There are stillchallenges in applying drug nanocarriers for in situ sustained macrophage targeting and regulation,due to the rapid clearance of nanocarriers and burst drug release invivo.Herein,a nanomicellehydrogel microsphere,characterized by its macrophage-targeted nanosized secondary structure that allows it to accurately bind to M1 macrophages through active endocytosis,is employed for in situ sustained macrophage targeting and regulation,and addresses the insufficient osteoarthritis therapeutic efficacy caused by rapid clearance of drug nanocarriers.The 3-dimensional structure of a microsphere can prevent the rapid escape and clearance of a nanomicelle,thus keeping it in joints,while the ligand-guided secondary structure can carry drugs to accurately target and enter M1 macrophages,and release drugs via the transition from hydrophobicity to hydrophilicity of nanomicelles under inflammatory stimulation inside the macrophages.

剪力墙作为高层建筑结构重要的抗侧力构件,其抗震性能将影响着高层建筑结构的安全性。为了研究剪跨比对钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土剪力墙抗震性能的影响,利用有限元软ABAQUS建立了剪跨比λ为1.1、1.6、2.1的钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土剪力墙数值模型,分析了剪力墙在低周往复荷载作用下的破坏形态、耗能能力、刚度退化、延性及承载力,并与试验结果做对比。结果表明:模拟结果与试验结果吻合度较高,所建的数值模型能够较好的表征钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土剪力墙的抗震性能;随着剪跨比的增大,墙体的破坏形态由弯剪破坏变为了剪切破坏,耗能能力和承载力逐渐减小;当剪跨比λ=1.6时,钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土剪力墙的初始刚度最大,刚度退化速率最快,延性最好。

钢筋混凝土剪力墙作为高层建筑结构中重要的抗侧力构件,具有较好的抗震性能,通常是作为建筑结构中的第一道抗震防线,能降低结构构件和非结构构件在强震作用下的损伤。历次震害现象表明,钢筋混凝土剪力墙在遭遇强震作用时可能产生比较严重的裂缝、钢筋屈曲等破坏,造成修复和加固困难,且成本较高,不能够满足人们对于震后快速恢复生产生活的需求。为了改善钢筋混凝土剪力墙的抗震性能,提高剪力墙的可恢复功能,国内外学者开展了大量的研究。综述了改善钢筋混凝土剪力墙抗震性能的三种方法:改善混凝土材料力学性能、改善配筋形式和改善剪力墙的可恢复功能;重点介绍了纤维改善混凝土剪力墙的抗震性能,并分析纤维材料对混凝土基体的增强机理。

Traditional theoretical and empirical calculation methods can guide the design of β-and metastable β-alloys for bio-titanium. However, it is still difficult to obtain novel near-β-Ti alloys with low modulus. This study developed a method that combines machine learning with calculation of phase diagrams(CALPHAD) to facilitate the design of near-β-Ti alloys. An elastic modulus database of Ti–Nb–Zr–Mo–Ta–Sn system was constructed first, and then three features(the electron to atom ratio, mean absolute deviation of atom mass, and mean electronegativity) were selected as the key factors of modulus by performing a three-step feature selection. With these features, a highly accurate model was built for predicting the modulus of near-β-Ti alloys. To further ensure the accuracy of modulus prediction, machine learning with the elastic constants calculated was leveraged by CALPHAD database. The root mean square error of the well-trained model can be as low as 6.75 GPa. Guided by the prediction of machine learning and CALPHAD, three novel near-β-Ti alloys with elastic modulus below 50 GPa were successfully designed in this study. The best candidate alloy(Ti–26Nb–4Zr–4Sn–1Mo–Ta) exhibits an ultra-low modulus(36.6 GPa) after cold rolling with a thickness reduction of 20%. Our method can greatly save time and resources in the development of novel Ti alloys, and experimental verifications have demonstrated the reliability of this method.

Different initial microstructures were obtained through combination of intercritical annealing and cold-rolling. Subsequently, steels with different microstructures of ferrite-pearlite （FP）, ferrite-martensite （FM） and complete martensite （M） were intercritically annealed at 780 ℃ for 5 min and water quenched to obtain ferrite-martensite microstructure. The significance of initial microstructures on ultimate microstructure, mechanical properties, strain-hardening ability and fracture behavior in dual-phase steels has been elucidated. Initial microstructures of FP, FM and M yielded different martensite morphologies, notably chain-like network structure, fine and fibrous martensite structure, respectively. Furthermore, with increasing martensite content in the initial microstructure, the average grain size of ferrite was significantly refined from about 12.3 to 2.1 μm, which results in that the ultimate tensile strength （UTS） and yield strength were increased, total elongation remained unaffected, and uniform elongation （UE） and strain-hardening ability were increased. A comparison of mechanical properties for different initial microstructures suggested that when the initial microstructure was complete martensite, the steel had excellent mechanical properties, with UTS × UE of 122.5 J cm^-3, which was 24% greater than the conventional continuously annealed steels with ferrite-pearlite initial microstructure （98.8 J cm^-3）. The variation in tensile properties, strain-hardening ability and fracture mechanism of steels with different initial microstructures were discussed in relation to the ultimate microstructures.

Phenolation is one of the effective strategies to synthesize lignin-based polyphenols,improve lignin’s properties,and extend its value-added applications in biological,medicinal and cosmetic fields.Herein,by taking the structural feature advantage of lignin,an effective and green strategy was developed to molecularly engineer lignin into a robust lignin-3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)propionate ester(LPPE)derivative via a transesterification reaction between 3,4-dihydrocoumarin(DHC)and the aliphatic hydroxyls in lignin under organocatalysis.The strategy is optimized and the novel derivative was systematically characterized by ^(1)H,^(13)C and ^(31)P nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy.The findings indicated that the successful introduction of 3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)propionate groups using a OH groups/DHC/organic base mo-lar ratio of 1꞉1꞉0.3 at 120℃ for 6 h increased the content of phenolic hydroxyl groups from 1.7931 to 3.0179 mmol/g,and the LPPE exhibited excellent ultraviolet-absorbing and antioxidant per-formance with up to 90%free radical scavenging activity within 20 min using 5 mg/mL of LPPE.In addition,good biocompatibility and a high Sun protection factor(SPF)value of 40.9 were achieved at 5%(w)dosage of LPPE in the cream,indicating its significant application potential in sunscreen.

The center of the stability island of super-heavy nuclei(SHN)is the subject of intense experimental and theoretical investigations and has potential technological applications.^(298)^(114) Fl lies in the Z=114 isotopic chain as a persuasive candidate of the spherical double-magic nucleus in SHN,and in this study,the calculations of nuclear binding energies,one-nucleon and two-nucleon separation energies,a-decay energies,and the corresponding halflives provide strong evidence for this point.These calculations within an improved Weizsacker-Skyrme nuclear mass model(WS*)were performed and compared with the calculations of the finite-range droplet model(FRDM2012)and experimental data for Z=114 isotopes and N=184 isotones.Concurrently,the corresponding single-particle levels in a Woods-Saxon potential well with a spin-orbit term are calculated,which can be used as a powerful indicator to identify the shell effects existing in114298Fl.Both the study of the properties of the isotopic chain and microphysical quantities provide a vital signal that ^(298)^(114) Fl is a spherical double-magic nucleus and also the center of the SHN.

At present,although knowledge graphs have been widely used in various fields such as recommendation systems,question and answer systems,and intelligent search,there are always quality problems such as knowledge omissions and errors.Quality assessment and control,as an important means to ensure the quality of knowledge,can make the applications based on knowledge graphs more complete and more accurate by reasonably assessing the knowledge graphs and fixing and improving the quality problems at the same time.Therefore,as an indispensable part of the knowledge graph construction process,the results of quality assessment and control determine the usefulness of the knowledge graph.Among them,the assessment and enhancement of completeness,as an important part of the assessment and control phase,determine whether the knowledge graph can fully reflect objective phenomena and reveal potential connections among entities.In this paper,we review specific techniques of completeness assessment and classify completeness assessment techniques in terms of closed world assumptions,open world assumptions,and partial completeness assumptions.The purpose of this paper is to further promote the development of knowledge graph quality control and to lay the foundation for subsequent research on the completeness assessment of knowledge graphs by reviewing and classifying completeness assessment techniques.

Improvement of Convergence to Steady State Solutions of Euler Equations with Weighted Compact Nonlinear Schemes

The convergence to steady state solutions of the Euler equations for weighted compact nonlinear schemes （WCNS） [deng X. and Zhang H. （2000）, J. Comput. Phys. 165, 22–44 and Zhang S., Jiang S. and Shu C.-W. （2008）, J. Comput. Phys. 227, 7294-7321] is studied through numerical tests. Like most other shock capturing schemes, WCNS also suffers from the problem that the residue can not settle down to machine zero for the computation of the steady state solution which contains shock waves but hangs at the truncation error level. In this paper, the techniques studied in [Zhang S. and Shu. C.-W. （2007）, J. Sci. Comput. 31, 273–305 and Zhang S., Jiang S and Shu. C.-W. （2011）, J. Sci. Comput. 47, 216–238], to improve the convergence to steady state solutions for WENO schemes, are generalized to the WCNS. Detailed numerical studies in one and two dimensional cases are performed. Numerical tests demonstrate the effectiveness of these techniques when applied to WCNS. The residue of various order WCNS can settle down to machine zero for typical cases while the small post-shock oscillations can be removed.
