Recently,resea.ch on hydrogel ma.eria.s with a.porous structure a.d superior wa.er a.sorption ca.a.ilities significa.tly ***,the hydrogel under gra.ity-driven sepa.a.ion conditions often exhibit a. unsta.le pore structure,poor mecha.ica. properties,a.d limited *** this end,this work presents a.novel a.proa.h tha. combines a.ma.ro-micro double bionic stra.egy with a.triple crosslinking method to develop a.multifunctiona. a.gina.e composite hydrogel filter(2%-Sa.κCG-PVa.Ca.(2+),2%-SKP-Ca.(2+)for short)with a.sta.le pore structure a.d superior mecha.ica. properties,which possessed a. umbrella.sha.ed structure resembling tha. of *** 2%-SKPCa.(2+)filter wa. synthesized using polyvinyl a.cohol(PVa.a. a.sta.le structure-directing a.ent,a.d sodium a.gina.e(Sa.a.dκ-ca.ra.eena.(κ-CG)a. polymer *** distinctive umbrella.ha.ed hydrogel of 2%-SKP-Ca.(2+)filter,formed through the triple crosslinking method,overcomes the limita.ions of unsta.le pore structure a.d poor dura.ility seen in hydrogels prepa.ed by tra.itiona. crosslinking ***,the utiliza.ion of the 2%-SKP-Ca.(2+)filter in wa.er trea.ment demonstra.es its good selective permea.ility,excellent resista.ce to fouling,a.d extended longevity,which ena.les it to simulta.eously a.hieve the multifunctiona. wa.er purifica.ion a.d the coa.ing of multi-substra.e a.ti-fouling ***,not only does this resea.ch provide a. efficient,multifunctiona.,highly pollution-resista.t prepa.a.ion method for designing a.new filter,but it a.so confirms the a.plica.ion prospect of the ma.ro-micro dua. bionic stra.egy developed in this study in complex wa.er trea.ment.

Fruits of da.e pa.m (Phoenix da.tylifera.L.) a.e consumed throughout the world a.d a.e a.vita. component of the diet in most a.a.ia. countries. The effect of pa.tia. repla.ement of whea. flour with a.1:1 mixture of whea. bra. a.d da.e pa.m fruit powder on rheologica. properties of the biscuit dough wa. studied. Levels of mixture used were 10%, 20%, 30% a.d 40%. Dough rheology (fa.inogra.h, extensogra.h properties) a.d biscuit qua.ity (physica. properties, colour, sensory eva.ua.ion) were a.sessed. Results obta.ned indica.ed tha. wa.er a.sorption gra.ua.ly increa.ed by increa.ing the levels of whea. bra.: pa.m da.e powder, mea.while mixing tolera.ce index decrea.ed. Dough sta.ility, which indica.es the dough strength, a.so found to decrea.e by increa.ing mixture of whea. bra. a.d da.e powder (1:1). Furthermore, dough development time gra.ua.ly increa.ed by increa.ing the mixture a. a.l levels. It wa. 6.04 min a. level of 40% compa.ed to the control (2.5 min). Extensogra.h results showed tha. dough energy a.d dough resista.ce to extension a.d proportiona. number a.so increa.ed compa.ed with control sa.ple. The proportiona. number (R/E) ra.ios increa.ed la.gely from 3.20 to 5.27 a. the level of 40.0%. a.h a.d fibre contents gra.ua.ly increa.ed a. the mixture levels increa.ed. However, minera. content progressively increa.ed by increa.ing the level of da.e powder in the mixture. Incorpora.ion of whea. bra. a.d da.e powder mixture decrea.ed the sprea. of the biscuits from 55.66 to 52.82 mm without cha.ge in the thickness of the biscuits. Orga.oleptic properties revea.ed tha. qua.ity of biscuits wa. a.cepta.le a. mixture level of 30%.

Introduction: There ha. been a.surge in the use of tendoscopic surgery for trea.ing peronea. tendons insta.ility. The novelty of this a.proa.h dema.ded a.litera.ure review of its indica.ions, limita.ions, a.d clinica. outcomes. a.m: a.litera.ure review of the clinica. studies reporting on tendoscopic peronea. tendon sta.ilisa.ion surgery a.ong with its outcomes a.d complica.ions. Methods: We ca.ried out a.comprehensive review of the litera.ure up until September 2022 with a. extensive sea.ch of the MEDLINE, Emba.e a.d Cochra.e libra.y da.a.a.es. Results: Initia. sea.ch resulted in 66 a.ticles. Four duplica.e a.ticles were removed. Further 30 a.ticles were excluded a.ter title a.d a.stra.t screening. Eight studies sa.isfied the inclusion criteria.a.d were included in this review. a.ticles were a.a.ysed for outcomes a.d complica.ions. Conclusion: The tendoscopic technique for peronea. tendon insta.ility is a. effective a.d sa.e surgica. technique with very low fa.lure ra.e. Levels of Evidence: Level IV.

In this study,we provide evidence tha. oil sa.ds process-a.fected wa.ers(OSPW)conta.n fa.tors tha. a.tiva.e the a.timicrobia. a.d proinfla.ma.ory responses of immune ***,using the murine ma.ropha.e Ra. 264.7 cell line,we esta.lish the bioa.tivity of two different OSPW sa.ples a.d their isola.ed ***,we directly compa.ed the bioa.tivity of two pilot sca.e demonstra.ion pit la.e(DPL)wa.er sa.ples,which included expressed wa.er from trea.ed ta.lings(termed the before wa.er ca.ping sa.ple;BWC)a. well a. a. a.ter wa.er ca.ping(a.C)sa.ple consisting of a.mixture of expressed wa.er,precipita.ion,upla.d runoff,coa.ula.ed OSPW a.d a.ded *** infla.ma.ory(*** a.tiva.ing)bioa.tivity wa. a.socia.ed with the a.C sa.ple a.d its orga.ic fra.tion(OF),wherea. the BWC sa.ple ha. reduced bioa.tivity tha. wa. prima.ily a.socia.ed with its inorga.ic fra.tion(IF).Overa.l,these results indica.e tha. a. non-toxic exposure doses,the Ra. 264.7 cell line serves a. a. a.ute,sensitive a.d relia.le biosensor for the screening of infla.ma.ory constituents within a.d a.ong discrete OSPW sa.ples.
