In this study, the direct effects of exterior abscisic acid （ABA） on both calcium distribution of mesophyll cells and cytosolic calcium concentration of guard cells were examined. The distribution of Ca^2＋ localization were observed with calcium antimonate precipitate-electromicroscopic-cyto-chemical methods after treated with ABA and pretreated with ethylene glycol-bis-（2-aminoethylether）-N,N,N＇,N＇-tetraacetic acid （EGTA）, verapamil （Vp）, and trifluoperazine （TFP）. The laser scanning confocal microscopy was used to measure the cytosolic calcium concentrations of guard cells under different treatments. The results showed that the cytosolic Ca^2＋ concentration of mesophyll ceils was induced to increase by ABA, but to decrease in both outside cell and the vacuoles within 10 rain after treatments. The cytosolic calcium concentration of guard cells was increased gradually with the lag in treatment time. However, both EGTA and TFP could inverse those effects, indicating that the increase of cytosolic calcium induced by exterior ABA was mainly caused by calcium influx. The results also showed that calmodulin could influence both the calcium distribution of mesophyll cells and calcium concentration of guard cells. It shows that calmodulin participates in the process of ABA signal transduction, but the mechanism is not known as yet. The changes both calcium distribution of mesophyll cells and calcium concentration of guard cells further proved that the variations of cytosolic Ca^2＋ concentration induced by ABA were involved in the stomatal movements of maize seedlings.

Resistance to maize southern leaf spot disease was induced by the low-concentration filtrate of Bipolaris maydis race T cultivation in an experiment. The nuclear neterogeny corn C103 was used as the test material. The lesion area on the leaves was significant difference by connalysis. The lesion areas on pretreated leaves were （0.3±0.05）- （0.9±0.5） mm^2, but those on the control were （23.1±8.7） mm^2. At the same time, the changes in peroxidase, phenylalanine, ammonialyase, and malondialdehvde activities were determined. During 0-96 h of inspection, phenylalanine and ammonialyase （PAL） activities increased by 64.2%, peroxidase （POD） activities increased by 41.2%, but the malondialdenvde （MDA） content decreased by 29.7% compared with the control. It seems that the low-concentration filtrate of Bipolaris maydis race T cultivation itself can be used as an elicitor to enhance the induced resistance.

为了实现地下金属矿山采掘作业计划编制的实时准确与科学有效性,针对矿山作业地点分散、生产组织复杂、矿石质量难以控制等特征,构建了基于0-1整数规划的作业计划优化模型.通过分析开采技术经济指标及空间逻辑关系,以最小品位偏差为目标,将产量均衡、出矿能力以及品位高低结合开采等转化为约束条件,考虑各采场作业工序、回采顺序、生产能力以及其他生产要素等,运用计算机技术和整数规划方法,得出地下矿山采掘作业计划最优方案.以国内某大型金矿为案例进行了模型的有效性验证,解算出矿山最优的采掘作业计划,并得出作业计划甘特图.结果表明,模型能够指导完成生产作业任务,且满足作业计划连续性和均衡性要求.

With the development of the new energy industry and the depletion of nickel sulfide ore resources,laterite nickel ore has become the main source of primary nickel,and nickel for power batteries has become a new growth point in *** paper systematically summarizes the processes,parameters,products,recovery rates,environmental indicators,costs,advantages,disadvantages and the latest research progress of mainstream nickel extraction processes from laterite nickel *** also provides a comparative analysis of the environmental impact and economic efficiency of different nickel extraction *** is found that the current nickel extraction processes from laterite nickel ore globally for commercial production mainly include the RKEF process for producing ferronickel and the HPAL process for producing intermediate *** former accounts for about 80%of laterite nickel ore *** to each other,the investment cost per ton of nickel metal production capacity for the RKEF is about 43000$,with an operational cost of about 16000$per ton of nickel metal and a total nickel recovery rate of 77%–90%.Its products are mainly used in stainless *** the HPAL process,the investment cost per ton of nickel metal production capacity is about 56000$,with an operational cost of about 15000$per ton of nickel metal and a total nickel recovery rate of 83%–90%.Its products are mainly used in power *** significant differences between the two lies in energy consumption and carbon emissions,with the RKEF being 2.18 and 2.37 times that of the HPAL,*** the use of clean energy can greatly reduce the operational cost and environmental impact of RKEF,if RKEF is converted to producing high Ni matte,its economic and environmental performance still cannot match that of the HPAL and oxygen-enriched side-blown ***,it can be inferred that with the increasing demand for nickel in power batteries,HPAL and oxygen-enriched side

为了实现金属地下矿山开采由浅部转向深部过程中产能平稳接续,以三山岛金矿为研究对象,结合矿山多区段联合开采的复杂生产格局,综合考虑产能均衡、品位均衡与各项生产系统能力限制等约束,构建以多矿区资源综合开采价值最大为目标的产能接续规划优化模型,在Python和Gurobi环境下实现优化模型构建与解算.优化结果表明,通过对矿山深部转产过程中的产能接续进行规划优化,得到的最佳产能接续与生产任务分配方案可以在有效保证多矿区协同开采、产能均衡稳定的同时,提升矿山开采的综合经济效益.

Ethylene（C2H4） and propylene（C3H6） produced by methanol to olefin（MTO） technology are important chemical raw ***,the purification and separation between C2H4and C3H6mixtures is very ***,a novel microporous metal-organic framework（MOF） adsorbent Co2（OATA）(DPA) was fabricated through mixed linkers of 5,5'-(oxalylbis（azanediyl）)diisophthalic acid（H4OATA） and V-shaped di（pyridin-4-yl）amine（DPA） with –NHCO– and –NH– functional groups,which was endowed with ideal small pore size,large cavity,and interesting C3H6trap constructed by four sets of –NH– *** 298 K and a crucial low pressure（0.05 bar） for the separation in microporous materials,the MOF shows ultra-high C3H6preferential adsorption(97.8 cm3g-1) and considerable C3H6/C2H4selectivity（about 22）,representing an advanced material for the reported porous materials with C3H6/C2H4separation *** studies of single crystal X-ray diffraction and simulations showed that the customized pore limitation in the MOF provided stronger multiple attractive interactions with C3H6,leading to significant adsorption selectivity in the process of competing adsorption for C3H6and *** one separation step,the MOF generated highly pure C2H4（≥99.9%） and C3H6（≥99.6%） products respectively from C2H4/C3H6mixtures at different ratios,pressures,and temperatures.

BACKGROUND Minimally invasive esophagectomy(MIE)is a widely accepted treatment for esophageal cancer,yet it is associated with a significant risk of surgical adverse events(SAEs),which can compromise patient recovery and long-term *** preoperative identification of high-risk patients is critical for improving *** To establish and validate a risk prediction and stratification model for the risk of SAEs in patients with *** This retrospective study included 747 patients who underwent MIE at two centers from January 2019 to February *** were separated into a train set(n=549)and a validation set(n=198).After screening by least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression,multivariate logistic regression analyzed clinical and intraoperative variables to identify independent risk factors for SAEs.A risk stratification model was constructed and validated to predict the probability of *** SAEs occurred in 10.2%of patients in train set and 13.6%in the validation *** with SAE had significantly higher complication rate and a longer hospital stay after *** key independent risk factors identified included chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,a history of alcohol consumption,low forced expiratory volume in the first second,and low albumin *** stratification model has excellent prediction accuracy,with an area under the curve of 0.889 for the training set and an area under the curve of 0.793 for the validation *** The developed risk stratification model effectively predicts the risk of SAEs in patients undergoing MIE,facilitating targeted preoperative interventions and improving perioperative management.

在前期对玉米热激转录因子基因ZmHSF-Like克隆、表达特性和亚细胞定位分析的基础上,对基因响应不同逆境胁迫的信号途径进行了研究。结果显示,H2O2处理能显著上调ZmHSF-Like基因的表达,42℃热激上调ZmHSF-Like基因的表达依赖于H2O2的存在,ABA上调基因表达部分依赖于H2O2的存在,而PEG-6000诱导基因表达不依赖于H2O2;外源Ca2+处理也能上调ZmHSF-Like基因表达,而螯合胞外钙离子并阻断其内流并不能降低上述逆境胁迫诱导的ZmHSF-Like基因的表达水平。表明ZmHSF-Like基因通过H2O2信号途径实现对热激和ABA胁迫的响应。在H2O2处理过程中,热激蛋白基因HSP704的表达与ZmHSF-Like基因的表达同步,可能是该途径中ZmHSF-Like结合的下游热激蛋白。单独钙离子诱导处理,热激蛋白基因HSP701、HSP702和HSPeu701的表达均与ZmHSF-Like基因的表达同步,可能是ZmHSF-Like基因响应Ca2+反应的下游结合蛋白。ZmHSF-Like通过与下游不同热激蛋白的结合实现对不同逆境胁迫的响应。
