电子式电流互感器中的供能激光器是给远端模块供能的半导体器件。为了解决其故障频发的问题,需要研究其退化机制从而为器件可靠性提升提供可行思路。设计了一套半导体激光器外特性综合测试系统,利用恒温加热箱、振动台可测得在不同温度、振动下的激光器的PIV曲线、波长等外特性参数,并通过相关性分析,表明缓慢退化的关键参数与环境敏感参量的影响机制。其次,对故障光芯片进行失效表征得出供能激光器退化机理。最后对不同退化程度的激光器光功率进行指数拟合得到供能激光器在工况条件下的预期寿命为127438 h,并给出运维改进措施。研究结果表明退化后的激光器斜率效率变化最为显著可达7.99%,阈值电流变化为4.98%,两参量与激光器退化呈现强相关;而芯片退化乃至失效原因主要为腔面膜层损伤不断加剧导致腔面发生光学灾变。

The folding and unfolding of the carbon chain,which is the basic constitutional unit of polymers,are important to the performance of the ***,it is difficult to regulate conformational transition of the carbon chain,especially in an aqueous *** this paper,we propose a strategy to regulate the conformational transition of the carbon chain in water based on the all-atom molecular dynamics *** is shown that the unfolded carbon chain will spontaneously collapse into the folded state,while the folded carbon chain will unfold with an external electric *** regulation ability of the electric field is attributed to the electric field-induced redistribution of interface water molecules near the carbon *** demonstrated method of regulating conformational transition of the carbon chain in water in this study provides an insight into regulating hydrophobic molecules in water,and has great potential in drug molecule design and new polymer material development.

This research analyzed tiie application value of bamboo elements in landscapes, compared methods of using bamboo in traditional gardens and cenew Chinese-styie＂ gardens, and summarised the application method of bamboo elements in the Wnew Chinese-style＂ landscape from three aspects of modern constitution techniques, texture blending, and landscape continuation and softening, and put forward the development and application directions of bamboo elements.

Green heart is an important part of urban ecosystem and urban public space. Due to the limitation of geography, hydrology, soil, climate, transportation and other factors, valley cities in the Loess Plateau have certain particularities in the construction of their green hearts. Based on the connotation and characteristics of green heart, a typical valley city of Shenmu in Shaanxi Province was selected for research, and explored the adaptive design strategy of green heart in the city combining with the planning and design of the Central Park in Shenmu, so as to provide a reference point for the construction of green heart in the same type of city.

Coal is a solid combustible mineral,and coal-bearing strata have important hydrocarbon generation potential and contribute to more than 12%of the global hydrocarbon ***,the deposition and hydrocarbon evolution process of ancient coal-bearing strata is characterized by multiple geological times,leading to obvious distinctions in their hydrocarbon generation potential,geological processes,and production,which affect the evaluation and exploration of hydrocarbon resources derived from coaly source rocks *** study aimed to identify the differences on oil-generated parent macerals and the production of oil generated from different coaly source rocks and through different oil generation *** with the analysis of previous tectonic burial history and hydrocarbon generation history,high-temperature and high-pressure thermal simulation experiments,organic geochemistry,and organic petrology were performed on the Carboniferous-Permian(C-P)coaly source rocks in the Huanghua Depression,Bohai Bay *** oil-generated parent macerals of coal's secondary oil generation process(SOGP)were mainly hydrogen-rich collotelinite,collodetrinite,sporinite,and cutinite,while the oil-generated parent macerals of tertiary oil generation process(TOGP)were the remaining small amount of hydrogen-rich collotelinite,sporinite,and cutinite,as well as dispersed soluble organic matter and unexhausted residual *** with coal,the oil-generated parent macerals of coaly shale SOGP were mostly sporinite and *** part of hydrogen-poor vitrinite,lacking hydrocarbon-rich macerals,and macerals of the TOGP,in addition to some remaining cutinite and a small amount of crude oil and bitumen from SOGP contributed to the oil *** results indicated that the changes in oil yield had a good junction between SOGP and TOGP,both coal and coaly shale had higher SOGP aborted oil yield than TOGP starting yield,and coaly shale TOGP peak oil yield was low

Testosterone is closely associated with lipid metabolism and known to affect body fat composition and muscle mass in ***,the mechanisms by which testosterone acts on lipid metabolism are not yet fully understood,especially in *** this study,cyp17a1-/-zebrafish(Danio rerio)exhibited excessive visceral adipose tissue(VAT),lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis(DNL)*** assay for transposase accessible chromatinwithsequencing(ATAC-seq)results demonstrated that chromatin accessibility of DNL genes was increased in cyp17a1-/-fish compared to cyp17a1+/+male fish,including stearoyl-CoA desaturase(scd)and fatty acid synthase(fasn).Androgen response element(ARE)motifs in the androgen signaling pathway were significantly enriched in cyp17a1+/+male fish but not in cyp17a1-/-*** androgen receptor(ar)-/-and wildtype(WT)zebrafish administered with Ar antagonist flutamide displayed excessive visceral adipose tissue,lipid content,and up-regulated expression and activity of hepatic de novo lipogenesis *** Ar agonist BMS-564929 reduced the content of VAT and lipid content,and down-regulated acetyl-CoA carboxylase a(acaca),fasn,and scd ***,the rescue effect of testosterone on cyp17a1-/-fish in terms of phenotypes was abolished when ar was additionally ***,these findings reveal that testosterone inhibits lipid deposition by down-regulating DNL genes via Ar in zebrafish,thus expanding our understanding of the relationship between testosterone and lipid metabolism in teleosts.
