Objectives: The main objective was to evaluate antibiotic prescribing in the Department of Pediatrics at gabriel Touré teaching hospital. Methods: This was a prospective descriptive study conducted from September 1 to November 31, 2018, in the Department of Pediatrics at gabriel Touré teaching hospital. All children aged 0 to 15 years hospitalized for any pathology during the study period and having received at least one antibiotic had been included. Results: We collected 445 children’s records out of 1032 admissions during the study period, representing a hospital frequency of 43.1%. The sex ratio was 1.3%. The 2 - 5 age group accounted for 48.1%. Fever was the reason for consultation in 45.6% of cases. Patients’ general condition was altered in 60% of cases. The fathers were blue-collar workers in 65.4% and the mothers housewives in 85%, and had no education in 42.9% and 64.5% respectively. Hepatomegaly was present in 18.2%, splenomegaly in 9.6% and peripheral adenopathy in 3.1%. The site of infection was pulmonary in 37.6% and ENT in 9.2%. bacterial infection was assumed on admission in 54% of cases, and meningitis in 57.7%. The discharge diagnosis was malaria in 54.6%, severe acute malnutrition in 18.6% and meningitis in 6.7%. The death rate was 3.8%. Neutrophilic leukocytosis was present in 47.3% of patients. CRP was positive in 85% of patients. Blood cultures taken in 27.6% of patients were positive in 5. CSF analysis in 30% of patients showed elevated leukocytes in 6.5%. No cultures were positive. Antibiotic prescription was justified by infectious hypotheses in 43.1% of patients. β-lactam antibiotics were prescribed in 98.6%. Antibiotic therapy was not adapted to national/international recommendations in 68.3% of cases, and was not justified in 16.3% of cases on D5 of hospitalization. Conclusion: Antibiotic use was justified in more than half of patients, but remained inadequate in almost two-thirds of cases, in line with national and international recommend

Study on daily surface evapotranspiration with SEBS in Tibet Autonomous Region

The estimation of surface evapotranspiration （ET） with satellite dataset is one of the main subjects in the understanding of climate change, disaster monitoring and the circulation of water vapor and energy in Tibet Autonomous Region （TAR）. This research selects satellite images on January 11, April 6, July 31 and October 19 in 2010 as the representative of winter, spring, summer and autumn respectively, estimates the distribution of daily surface ET based on the surface energy balance system （SEBS） along with potential evapotranspiration （PET） and ET derived from Penman-Monteith （P-M） method. The results are obtained as follows. （1） The seasonal distribution of ET and PET basically decreases from the southeast part to the northwest part of TAR. Although ET and PET have similar spatial distributions, there are still some differences to estimate the extreme values especially the maximum value in the middle and southeastern parts of TAR. No matter what kind of methods we adopted, the maximum value of ET and PET always appears in summer, followed by autumn or spring while that in winter is the smallest. （2） In order to better understand the accuracy of SEBS model in the estimation of ET, we compared the ET from SEBS and the ET obtained from P-M method. Results show that the ET from SEBS could estimates the variation trend of actual ET, but it slightly underestimates or overestimates the value of ET as a whole, especially for those areas with thick forest. （3） The spatial distribution of Normalized Difference Vegetation Index （NDVI） exhibits a decreasing trend from the southeast part to the northwest part of TAR which displays remarkable consistency of distributions between ET and vegetation index. ET is well positively related to NDVI, minimum, mean, maximum air temperature and sunshine duration in different seasons while negatively related to precipitation, relative humidity and wind speed in summer.

Appendicitis bilharzia is a very rare condition and we report 3 cases of this pathology that sense clinical and biological similarities with bacterial appendicitis. The etiological diagnosis was exclusively histopathological, this allowed to highlight eggs of Schistosome in the appendicular wall in the three patients. The surgical treatment was supplemented by a specific medical treatment based on praziquantel. The surgical suites were simple for 2 patients, complicated by superficial parietal suppuration in a patient.

The Hardawu granites in the eastern segment of the ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic belt,the northern Qaidam basin,were studied by whole-rock major and trace elements and in-situ zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotopes to discuss the petrogenesis and tectonic *** results show that the granites have a crystallization age of 401±3 Ma,suggesting that they were formed in the Early *** granites have SiO2 contents of 75.32 wt.%-76.05 wt.%,total alkali contents of 8.23 wt.%-8.36 wt.%,and K2O/Na2O ratios of *** were rich in K2O,poor in TiO2,MnO,MgO,and P2O5,and have A/CNK values of 1.05-1.07,Rittmann indexδvalues of 2.05-2.14,and differentiation index(DI)values of *** are high potassium calc-alkaline,weakperaluminum,and highly differentiated I-type *** granites also show enrichment of large ion lithophile elements(liLE)such as Rb,ba,and Th,and depletion of high field strength elements(HFSE)such as Nb,Ta,and *** total REE concentrations range from 169 ppm to 232 ppm,with enrichments of light rare earth elements and negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.39-0.55).The zirconεHf(t)values range from-0.65 to-2.29,and the two-stage model ages(tDM2)changed within a small range of 1.44 to 1.54 ga,indicating that the magma of the Hardawu granites was originated from the partial melting of Mesoproterozoic lower crustal *** with previous studies,we suggest that the Hardawu granites were formed in the extensional tectonic setting after the collision between the Qaidam Block and the central and southern Qilian Block in the Early Devonian.

该文选取鄂尔多斯市乌审旗3个试验点天然草地小花棘豆,分别在分枝期、现蕾期、盛花期和枯黄期检测其苦马豆素和粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪等营养成分。结果表明,小花棘豆中苦马豆素含量和营养成分在不同物候期呈动态变化,苦马豆素在盛花期含量最高,粗蛋白、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、磷平均含量在现蕾期表现最好。综合评定小花棘豆毒素和营养成分,结果为现蕾期>分枝期>盛花期>枯黄期。在小花棘豆综合利用过程中,如提取苦马豆素,最佳刈割期为盛花期,如作饲草料,最佳刈割期为现蕾期,结合脱毒或间歇饲喂等方式进行利用。

The Triassic granitoids in Central Tianshan play a key role in determining the petrogenesis and tectonic evolution on the southern margin of the Central Asian orogenic *** this study,we present SHRIMP zircon U-Pb ages,Hf isotopic and geochemical data on the Xingxingxia biotite granite,amazonite granite and granitic pegmatite in Central Tianshan,NW *** U-Pb dating yielded formation ages of 242 Ma for the biotite granite and 240 Ma for the amazonite *** granitoid rocks have high K_(2)O with low MgO and CaO *** are enriched in Nb,Ta,Hf and Y,while being depleted in ba and Sr,showing flat HREE patterns and negative Eu *** have typical A-type granite geochemical signatures with high ga/A_(1)(8–13)and TFeO/(TFeO+MgO)ratios,showing an A_(2) affinity for biotite granite and an A_(1) affinity for amazonite granite and granitic *** ε_(Hf)(t)values of the granitoids are 0.45–2.66,with Hf model ages of 0.99–1.17 *** suggests that these A-type granites originated from partial melting of the lower *** propose that Xingxingxia Triassic A-type granites formed under lithospheric extension from post-orogenic to anorogenic intraplate settings and NE-trending regional strike-slip fault-controlled magma emplacement in the upper crust.

在动物加工过程中会产生大量的副产品和废弃物,这些产品中富含生物活性蛋白质,可以通过化学处理或酶水解等方式转化为具有特殊生理功能的胶原蛋白肽。胶原蛋白具有一定的营养价值,但由于其分子质量较大,难以被人体消化吸收。而胶原蛋白肽分子质量较小,更容易被人体消化吸收,并且发现动物源副产物胶原蛋白肽具有许多特殊的生理功能,因此将胶原蛋白肽作为新型食品原材料成为近些年来的研究热点之一。本文综述动物源副产物胶原蛋白肽制备方式的优缺点,及胶原蛋白肽在人体中的消化吸收,同时介绍胶原蛋白肽在食品加工中的应用,为将来开发胶原蛋白肽新产品提供新思路。

Functional polymorphism of CYP2E1 gene and alcohol use disorders in a Tibetan population

Objective To investigate the relationship between the CYP2E1 ＊ c1/ ＊ c2 polymorphism and alcohol use disorders, and the potential influence of the CYP2E1 ＊ c1/ ＊ c2 polymorphism on the severity and dimensions of alcohol use disorders in Tibetan. Methods Three hundred and forty Tibetans with Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test （AUDIT） score ≥ 10 and another 315 matched control subjects with AUDIT score ≤5 were enrolled. The CYP2E1 ＊ c1/ ＊ c2 polymorphism was determined by the standard PCR-RFLP method. Results The frequency of the CYP2E1 ＊ c2 allele in subjects with alcohol use disorders （16. 2% ） was significantly higher than that of the controls （10.8%）, with a P value of 0.005 and OR value of 1.60 （95% CI： 1.15-2.21）. There was also a significant difference in genotype frequencies between the 2 groups （ χ~2 = 8.75 , P = 0.01 ）. Subjects with alcohol use disorders had higher frequencies of genotypes with at least one copy of allele c2 （28.5% vs. 18.7% ; χ~2 =8.65, P=0.003; OR =1.73） than the control group. The associ- ation of CYP2E1 ＊ c2 allele with alcohol use disorders was much stronger in males than in females, with a male OR value of 2.30. CYP2E1 ＊ c2 allele was associated with increased alcohol consumption and alcohol use disorders in males. Conclusion There is the positive association among CYP2E1 ＊ c2 allele, alcohol use disorders, and the amount of alcohol consumption in Tibetan population.

目的:分析不同脂肪组织来源干细胞源性外泌体(ADSC-Exos)蛋白质组学差异,为深度创面修复提供理论依据。方法:取烧伤痂组织与正常皮下脂肪组织,分离脂肪干细胞(ADSC),通过光镜观察、Western blot(WB)、成骨分化、成脂分化鉴定ADSC。差速离心方法收集脂肪干细胞外泌体(ADSC-Exos),通过电镜观察、WB法、Nanosight分析仪鉴定ADSC-Exos;通过非标记定量蛋白质谱(LFQ)技术分析两组患者ADSC-Exos蛋白质表达水平差异。结果:成功分离ADSC,光镜下呈纤维状,WB显示细胞稳定表达CD29及CD105,成骨诱导分化细胞内见红色密集钙结节、成脂诱导分化细胞内存在折光性好的透亮脂滴。成功分离ADSC-Exos,电镜下呈双膜性结构,WB显示外泌体可稳定表达表面标志物CD63及CD81,Nanosight显示外泌体均匀对称分布,直径30~150 nm。两组表达水平差异蛋白质184种,差异倍数显著上调前10种蛋白:丝裂原活化蛋白激酶3、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶1、转化生长因子β-1前蛋白、细胞凋亡调节因子baX、热休克蛋白HSP 90α、微管蛋白α-1B链、腺病毒E1B19kDa相互作用蛋白2、钙调素-3、热休克蛋白HSP 90β、蛋白激酶Cβ型;差异倍数显著下调前10种蛋白:激肽源B1、激肽源1、补体家族(C3、C1q C链、C1q B链、C5、C1q A、C4B、C4A、C9)。结论:烧伤痂下组织来源ADSC-Exos蛋白与正常组织的表达存在明显差异,可能与烧伤创面修复、抑制瘢痕过度增生及抗炎与机体免疫等密切相关。
