An intelligent design software system for the power station pipe-prefabrication (ppDS) has been developed in the paper,which is taking pipe material database as core and developed on the platform of AutoCAD and Borland C++. Whereas design and construction of power plants in china belong to different deportments,the input and recognition problem of pipeline system disposition chart must be solved firstly for the prefabrication *** on AI technology,the model fast building subsystem (MFBS) was established for entering the 3-D pipeline graph data,so that the problems of reconstruction of pipeline digital model and computer identification of original 2-D design data can be solved. The optimization design scheme in the pipe-prefabrication process has been studied and also the corresponding algorithm put *** technique and system mentioned can effectively raise the pipe-prefabrication design quality and efficiency in the con- struction of large scale power plants,reduce the period of design and the waste of raw *** has still offered the functions such as the construction design for pipeline prefabricated process,the detailing drawing for manufacturing pipe section and automatic generating the technical files for the completed project.

The premise of collective pitch control is that wind speed is the same in the rotor plane, but wind shear and tower shadow makes wind speed in the rotor rotating plane changing differently. It affects the corrective pitch control greatly and increases the fatigue load. This paper model 1.5MW doubly-fed WTg （wind turbine generator） for individual pitch control, and analyze the main reason of periodic load fluctuation. Then individual pitch control based on blade element theory was researched combining the actual of the load is difficult to measure. pitch angle was distributed by weight coefficient to realize individual pitch control. The weight coefficient was computed according to the wind speed with consideration of trailing vortex, wind shear and tower shadow. Simulations indicate that the proposed individual pitch control method not only meet the basic power control request but also reduce fluctuation of load, so it can solve the problem of fatigue load and prolong the lifetime in process of development to large-scale WTg.

Condition Monitoring （CM） can greatly reduce the maintenance cost for a wind turbine. In this paper, history data of Supervisory control and Data Acquisition （SCADA） system is analyzed to detect the incipient failure of wind turbine generator bearing. A new condition monitoring method based on the Nonlinear State Estimate Technique （NSET） is proposed. NSET is used to construct the normal behavior model of the generator bearing temperature. Detail of NSET is introduced. When the generator bearing has an incipient failure, the residuals between NSET model estimates and the measured generator bearing temperature will become significant. When the residual exceeds the predefined thresholds, an incipient failure is flagged. Analysis of a manual drift added on the historical SCADA data for a wind turbine generator bearing demonstrates the effectiveness of this new condition monitoring method.

＜正＞Adaptive nonlinear backstepping controllers for a typical nonlinear boiler-turbine unit model with several uncertain parameters are presented in this *** first step consists in system model processing,which involves adding integral actions to the basic backstepping algorithm to obtain zero static ***,to follow the premise of backstepping,the system is divided into two sub-systems and the controllers are designed *** the design process,some virtual variables are introduced to define control Lyapunov Functions（CLF） based on adaptive backstepping,then the nonlinear control laws of the system and adaptive updating laws of these uncertain parameters are *** last,three simulation tests on a 500 MW boiler- turbine units in different operating conditions are done to prove the dynamic performance,disturbance rejection,and robustness of this system.

＜正＞This paper addresses collective rotating motions of second-order multi-agent systems in three dimensional space（3-D）. A distributed control protocol is introduced.A necessary and sufficient condition is derived under which all agents reach consensus while rotating around a common point.A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Observer-based delay-dependent robust H∞ controller design problem for state and input time-delays systems with a class of nonlinear uncertainties is discussed in this *** that the nonlinear uncertain functions in the considered model are gain-bounded,we obtain a sufficient condition for robustly asymptotic stability and H∞ performance of the closed-loop system in the light of Lyapunov stability *** solving a pair of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）,we construct delay-dependent state feedback control law which guarantees robustly asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system and reduce the effect of the disturbance input on the controlled output to a prescribed *** delay-bounds and the H∞ performance bound can be optimized.A numerical example is given to illustrate our results.

＜正＞The group technology is the bottleneck of large-scale lithium battery storage energy *** estimate of residual capacity of SOC（state of charge） is an important method to realize large-scale group technology and the resistance of battery is a major index evaluating *** analysis theory is used for equivalent circuit model of lithium battery aiming at the characteristics of output signal with gaussian white noise when the lithium battery is discharged or *** output of current signal and voltage signals in lithium battery are decomposed into multi-scale functions by choosing the optimum wavelet base function to realize filter processing of noise signals,and then the filtered signals be reconstructed to obtain more accurate battery *** with the traditional filtering method（LMS adaptive method）,wavelet filtering method provided in this paper can effectively remove interference signals and realize accurately estimate of SOC for lithium battery in large-scale battery storage energy system with certain practical significance for group technology.

The market-oriented reform of the electric power industry is a trend around the world,electricity price issues are the key problems in the power markets and how to price the special commodity-electricity is essential for the smooth market *** price forecasting provides crucial information for electricity market participants to make reasonable competing strategies,which is related to the position and benefit of the market *** using the relative historic data in predicting the future electricity price is a very meaningful *** comprehensive considerations of the fluctuation rules and the various influencing factors on the forming of price in the power market,a short-term electricity price forecasting method based on the time series ArMAX model was chosen in this *** to solve the problem with traditional method of parameter identification which is easy to fall into the local least values and has low identification precision,chaotic particle swarm optimization （CpSO） algorithm was proposed in this *** example shows that this method can reflect the law of the development of the electricity price well and improve forecasting accuracy greatly.

＜正＞A wind power plant is an energy conversion system consisting of wind turbine,rotor,gear and doubly-fed induction generator *** is a complex multivariable system associated with severe nonlinearity,uncertainties and multivariable *** many cases,it is almost impossible to build a mathematical model of the system using conventional analytic *** paper presents our recent work in modeling of a 1.5MW doubly-fed induction *** on-site measurement data,two different structures of neural networks are employed to model the doubly-fed induction *** method is compared with the typical recursive least squares（rLS） method,which obviously demonstrated the merit of efficiency of the neural networks in modeling of the 1.5MW doubly-fed induction generator.
