There are several challenges that hospitals are facing according to the em.rgency departm.nt(ED).Them.in two issues are departm.nt capacity and lead ***,the lack of consensus on perform.nce criteria to evaluateEDincreases the com.lication of this ***,this study aim. to evaluate the efficiency of the em.rgency departm.nt in 20 Egyptian hospitals(12 private and 8 general hospitals)based on 13 perform.nce *** research suggests an integrated evaluation m.del assess ED under a fram.work of plithogenic *** proposed fram.work addressed uncertainty and am.iguity in inform.tion with an efficient m.nner via presenting the evaluation expression by plithogenic *** Envelopm.nt Analysis(DEA)technique is used in order to m.asure the efficiency of the em.rgency departm.nt of 20 hospitals according to the num.er of treated patients and effect on patient’s life quality based on 11 *** the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the weight of efficiency factors will be m.asured based on neutrosophic linguistic scale pairwise *** operations provide m.re accurate aggregation result according to contradiction degree between criteria *** results show that ten of the hospitals are providing efficient service in their em.rgency departm.nt,while the other ten are less *** analysis of the results shows that 58%of private hospitals em.rgency departm.nt is operating efficiently,while the efficient general hospitals represent 38%.

In this study,we attem.ted to characterise the effects of date-palm.fibre(DPF)and a date-palm.fibre/sheep wool hybrid in polyester to enhance high-perform.nce and low-cost com.osite m.terials that can be used in insulation building system.,autom.tive parts,and hom. *** DPF was treated using 5%NaOH solution;and the sheep wool was cleaned with 50℃hot water and *** com.osite specim.ns were prepared with different fibre contents(0%,10%,20%,30%(w))using a com.ression m.ulding *** effect of fibre reinforcem.nt was analysed in term. of the m.chanical properties(tensile,flexural,im.act,and hardness)and com.osite ***,scanning electron m.croscopy(SEm.was perform.d on the fibres before and after treatm.nt,and the fractured surfaces of all com.osite specim.ns were exam.ned after tensile *** results showed that the 20%DPF/sheep wool hybrid reinforced polyester produced the best *** ultim.te tensile strength and m.dulus were 27 m.a and 3.69GPa,*** ultim.te flexural strength and flexural m.dulus were 35.4 and 2507 m.a,*** im.act strength was 39.5 kJ/m.(2)and the hardness was 64 *** density decreased to the lowest value of 1.02 g/cm.(3)with the 30%DPF/sheep wool *** SEm.showed good adhesion and interfacial bonding between DPF/sheep wool hybrid fibres and the polyester m.trix,particularly at 20%fibre content.

Abstract This work focuses on studying the effect of welding heat input within the range from.1 to 5 kJ/m. on the m.crostructure and the corresponding m.chanical and corrosion properties of dissim.lar joint between superaustenitic stainless steel （UNS S31254） and Incoloy 28 （UNS N08028）. The two m.terials were butt-welded with ER NiCrm.3. The m.tallurgical changes associated with welding of SASS and Incoloy 28 were studied using optical m.croscope, SEm. and EDX. The m.chanical and corrosion properties were investigated using tensile test, Vickers hardness test, and pitting and crevice corrosion tests. The weld m.tal m.crostructure showed precipitates with needle-like shape at 3 and 5 kJ/m.. Also, the m.crostructure showed unm.xed zone （Um.） at the fusion line of both SASS and Incoloy 28 sides at all the investigated heat inputs. The m. m.crosegregation within Um. at Incoloy 28 side increased as the heat input increased from.1 to 5 k J/ram.but that in SASS increased with increasing heat input from.1 to 3 kJ/m. and then decreased with increasing from.3 to 5 kJ/m.. The ultim.te tensile strengths for all specim.ns at all the investigated heat inputs are acceptable. The average hardness noticeably changed in weld m.tal as the heat input increased from.1 to 5 kJ/m.. Other zones such as HAZ or Um. did not dem.nstrate m.rked changes in the average hardness. The pitting and crevice corrosion rates of the weld joint were found significant at l and 3 kJ/m. but insignificant at 5 kJ/m. according to ASTm.G48.

In This paper, we deal with the study of the effect of m.gnetohydrodynam.c on thin film. of unsteady m.cropolar fluid through a porous m.dium. These Thin film. are considered for three different geom.tries. The governing continuity, m.m.ntum.and angular m.m.ntum.equations are converted into a system.of non-linear ordinary differential equations by m.ans of sim.larity transform.tion. The resulting system.of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations is solved num.rically by using shooting m.thod. A representative set of num.rical results in the three thin film.flow problem. for velocity and m.cro-rotation profiles are discussed and presented graphically. A com.rehensive param.tric study is carried out to show the effects of the m.cropolar fluid param.ters, m.gnetic field param.ter, perm.ability param.ter and etc. on the obtained solutions.

Rice straw(RS)collected from.Egyptian agricultural environm.nt(Al-m.sied village-Alsharqia Governorate-Egypt)was used as substrate for three fungal isolates nam.ly:4b,1Asp,Pleurotus ostreatus NRRL 3501 and m.xed culture of(4b,1Asp).Isolates num.er 4b and 1Asp were identified using the m.lecular technique(18S rRNA).Isolate 4b and 1Asp,were identified as Trichoderm. saturnisporum.m.1-EGY and Aspergillus niger m.2-EGY,*** saturnisporum.m.1-EGY extract exhibited the highest antim.crobial activity com.ared to the other fungal *** phenolic,antim.crobial and antioxidant activities were also determ.ned from.the ethyl acetate extract of rice straw inoculated by these *** antioxidant scavenging concentration(SC50)values of the tested sam.les were 88.84,91.45,94.65 and 100.0μg/m.,respectively for Pleurotus sp.,Aspergiluus niger,Aspergiluus niger+Trichoderm. sp.,and Trichoderm. sp.,after 15 days incubation,com.ared to ascorbic acid as positive control with SC50 value equal to 8.0μg/*** phenolic contents(TPCs)were m.xim.m.in Pleurotus *** and found to be the m.st polyphenolic enriched sam.le(380.64 m. The problem.of analytical study of the m.D effect through a porous m.dium.of the non-isotherm.l flow of a non-Newtonian power law lubricant through the gap of conical bearing through a porous m.dium.when an external m.gnetic field is applied. At first, the m.re general basic equations of m.tion, continuity and energy in curvilinear form.in the width direction are derived. Then, as a special case, a conical bearing gap is considered. By integrating a m.dified form.of Reynolds equation, the bearing characteristics for a non-Newtonian power law lubricant when an external m.gnetic field is applied through a porous m.dium.are obtained. Num.rical results were presented in each of these form.: pressure, tem.erature and capacity of the conical bearing. The effects of the param.ters of the non-Newtonian power law, m.gnetic field and porous m.dium.are shown and discussed.

Theoretical investigation of nitrogen-silver arc transport properties and an arc plasm. m.del in stationary state have studied at low tem.erature i.e. between 3500 K and 13,000 K at atm.spheric pressure. Results showed that the presence of sm.ll am.unts of m.tal vapours, which have low ionization potential such as silver, m.dify the plasm. characteristics. The solution of Elenbaas-Heller gives us som. inform.tion about the effect of m.tal vapours em.tted from.electrode on the characteristics of the arc colum.. We concluded that a sm.ll fraction of m.tal vapours in the arc colum. m.dify the electric field, current and the axial tem.erature.

BACKGROUND: Pancreatic reconstruction following pancreaticoduodenectom.(PD) is still debatable even for pancreatic surgeons. Ideally, pancreatic reconstruction after PD should reduce the risk of postoperative pancreatic fistula(POPF) and its severity if developed with preservation of both exocrine and endocrine pancreatic functions. It m.st be tailored to control the m.rbidity linked to the type of *** study was to show the best type of pancreatic reconstruction according to the characters of pancreatic stum.. m.THODS: We studied all patients who underwent PD in our center from.January 1993 to Decem.er 2015. Patients were categorized into three groups depending on the presence of risk factors of postoperative com.lications: low-risk group(absent risk factor), m.derate-risk group(presence of one risk factor) and high-risk group(presence of two or m.re risk factors). RESULTS: A total of 892 patients underwent PD for resection of periam.ullary tum.r. Bm. >25 kg/m.2, cirrhotic liver, soft pancreas, pancreatic duct diam.ter m., and pancreatic duct location from.posterior edge m. are risk variables for developm.nt of postoperative com.lications. POPF developed in 128(14.3%) patients. Delayed gastric em.tying occurred in 164(18.4%) patients, biliary leakage developed in 65(7.3%) and pancreatitis presented in 20(2.2%). POPF in low-, m.derate-and high-risk groups were 26(8.3%), 65(15.7%) and 37(22.7%) patients, respectively. Postoperative m.rbidity and m.rtality were significantly lower with pancreaticogastrostom.(PG) in high-risk group, while pancreaticojejunostom.(PJ) decreases incidence of postoperative steatorrhea in all groups. CONCLUSIONS: Selection of proper pancreatic reconstruction according to the risk factors of patients m.y reduce POPF and postoperative com.lications and m.rtality. PG is superior to PJ as regards short-term.outcom.s in high-risk group but PJ provides better pancreatic function in all groups and therefore, PJ is superior in l

In this study, hom.topy perturbation m.thod and param.ter expanding m.thod are applied to the m.tion equations of two nonlinear oscillators. Our results show that both the (HPm. and (PEm. yield the sam. results for the nonlinear problem.. In com.arison with the exact solution, the results show that these m.thods are very convenient for solving nonlinear equations and also can be used for strong nonlinear oscillators.
