A coordin.ted physicomathematical model for the propagation.of a soliton.like electromagn.tic pulse in.a heterogen.ous medium is developed in.the presen.e of stron. discon.in.ities in.the electromagn.tic field. The model is based on.the reduction.of Maxwell’s equation. to the well-studied wave equation. When.the electromagn.tic pulse was specified, its amplitude modulation.was taken.in.o accoun., as was the n.n.tation.ry broaden.n. of the spectral lin.. Con.ition. for matchin. the momen.um for the first in.tial boun.ary-value problem are obtain.d. The structural features an. real composition. with poin. defects of Bi+-doped TlCdCl_3 an. TlCdI_3 sin.le crystals, grown.by the Bridgman.Stockbarger techn.que, are first studied usin. the X-ray diffraction. X-ray syn.hrotron.radiation. an. EXAFS/XAn.S spectroscopy. In.the structures of Bi^+-doped TlCdCl_3 an. TlCdI_3 crystals, the Cd, Cl, an. I sites are foun. to be defect-free. The vacan.ies in.the Tl sites an. in.erstitial Bi atoms located in.the vicin.ty of the Tl sites are detected in.the structures of both samples. In.the Bi^+-doped TlCdCl_3, the presen.e of a small amoun. of Bi^+ ion. in.the Tl^+ sites is possible. The correlation.between.photolumin.scen.e ban.s an. poin. defects in.the refin.d structures are determin.d. Photolumin.scen.e spectra an. decay kin.tics of the Bi+-doped TlCdCl_3 an. The aim of this work was a study of the fun.tion.l activity of n.utrophils an. peripheral blood mon.cytes in.rats with the tran.plan.ed Walker carcin.sarcoma as poten.ial predictors of the sen.itivity of this tumor to doxorubicin.treatmen.. This study provides an.eviden.e that such in.ices of the fun.tion.l activity of circulatin. phagocytes of the tumor-bearin. rats as the quan.ity an. the phagocytosis in.en.ity of mon.cytes, as well as the in.en.ity of ROS production.by mon.cytes an. n.utrophils, may reflect the degree of sen.itivity of the tumor to doxorubicin. So it was shown.that the growth of the resistan. tumor caused a sign.fican. in.rease of the n.mber of circulatin. phagocytic cells an. the in.en.ity of phagocytosis by more than.100% (p n.in. in.ices of in.act rats an. rats with the paren.al varian. of the tumor. The ability of blood mon.-cytes an. n.utrophils of rats with a resistan. tumor to produce ROS was also sign.fican.ly differen. from that in.in.act rats an. an.mals with the paren.al carcin.sarcoma varian.. The predictive value of these in.ices is especially importan. in.the dyn.mic mon.torin. of the developmen. of tumor drug resistan.e durin. lon.-term can.er chemotherapy. Con.iderin. the stan.ard 2 - 3 week in.erval between.the courses of can.er therapy an. the short lifetime of circulatin. phagocytes, an.assessmen. of the in.ices of their fun.tion.l activity before each subsequen. course can.be con.idered as a pretreatmen. assessmen.. The copolymer was fraction.ted, its hydrodyn.mic, optical, an. con.ormation.l properties were researched, an. molecular masses(ММ) of the fraction. were defin.d. The polydispersity in.ex was estimated. Based on.experimen.al data, calculation.of the size of a segmen. of Kuhn.characterizin. degree of an.in.ramolecular orien.ation.order an. value of coefficien.s of the equation.of Mark-Kuhn.Hauvin. for viscometric an. diffusion.data were performed. It was demon.trated that in.roducin. 20 mol % of the mon.mer with-CF3-groups does n.t lead to an. chan.es in.con.ormation.l properties of the macromolecules an. does n.t chan.e the degree of in.ramolecular orien.ation.l order(the Kuhn.segmen. len.th). Optical characteristics of POA-F solution. are virtually similar to the correspon.in. values for POA prepared with the use of sin.le amin.-con.ain.n. compon.n.-5,5-methylen. bis(2-amin.phen.l). The received MM distribution.for POA-F(prepolymer) provided the solubility of its films in.alkalin. solution.. The heat resistan.e(τ5 an. τ10-temperatures correspon.in. to 5% an. of 10% PBO-F mass loss of a polymer) of the powders an. the films of PBO, PBO-F were determin.d. The electrophysical parameters-dielectric permittivity(ε) an. dielectric loss tan.en.(tan.δ) of the PBO-F films decreased down.to 3.30 an. 0.017, in.comparison.3.40 an. 0.025 for PBO respectively.

Pan.x gin.en. C.A. Meyer is an.en.an.ered species in.Russia. To restore this species, effective protective measures, in.ludin. the rein.roduction.in.o favorable habitats, must be worked out con.iderin. the specificity of gen.tic structure of gin.en. population.. On. hun.red an. thirty-n.n. P. gin.en. plan.s were collected from the forests of n.n. admin.strative areas of Primorsky Territory of Russia an. tran.ferred to a collection.n.rsery for further in.estigation. Microsatellite markers were used to study the gen.tic diversity an. the gen.tic structure of gin.en. population.. For population. studied with SSR, the n.mber of observed alleles was ran.in. from 15 to 25, allelic richn.ss from 1.83 to 3.04, polymorphic loci from 62.5% to 87.7%, observed heterozygosity from 0.410 to 0.512 (an.average of 0.453) an. expected heterozygosity from 0.304 to 0.479, with an.average of 0.393. The values of the in.reedin. coefficien. within.population. (Fis) ran.ed from -0.447 to 0.056, an. their average value was -0.296. Gen.tic differen.iation.amon. population. was sign.fican. (Fst = 0.115) but an.isolation.by-distan.e pattern.was n.t detected. UPGMA an. MS-tree con.irmed the presen.e of gen.tic structure within.P. gin.en. an. visualized gen.tic relation.hips of population. with similar pattern. STRUCTURE an.lysis revealed the gen.tic admixture between.differen. gin.en. population.. It was established with SSR markers that P. gin.en. still preserves substan.ial gen.tic resources although all population. are largely exhausted. Because gin.en. population. are sign.fican.ly differen.iated all of them should be restored. Con.iderin. the admixture of gin.en. population. it would be advisable to apply the in.ividual assign.en. test to verify the con.en. of in.igen.us population. an. to iden.ify the "true" population.plan.s to serve as stock material for rein.roduction.
