads act-ing on the train model in conventional wind tunnel ***,flow characteristics around the subgrade with different leading-edge angles(15°,30°and 45°)are investigated through the particle image velocimetry(PIV)experimental test ***,wind tunnel tests of the aerodynamic performance of a high-speed train are carried *** results are compared with previous experimental data obtained by moving model *** show that,due to the presence of a boundary layer,the pressure acting on the lower part of the train head decreases,while other locations are not significantly *** is the reason for the reduction of the aerodynamic drag and lift on the *** addition,the reduction effects become more obvious when the thickness of the boundary layer *** experimental results obtained could serve as a calibration of aerodynamic forces for wind tunnel tests on high-speed trains.

以沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,探讨数字化转型对股票误定价的影响及其机制。研究结果发现,数字化转型显著推高了股票误定价,且主要表现为股价高估。机制检验表明,数字化转型会吸引投资者和分析师关注,提高投资者乐观情绪,从而加剧股票误定价。异质性分析发现,融资融券交易和高质量的会计信息能够缓解数字化转型对股票误定价的影响,而市场情绪高涨期间数字化转型对股票误定价的影响更显著。建议有关部门进一步健全上市公司信息披露制度,加强对数字化转型信息披露的监管,以缓解数字化转型对股票误定价的影响。

《尚书》始于尧舜,这是经过孔子编订,汉代经学确立的权威的历史开端。司马迁所见所闻并不多于孔子,何以将历史的开端提前至黄帝?这是作为史官的司马迁在为汉武帝托古改制而努力建构改元封禅的政治传统。太初改制在秦汉帝国革新更始的思潮中,围绕改历和封禅展开,《史记》确立“汉兴复当黄帝时”的新纪元。司马迁根据汉武帝改制的需要书写黄帝,也利用黄帝为武帝改制提供了历史和思想的“证据”。此过程体现了他为汉家立法,以当代圣人书写当代经书的雄心,最终也成为他遭受宫刑的原因。
