Joint optimization of maintenance inspection and spare provisioning for aircraft deteriorating parts

With the wide application of condition based maintenance(CBM) in aircraft maintenance practice, the joint optimization of maintenance and inventory management, which can take full advantage of CBM and reduce the aircraft operational cost, is receiving increasing attention. In order to optimize the inspection interval, maintenance decision and spare provisioning together for aircraft deteriorating parts, firstly, a joint inventory management strategy is presented, then, a joint optimization of maintenance inspection and spare provisioning for aircraft parts subject to the Wiener degradation process is proposed based on the ***, a combination of the genetic algorithm(ga) and the Monte Carol method is developed to minimize the total cost ***, a case study is conducted and the proposed joint optimization model is compared with the existing optimization model and the airline real case. The results demonstrate that the proposed model is more beneficial and effective. In addition, the sensitivity analysis of the proposed model shows that the lead time has higher influence on the optimal results than the urgent order cost and the corrective maintenance cost, which is consistent with the actual situation of aircraft maintenance practices and inventory management.

We study the Nc scalings of pion-nucleon and nucleon-nucleon scatterings in hadron effective field *** assuming Witten's counting rules are applied to matrix elements or scattering amplitudes, which use the relativistic normalization for the nucleons, we find that the nucleon axial coupling gais of order N_c^0, and a consistent large Nc counting can be established for the pion-nucleon and nucleon-nucleon scatterings. We also justify the nonperturbative treatment of the low energy nucleon-nucleon interaction with the large N_c analysis and find that the deuteron binding energy is of order 1/N_c.

Magnetic field annealing(MFA) was used to tailor the magnetostriction and magnetic domains of Fe80ga16Al4 alloy,and the relationship between the two characteristics was *** -oriented alloy was prepared by the directional solidification technique and annealed for 20 min at 700℃ in a magnetic field of 250 mT along a direction 45 ° to the orientation,followed by furnace cooling in the same magnetic *** magnetostriction along the length direction(λ‖),the width direction(λ丄) and the saturation magnetostriction(λs) was changed from λ‖=208 × 10^(-6) and λ丄=-16 × 10^(-6) of the initial alloy to λ‖≈λ丄≈ 1/2 λs ≈ 112 × 10^(-6)after *** magnetic domain structure,which mainly refers to the number,size,and direction of the domains,was tailored and rearranged by *** rearrangement of the magnetic domain structure resulted in a shift of magnetostrictive properties parallel and perpendicular to the orientation for the Fe80ga16A14 *** magnetic field annealing method can aid understanding of the relationship between the microscopic magnetic domains and the macroscopic magnetostrictive *** can also aid in further tailoring better magnetostrictive properties within magnetostrictive materials to meet the requirements of different application conditions.
