Sea-crossing bridges are affected by random wind–wave–undercurrent coupling loads, due to the complex marine environment. The dynamic response of long-span Rail-cum-Road cable-stayed bridges is particularly severe under their influence, potentially leading to safety problems. In this paper, a fluid–structure separation solution method is implemented using Ansys–Midas co-simulation, in order to solve the above issues effectively while using less computational resources. The feasibility of the method is verified by comparing the tower top displacement response with relevant experimental data. From time and frequency domain perspectives, the displacement and acceleration responses of the sea-crossing Rail-cum-Road cable-stayed bridge influenced by wave-only, wind–wave, and wind–wave–undercurrent coupling are comparatively studied. The results indicate that the displacement and acceleration of the front bearing platform top are more significant than those of the rear bearing platform. The dominant frequency under wind–wave–undercurrent coupling is close to the natural vibration frequencies of several bridge modes,such that wind–wave–undercurrent coupling is more likely to cause a resonance effect in the bridge. Compared with the wave-only and wind–wave coupling, wind–wave–undercurrent coupling can excite bridges to produce larger displacement and acceleration responses: at the middle of the main girder span, compared with the wave-only case, the maximum displacement in the transverse bridge direction increases by 23.58% and 46.95% in the wind–wave and wind–wave–undercurrent coupling cases, respectively;at the tower top, the variation in the amplitude of the displacement and acceleration responses of wind–wave and wind–wave–undercurrent coupling are larger than those in the wave-only case, where the acceleration change amplitude of the tower top is from-0.93 to 0.86 m/s^(2) in the waveonly case, from-2.2 to 2.1 m/s^(2) under wind–wave coupling effect, and from-2.6 to 2.6

Financial support is a crucial part of China's poverty alleviation ***,it is vital to understand how formal credit impacts income growth in rural *** 2012,2015,and 2018,a survey was conducted to obtain a panel dataset of 592 rural households from 6 poverty-stricken counties in western China,including counties in guizhou,Yunnan,and Shaanxi *** use the data to examine the effect of formal credit on rural household income and the mechanism that underlies this *** find that formal credit can significantly increase rural households'income in deprived areas in western ***,formal credit promotes the reallocation of household labor from the agricultural sector to the non-agricultural sector and changes rural households'decisions about investment-consumption *** are the drivers of changes in the amount and structure of household *** analyses show that formal credit may widen income inequality among rural households in western China's deprived *** individual characteristics of rural households,such as different levels of material capital,human capital,and social capital,bring about differences in the effects of formal credit on income *** study emphasizes that the implementation of formal credit is an essential strategy for poverty alleviation in underdeveloped areas,but policymakers should not excessively interfere with the financial market.

The depression mechanism of sulfite ions on sphalerite and Pb^(2+)activated sphalerite in the flotation separation of galena from sphalerite still lacked in-depth ***,the depression mechanism of sulfite ions on sphalerite and Pb^(2+)activated sphalerite in the flotation separation of galena from sphalerite was further systematically investigated with experiments and density functional theory(DFT)*** X-ray photoelectric spectroscopy(XPS)results,DFT calculation results,and frontier molecular orbital analysis indicated that sulfite ions were difficult to be adsorbed on sphalerite surface,suggesting that sulfite ions achieved depression effects on sphalerite through other non-adsorption ***,the oxygen content in the surface of sphalerite treated with sulfite ions in creased,which enhanced the hydrophilicity of the sphalerite and further increased the difference in hydrophilicity between sphalerite and ***,sulfite ions were chelated with lead ions to form PbSO_(3)in *** hydrophilic PbSO_(3)was more easily adsorbed on sphalerite than *** interaction between sulfite ions and lead ions could effectively inhibit the activation of *** addition the UV spectrum showed that after adding sulfite ions,the peak of perxanthate in the sphalerite treated xanthate solution was significantly stronger than that in the galena with xanthate solution,indicating that xanthate interacted more readily with sulfite ions and oxygen mo lecules within the sphalerite system,leading to the formation of ***,sulfite ions hardly depressed the flotation of ga lena and could promote the flotation of galena to some *** study deepened the understanding of the depression mechanism o sulfite ions on sphalerite and Pb^(2+)activated sphalerite.

Microbial communication monitoring is vital for understanding the mechanisms beneath gut microbiota equilibrium, infections,and biomanufacturing. Herein, we reported monitoring bacterial communication by surface-confined persistent ***, we constructed core-shell structured Zn1.4ga1.2ge0.4O4@Zn1.4ga1.2ge0.4O4:Cr（ZggO@ZggO:Cr） persistent luminescence nanoparticles（PLNPs） with amplified FRET efficiency for the detection of azoreductase（AzoR） that participates in bacterial communication. ZggO@ZggO:Cr nanoparticles were functionalized with an azo black hole quencher（ZggO@ZggO:Cr-BHQ-3）. Due to the proximity of surface-confined persistent luminescence with the surface-bound BHQ-3,ZggO@ZggO:Cr-BHQ-3 exhibited a FRET efficiency up to 1.6 times that of traditional ZggO:Cr-BHQ-3. Further, the specific catalytic reduction of azo bonds in BHQ-3 by bacterial extracellular AzoR recovers the persistent luminescence of ZggO@ZggO:Cr. ZggO@ZggO:Cr-BHQ-3 displayed superior sensitivity and speed in detecting extracellular AzoR over ZggO:Cr-BHQ-3, attributed to its surface-confined persistent luminescence. We found that the peak secretion of AzoR occurs during the exponential growth period of bacteria including S. aureus and E. coli based on the persistent luminescence recovery rate of ZggO@ZggO:Cr-BHQ-3. Furthermore, ZggO@ZggO:Cr-BHQ-3 was used to probe the communication between different bacterial species. R. palustris is a kind of lycopene-production bacteria. We found that the cohabitation of R. palustris and S. putrefaciens boosted both AzoR secretion and lycopene production. Moreover, the secretion and activity of AzoR positively correlated with lycopene production, suggesting that AzoR may participate in the communication between R. palustris and S. putrefaciens to promote lycopene production. This study offers a robust method to enhance PLNP-based biosensing sensitivity and provides a promising strategy for microbial communication monitoring.

A sol-gel freezing-drying method was utilized to prepare energetic nanocomposites based on 2, 4, 6, 8,10, 12-hexanitro-2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12-hexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20) with 3, 3-Bis(azidomethyl) oxetanetetrahydrofuran copolymer(BAMO-THF) as energetic gel matrix. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and differential thermal analyser(DTA) were utilized to characterize the structure and property of the resultant energetic nanocomposites. Compared with raw CL-20, the average particle sizes of CL-20 in CL-20/BAMO-THF energetic nanocomposites were decreased to nano scale and the morphologies of CL-20 were also changed from prismatic to spherical. FT-IR detection revealed that CL-20 particles were recrystallized in BAMO-THF gel matrix during the freezing-drying process. The thermal decomposition behaviors of the energetic nanocomposites were investigated as well. The thermolysis process of CL-20/BAMO-THF nanocomposites was enhanced and the activation energy was lower compared with that of raw CL-20,indicating that CL-20/BAMO-THF nanocomposites showed high thermolysis activity. The impact sensitivity tests indicated that CL-20/BAMO-THF energetic nanocomposites presented low sensitivity performance.

A corrugated reduced graphene oxide(rgO)-supported Pd composite on carbon paper(Pd/rgO/CP)is prepared via a simple chemical reduction process combined with *** micros tructure,morphology,and surface chemical state of the composite and its performance in H_(2)O_(2)reduction in an acidic medium are *** rgO film with ample corrugated wrinkles coated closely on CP is prepared,and Pd nanoparticles are evenly decorated on the surface of rgO/*** Pd/rgO/CP electrode has a low Pd loading and high catalytic performance for H_(2)O_(2)reduction in acidic media compared to Pd/*** excellent mass normalized activity(11,783 A·g_(Pd)^(-1))of the Pd/rgO/CP electrode for H_(2)O_(2)reduction is achieved at 0 V due to the corresponding low Pd ***-H_(2)O_(2)semi-fuel cells using Pd/rgO/CP electrode as the cathode exhibits a peak power density of215 mW·cm^(-2)at 60℃and perfect stability during a 50-h *** rgO interlayer forms a microscopic threedimensional(3 D)structure on the surface of CP,thereby improving the utilization of precious metals and the specific surface area,as well as providing more Pd sites due to the transfer of electrons to ***,the performance of the electrode is improved.

Background:In the face of continued degradation and loss of wetlands in the Yangtze River floodplain(YRF),there is an urgent need to monitor the abundance and distribution of wintering *** understand fully observed annual changes,we need to monitor demographic rates to understand factors affecting global population *** reproduction success contributes to dynamic changes in population size and age structure,so an assessment of the juvenile ratio(*** winter birds as a proportion of total number aged)of overwintering waterbirds can be an important indicator of the reproductive success in the preceding breeding ***:During 2016-2019,we sampled juvenile ratios among 10 key waterbird species from the wetlands in the *** on these data,we here attempt to establish a simple,efficient,focused and reliable juvenile ratio monitoring scheme,to assess consistently and accurately relative annual breeding success and its contribution to the age structure among these waterbird ***:We compared juvenile ratio data collected throughout the winter and found that the optimal time for undertaking these samples was in the early stages of arrival for migratory waterbirds reaching their wintering area(early to mid-December).We recommend counting consistently at key points(*** where>1%biogeographical flyway population were counted)at sites of major flyway importance(Poyang Lake,East Dongting Lake,Shengjin Lake,Caizi Lake,Longgan Lake and chen Lake).Based on this,the error rate of the programme(155 planned points,the count of 10 waterbird species is 826-8955)is less than 5%.Conclusions:We established a juvenile ratio monitoring programme for 10 key waterbird species in the wetlands of the YRF,and discuss the feasibility and necessity of implementing such a future programme,and how to use these data in our monitoring and understanding of the population dynamics of these waterbird populations.
