Most of nonlinear oscillators composed of capacitive and inductive variables can obtain the Hamilton energy by using the Helmholtz theorem when the models are rewritten in equivalent vector *** energy functions for biophysical neurons can be obtained by applying scale transformation on the physical field energy in their equivalent neural *** dynamical systems often have exact energy functions,while some mathematical models just suggest generic Lyapunov functions,and the energy function is effective to predict mode *** this paper,a memristive oscillator is approached by two kinds of memristor-based nonlinear circuits,and the energy functions are defined to predict the dependence of oscillatory modes on energy *** absence of capacitive variable for capacitor,the physical time t and charge q are converted into dimensionless variables by using combination of resistance and inductance(L,R),e.g.,τ=t×R/*** energy function for each memristive map is proposed by applying the similar weights as energy function for the memristive *** example,energy function for the map is obtained by replacing the variables and parameters of the memristive oscillator with corresponding variables and parameters for the memristive *** memristive map prefers to keep lower average energy than the memristive oscillator,and chaos is generated in a discrete system with two *** scheme is helpful for energy definition in maps,and it provides possible guidance for verifying the reliability of maps by considering the energy characteristic.

Energy flow accounts for the adaptive property of functional synapses

In the presence of external stimuli and electromagnetic radiation(EMR),biological neurons can exhibit different firing patterns and switch to appropriate firing modes because of intrinsic *** to memristive synapses can discern the EMR effect,and memristive synapses connecting to neurons can be effectively regulated by external physical *** a dynamical viewpoint,the appropriate setting for memristive synapse intensity can trigger changes in neural activities;however,the biophysical mechanism of adaptive regulation in the memristive biophysical neuron has not been ***,a memristor is used to control a simple neural circuit by generating a memristive current,and an equivalent memristive neuron model is obtained.A single firing mode can be stabilized in the absence of EMR,while multiple firing modes occur in the neuron under *** gain of the memristive synaptic current is dependent on the energy flow,and the shunted energy flow in the memristive channel can control the energy ratio between the electric field and magnetic *** growth and enhancement of the memristive synapse depend on the energy flow across the memristive *** memristive synapse is enhanced when its field energy is below the threshold,and it is suppressed when its field energy is above the *** results explain why and how multiple firing modes are induced and controlled in biological ***,the self-adaption property of memristive neurons was also ***,the control of energy flow in the memristive synapse can effectively regulate the membrane potentials,and neural activities can be effectively controlled to select suitable body gaits.

Two-dimensional molybdenum carbide(MXene)as an efficient nanoadditive for achieving superlubricity under ultrahigh pressure

In this study,a robust macroscale liquid superlubricity with a coefficient of friction of 0.004 was achieved by introducing molybdenum carbide(Mo_(2)CT_(x))MXene nanoparticles as lubricating additives in a lithium hexafluorophosphate-based ionic liquid at Si_(3)N_(4)-sapphire *** maximal contact pressure in the superlubricity state could reach 1.42 GPa,which far exceeds the limit of the superlubricity regime in previous *** results indicate that a composite tribofilm(mainly containing molybdenum oxide and phosphorus oxide)that formed at the interface by a tribochemical reaction contributed to the excellent antiwear ***,the extremely low shear strength of the tribofilm and the interlayers of Mo_(2)CT_(x)MXene contributed to the *** work demonstrates the promising potential of Mo_(2)CT_(x)MXene in improving superlubricity properties,which could accelerate the application of superlubricity in mechanical systems.

Synthesis of Mo_(2)C MXene with high electrochemical performance by alkali hydrothermal etching

Two-dimensional MXenes are generally prepared by the etching of acid *** as-synthesized MXenes are terminated by acid group anions(F^(–),Cl^(–),etc.),which affect the electrochemical performance of ***,we report a novel method to prepare Mo_(2)C MXene from Mo_(2)Ga_(2)C by the hydrothermal etching of alkali *** pure Mo_(2)C MXene was successfully synthesized by the etching of NaOH,while the etchings of LiOH and KOH were *** concentration of NaOH,temperature,and time strongly affect the purity of as-prepared *** Mo_(2)C MXene could be synthesized by the etching of 20 M NaOH at 180 for 24 ***℃intercalation by hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide at 90 for 96 h,few℃-layer Mo_(2)C MXene was *** Mo_(2)C MXene made by NaOH etching after intercalation exhibited excellent performance as anode of lithium-ion battery,compared with general Mo_(2)C MXene made by HF etching and the Mo_(2)C MXene reported in *** final discharge specific capacity was 266.73 mAh·g^(−1)at 0.8 A·g^(−1),which is 52%higher than that Mo_(2)C made by HF etching(175.77 mAh·g^(−1)).This is because Mo_(2)C MXene made by NaOH etching has lager specific surface area,lower resistance,and pure O/OH termination without acid anion *** is the first report to make Mo_(2)C MXene by alkali etching and the samples made by this method exhibited significantly better electrochemical performance than the samples made by general HF etching.

基于罗素的智育原则,可归结出儿童科学探究精神的发展所需的三大支撑要素:求知精神、聚焦精神与持恒精神,并以此为基础构建儿童科学探究精神模型。通过儿童科学探究精神模型检视教育实践现象,主要问题表现在“糖衣”课程偏离儿童探究的兴趣、“操作手册式”教学凸显探究的深刻性不足、“片段式”教学缺乏探究的持续性。以儿童科学探究精神模型为分析框架,提出培养策略:在教育实践中,应创设情境具象,激发儿童的求知欲望;引导问题探究,培养儿童的聚焦素养;强化淬砺教育,磨炼儿童的意志品格。

Combined obeticholic acid and apoptosis inhibitor treatment alleviates liver fibrosis

Obeticholic acid(OCA), the first FXR-targeting drug, has been claimed effective in the therapy of liver fibrosis. However, recent clinical trials indicated that OCA might not be effective against liver fibrosis, possibly due to the lower dosage to reduce the incidence of the side-effect of pruritus. Here we propose a combinatory therapeutic strategy of OCA and apoptosis inhibitor for combating against liver fibrosis. CCl4-injured mice, D-galactosamine/LPS(GalN/LPS)-treated mice and cycloheximide/TNFα(CHX/TNFα)-treated HepG2 cells were employed to assess the effects of OCA, or together with IDN-6556, an apoptosis inhibitor. OCA treatment significantly inhibited hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation/proliferation and prevented fibrosis. Elevated bile acid(BA) levels and hepatocyte apoptosis triggered the activation and proliferation of HSCs. OCA treatment reduced BA levels but could not inhibit hepatocellular apoptosis. An enhanced anti-fibrotic effect was observed when OCA was co-administrated with IDN-6556. Our study demonstrated that OCA inhibits HSCs activation/proliferation partially by regulating BA homeostasis and thereby inhibiting activation of HSCs. The findings in this study suggest that combined use of apoptosis inhibitor and OCA at lower dosage represents a novel therapeutic strategy for liver fibrosis.

本文采取定性定量相结合的混合研究方法,旨在分析括号中的语码注释在学术语篇中的功能和分布情况。首先收集了50篇语言学方向的文章,均来自国内外语类核心期刊。定性分析发现括号内语码注释具有六种主要功能,即详述、重述、举例、限定语、范畴语和概念语。定量分析对括号内语码注释的不同功能进行了分布比较。结果表明,“重述”在所有功能中占比最高,“详述”和“举例”次之,其余三类功能较少出现。本文探究了括号内语码注释在学术语篇中的元话语功能,期待能为学术期刊文章的撰写和阅读有所助益。
