Postoperative visual acuity can be limited by post-keratoplasty astigmatism,even with a clear corneal *** management can be performed by selective suture removal,adjustment of sutures,optical correction,photorefractive procedures,wedge resection,intra-ocular lens implantation,intracorneal ring segments,relaxing incisions with or without compression sutures and repeated *** incisions can be made in the graft,graft-host interface or host *** the unpredictability of the method because the flat and steep meridians are usually not orthogonal after penetrating keratoplasty,with asymmetric power distribution,all the studies showed an overall reduction of refractive,keratometric or topographic astigmatism,ranging from 30%to 72%with manual or femtosecond-assisted *** patients with astigmatism higher than 6 diopters had residual cylinder less than or equal to 3 diopters,which can be treated by laser excimer ablation or secondary intraocular lens implantation.

提出了一种计及有源设备动态特性差异--无功属性"质"的差异和无功大小"量"的差异的直流短路比新指标MISCRCQQ,并给出了其计算流程。通过大容量感应电动机负荷接入的多直流馈入受端系统仿真结果表明,所提直流短路比的数值大小的变化趋势与电网动态电压支撑能力的变化态势具有一致性,可有效解决多源环境下采用传统短路比评估失效的问题。

We study the size dependency of heat conduction in one-dimensional diatomic FPU-β lattices and establish that for low dimensional material,contribution from optical phonons is found more effective to the thermal conductivity and enhance heat transport in the thermodynamic limit N →∞.For the finite size,thermal conductivity of 1D diatomic lattice is found to be lower than 1D monoatomic chain of the same size made up of the constituent particle of the diatomic *** the present 1D diatomic chain,obtained value of power divergent exponent of thermal conductivity0.428±0.001 and diffusion exponent 1.2723 lead to the conclusions that increase in the system size,increases the thermal conductivity and existence of anomalous energy *** numerical data supports our findings.

Background The hematopoietic microenvironment （HM） plays a critical role in malignant cell growth, patient survival, and response to chemotherapy in hematologic malignancies. However, mechanisms associated with this environmental influence remain unclear. In this study, we investigated the role of bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs） in U937 cell line, the MSCs. to find out the relations between leukemia drug resistance and Methods U937 cells were cultured in suspension or grew adherently with MSCs. The cell growth curve was drawn and the cell cycle was measured by flow cytometry. Apoptosis and sensitivity of U937 to daunoblastina （DNR） were quantified by DNA ladder detection and trypan blue exclusion assays, respectively. The gene expression profile chip technology was used to determine and analyze the changes in apoptosis-related gene expression after adherent culture and the expression of MDR 1 mRNA was assessed by reverse transcriptional polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） at the same time. Results In the adherent culture, the proliferation of the U937 cells was inhibited, the G0/G1 phase cells increased （F=64.9726, P〈0.0001）, G2/M phase cells were decreased （F=98.1361, P〈0.0001） and the natural apoptosis rate was decreased （F=24.0866, P〈0.0001） compared with those in the suspended culture. U937 cell viability was enhanced and cell apoptosis was blocked during DNR treatment in adherent culture with MSCs. Thirty-nine differently expressed genes were screened from the 487 apoptosis related genes in the adherent culture U937 cells. Among the 37 upregulated genes, Bcl-XL was upregulated most significantly. Two genes were downregulated. Adherent culture did not induce MDR1 mRNA expression in U937 cells. Conclusions MSCs play a role in modulating the proliferation of U937 cells and response of U937 cells to DNR, and Bcl-XL apoptosis-inhibiting gene may be most important in determining the sensitivity of leukemic cells to treatment, which is not related to

The low reactivity of hemimorphite surfaces hinders the effective action of sulfidizing agents and xanthate,resulting in unsatisfactory flotation *** enhance the surface reactivity of hemi-morphite with sulfidizing agents and xanthate,Cu/Pb binary metal ions were introduced into the sul-fidization flotation system to enhance the sulfidization process and thereby promote hemimorphite *** flotation results demonstrated a remarkable improvement in the hemimorphite flotation recovery when Cu/Pb binary metal ions were added prior to *** flotation recovery of hemi-morphite increased from less than 5%to over 80%.After strengthening the sulfidization of hemimorphite with Cu/Pb binary metal ions,the mineral surface formed multicomponent sulfide products composed of zinc,copper,and lead *** reactivity of the copper-lead sulfide components exceeds that of the zinc sulfide component;thus,the enhancement by Cu/Pb binary metal ions not only increases the content of sulfide products on the hemimorphite surface but also augments their *** angle and adsorption experiments indicated that after enhanced sulfidization with Cu/Pb binary metal ions,the hemimorphite surface adsorbed a greater amount of xanthate,significantly increasing the mineral sur-face ***,the enhanced sulfidization by Cu/Pb binary metal ions effectively improved the flotation behavior of hemimorphite,presenting an innovative sulfidization system for the flotation recovery of zinc silicate minerals in zinc oxide ores.

把依法行政分解为法律基础和行政体系2个方面,分析了开发建设项目水土保持监督管理体系在法律基础和行政体系2个方面存在的问题。法律基础方面存在的问题:一是相关法律中提到开发建设项目水土保持监督管理的内容较少,各项职责落实不到位;二是法律中没有明确流域机构的水土保持职能。行政体系方面存在的问题有:规范化建设还不够完善,个别地方水保部门对监督管理工作内容不了解,权大于法的情况时有出现。提出了完善开发建设项目水土保持监督管理体系的建议。
