High-strength β titanium alloys represented by near β titanium alloy and metastable β titanium alloy are preferred materials for large-scale load-carrying *** order to achieve the precise regulation of microstructure in the deformation process, massive efforts have been made to study the flow behavior and microstructure evolution of βtitanium alloy in the hot deformation process. This paper reviews the flow behavior of high-strength titanium alloy,including the effects of initial microstructure, deformation process parameters, work hardening, and dynamic softening on flow stress. Furthermore, the effects of deformation process parameters on the apparent activation energy for deformation and strain rate sensitivity coefficient are analyzed. The discontinuous yield phenomenon is discussed,and the constitutive models of flow stress are ***, some microstructural evolution models are reviewed. Ghrelin and gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Ghrelin, as a kind of multifunctional protein polypeptide, is mainly produced in the fundus of the stomach and can promote occurrence and development of many tumors, including gastrointestinal tumors, which has been proved by the relevant researches. Most gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs, about 80%), as the most common mesenchymal tumor, also develop in the fundus. Scientific research has confirmed that ghrelin, its receptors and m RNA respectively can be found in GISTs, which demonstrated the existence of a ghrelin autocrine/paracrine loop in GIST tissues. However, no reports to date have specified the mechanism whether ghrelin can promote the occurrence and development of GISTs. Studies of pulmonary artery endothelial cells in a low-oxygen environment and cardiac muscle cells in an ischemic environment have shown that ghrelin can activate the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/AKT/mammalian target of rapamycin(PI3K/AKT/m TOR) signaling pathway. Moreover, some studies of GISTs have confirmed that activation of the PI3K/AKT/m TOR pathway can indeed promote the growth and progression of GISTs. Whether ghrelin is involved in the development or progression of GISTs through certain pathways remains unknown. Can we find a new target for the treatment of GISTs? This review explores and summaries the relationship among ghrelin, the PI3K/AKT/m TOR pathway and the development of GISTs.

Seventeen 4-alkylamino/arylamino-substituted methotrexate （MTX） derivatives 6a-14a were designed and synthesized. Their inhibition activities against inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） were evaluated in vitro. The pharmacological results showed that most of the prepared compounds displayed the potent inhibitory effects on iNOS.

(Ba_((1-x))Bi_(x))(Ti_((1-x))Mg_(2 x/3)Ta_(x/3))O_(3)(BBTMT-x,x=0.075,0.1,0.125,and 0.15)ceramics were manufactured via a solid-phase reaction *** pseudo-cubic BaTiO_(3)(BT)as the primary phase and Ba_(4)MgTi_(11)O_(27)as the secondary phase were detected in BBTMT-x *** elongated rod-shaped grains therein be-came numerous as x *** introduction of Bi/Mg/Ta(BMT)elements transformed BT ceramics from ferroelectrics to relaxor ferroelectrics and induced the formation of short-range order polar nanore-gions(PNRs),which were beneficial for the preeminent energy storage properties(ESPs).The highest ESPs(a giant recoverable energy-storage density W_(rec) of 5.97 J cm^(-3)with a high-efficiencyηof 87.4%)were achieved in BBTMT-0.1 ceramics at 710 kV cm^(-1).BBTMT-0.1 ceramics also possessed excellent fre-quency(1-500 Hz),temperature(30-150°C),and fatigue(cycle number of 1-100,000)*** element simulations(FES)demonstrated that elongated rod-shaped grains had stronger obstacles to the development of electrical branches,which was beneficial to improving the comprehensive ESPs.

Discovery of drugs rapidly and effectively is an important aspect for Alzheimer's disease(AD).In this study,a novel high-throughput screening(HTS)method aims at screening the small-molecules with amyloid-β(Aβ)binding affinity from natural medicines,based on the combinational use of biolayer interferometry(BLI)and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode-array detector and quadrupole/time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC−DAD-Q/TOF-MS/MS)has been firstly ***,the components in natural medicines disassociated from biotinylated Aβwere collected to analyze their potential Aβbinding affinity by UHPLC−DAD-Q/TOF-MS/***,baicalein was confirmed to exhibit the highest binding affinity with Aβin Scutellaria ***,polyporenic acid C(PPAC),dehydrotumulosic acid(DTA),and tumulosic acid(TA)in Kai-Xin-San(KXS)were also identified as potent Aβ*** bioactivity validations indicated that these compounds could inhibit Aβfibrillation,improve the viability in Aβ-induced PC-12 cells,and decrease the Aβcontent and improve the behavioral ability in Caenorhabditis *** molecular docking results confirmed that PPAC,DTA,and TA possessed good binding properties with Aβ.Collectively,the present study has provided a novel and effective HTS method for the identification of natural inhibitors on Aβfibrillation,which may accelerate the process on anti-AD drugs discovery and development.
