Carbon materials have been used as the support for catalysts in the field of acetylene hydrochlorination,the influence of inevitable oxygen-containing moieties on the reaction is often ignored and the mechanism of the oxygen-doping structure remains ***,we explored the effect of the oxygen-containing group(C-O-C)in the support on the activity of single-atom dispersed Cu *** immersing the Cu single-atom catalyst in an alkaline solution,the epoxy species on the carbon support was cleaved to obtain a pure ether species while the Cu site was modified to a more electron-deficient *** turnover frequency value of Cu/O-FLP catalyst with epoxy groups was 1.6-fold higher than that of alkaline treated *** result indicated that the epoxy groups could assist adjacent single-atom Cu sites to synergistically promote the adsorption and cleavage of the reactant hydrogen chloride toward form C-OH and Cu-Cl bonds,and reduce the reaction energy *** presence of electron deficient Cu sites and ether species could induce competitive adsorption of the acetylene and hydrogen chloride,thereby reducing the activity of the *** study highlights the influence of surface oxygen species and the tunability of the support,providing the foundation for the fabrication of higher-activity Cu catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination.

领导干部自然资源资产离任审计的重点确定,是新的审计监督制度在实践中面临的第--道难题,具体表现为各级审计机关对“审什么”“怎么审”的困惑。该研究从服务审计实践和推进生态文明体制改革的导向出发,结合多年审计实践经验,运用实地调研、访谈座谈,审计现场参与观察等资料收集方法和政策分析、审计意见分析、文献分析等资料分析方法,探讨了确立领导干部自然资源资产离任审计重点的理论基础、坚持原则、具体维度和相关方法,并结合实际审计案例加以阐释。具体而言,总体评价视角以习近平生态文明思想的系统观和法治观为基础,是确定领导干部自然资源资产离任审计重点的中心视角,反映了对党政领导干部任期内履行资源环境治理责任情况进行整体性鉴证的要求。从这一视角出发,应把握好审问题与评履责之间的对应、审后果与评原因之间的衔接、审个案与评总体之间的统一这三个方面的原则,并聚焦以下维度的分析研究建立审计重点事项清单:①资源环境生态禀赋特点;②自然资源资产管理和生态环境保护重大事项;③自然资源资产实物量和生态环境质量的约束性指标;④辖区资源环境生态问题的总体性情况;⑤政策链条中的领导干部行政行为;⑥领导干部对资源环境生态问题的治理绩效。建立审计重点事项清单,可拓展领导干部自然资源资产离任审计内容,为丰富国家审计的审计评价理论和审计实践提供依据。

Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a devastating traumatic disease seriously impairing the quality of life in *** to allow the hopeless central nervous system to repair itself after injury are *** new approaches to regenerate the central nervous system is still the *** derived from mesenchymal stem cells(MSC-Exo)have been proven to robustly quench the inflammatory response or oxidative stress and curb neuronal apoptosis and autophagy following SCI,which are the key processes to rescue damaged spinal cord neurons and restore their ***,MSC-Exo in SCI received scant *** this review,we reviewed our previous work and other studies to summarize the roles of MSC-Exo in SCI and its underlying ***,we also focus on the application of exosomes as drug carrier in *** particular,it combs the advantages of exosomes as a drug carrier for SCI,imaging advantages,drug types,loading methods,etc.,which provides the latest progress for exosomes in the treatment of SCI,especially drug carrier.

Experimental infectivity of Theileria luwenshuni and Theileria uilenbergi in Chinese Kunming mice

Theileria luwenshuni and Theileria uilenbergi are important tick-borne pathogens and cause substantial losses to the sheep industry in China. The improvement in detection techniques has allowed the identification of multi-homing parasitism in Theileria parasites. Herein we evaluated the experimental infectivity of T. luwenshuni and T. uilenbergi in Chinese Kunming mice by screening blood samples of experimentally inoculated mice by microscopic examination（ME） and PCR. T. luwenshuni infected Chinese Kunming mice and 20 mice inoculated with this parasite were positive by ME and PCR. In addition, T. uilenbergi infected mice and 20 mice inoculated with this species were positive by ME and PCR. However, the number of red blood cells and the levels of hemoglobin of 40 infected mice had no obvious changes in the course of infection. Our results demonstrated the multi-homing parasitism of T. luwenshuni and T. uilenbergi, which were believed to be parasites of sheep and goats. This study was the first to demonstrate the infection of T. luwenshuni and T. uilenbergi in Kunming mice.

A stable and highly active core‐shell heterostructure electrocatalyst is essential for catalyzing oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Here,a dual‐trimetallic core‐shell heterostructure OER electrocatalyst that consists of a NiFeWS_(2)inner core and an amorphous NiFeW(OH)_(z)outer shell is designed and synthesized using in situ electrochemical *** electrochemical measurements of different as‐synthesized catalysts with a similar mass loading suggest that the core‐shell Ni_(0.66)Fe_(0.17)W_(0.17)S_(2)@amorphous NiFeW(OH)_(z)nanosheets exhibit the highest overall performance compared with that of other bimetallic reference catalysts for the ***,the nanosheet arrays were in situ grown on hydrophilic‐treated carbon paper to fabricate an integrated three‐dimensional electrode that affords a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2)at a small overpotential of 182 mV and a low Tafel slope of 35 mV decade^(−1)in basic *** Faradaic efficiency of core‐shell Ni_(0.66)Fe_(0.17)W_(0.17)S_(2)@amorphous NiFeW(OH)_(z)is as high as 99.5%for *** scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,and X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses confirm that this electrode has excellent stability in morphology and elementary composition after long‐term electrochemical ***,density functional theory calculations further indicate that the core‐shell heterojunction increased the conductivity of the catalyst,optimized the adsorption energy of the OER intermediates,and improved the OER *** study provides a universal strategy for designing more active core‐shell structure electrocatalysts based on the rule of coordinated regulation between electronic transport and active sites.

Website fingerprinting,also known asWF,is a traffic analysis attack that enables local eavesdroppers to infer a user’s browsing destination,even when using the Tor anonymity *** advanced attacks based on deep neural network(DNN)can performfeature engineering and attain accuracy rates of over 98%,research has demonstrated thatDNNis vulnerable to adversarial *** a result,many researchers have explored using adversarial samples as a defense mechanism against DNN-based WF attacks and have achieved considerable ***,these methods suffer from high bandwidth overhead or require access to the target model,which is *** paper proposes CMAES-WFD,a black-box WF defense based on adversarial *** process of generating adversarial examples is transformed into a constrained optimization problem solved by utilizing the Covariance Matrix Adaptation Evolution Strategy(CMAES)optimization *** are injected into the local parts of the original traffic to control bandwidth *** to the experiment results,CMAES-WFD was able to significantly decrease the accuracy of Deep Fingerprinting(DF)and VarCnn to below 8.3%and the bandwidth overhead to a maximum of only 14.6%and 20.5%,***,for Automated Website Fingerprinting(AWF)with simple structure,CMAES-WFD reduced the classification accuracy to only 6.7%and the bandwidth overhead to less than 7.4%.Moreover,it was demonstrated that CMAES-WFD was robust against adversarial training to a certain extent.
