可靠主义与机器人的证言

当前,人类越来越依赖机器人和其他形式的人工智能来实现自身的信仰,知识的见证来源或工具性知识来源的问题逐渐受到关注,可靠主义视角下的机器人证言或知识来源的分析不仅有助于对基本知识来源分类的认识论问题进行澄清,而且也拓展了可靠主义理论对于机器人知识的理解,进一步推动了当代知识论研究的实践转向。通过对可靠主义的概念界定及其划界问题的探讨,从机器人“这么说”中获得的知识分类、机器人证言的确证性、机器人知识的工具性三个层面对相关文献进行梳理与分析,可以得出将机器人证言视为知识来源往往会产生重要的社会和法律后果。有鉴于此,拟证明至少有一些机器人能够做证,并对可靠主义划界问题的三种解决路径进行探究,包括认知主义的解决路径、负责任的解决路径、自然信任的解决路径,但这些路径最终都没有成功解决可靠主义的划界问题。同时,基于机器人欺骗的实证性案例研究,提出可靠主义划界问题的社会信任解决路径,认为尽管某些被设计成具有欺骗性机器人,但人类对话者应该将它们及其证言视为知识的确证来源之一,发展可靠的人机关系要在认识论上立足于能够反映当代技术与人类本真关系的信念视域,在方法论上对机器人知识采用价值多元的方法,这对于现在和未来动态且可持续的人机交互具有重要意义。

For the multi-mode radar working in the modern electronicbattlefield, different working states of one single radar areprone to being classified as multiple emitters when adoptingtraditional classification methods to process intercepted signals,which has a negative effect on signal classification. A classificationmethod based on spatial data mining is presented to address theabove challenge. Inspired by the idea of spatial data mining, theclassification method applies nuclear field to depicting the distributioninformation of pulse samples in feature space, and digs out thehidden cluster information by analyzing distribution *** addition, a membership-degree criterion to quantify the correlationamong all classes is established, which ensures classificationaccuracy of signal samples. Numerical experiments show that thepresented method can effectively prevent different working statesof multi-mode emitter from being classified as several emitters,and achieve higher classification accuracy.

Poly（3-alkyl）pyrroles containing phosphonic acid groups with different alkyl segment lengths were chemical synthesized and the properties were measured by FTIR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. FTIR and UV-Vis results showed that the synthesized polymers were in a low doping level through chemical polymerization. By spin-coating on the surface of substrates, the polymer can be used as a humidity sensor. The change of DC electric current of the polypyrroles varies with the chain length of the alkyl substituents. The capacitance increases with the increase of the humidity and resistance decreases with the increase of humidity. This result is different from that ofpolypyrrole without alkyl substituents due to the influence of the phosphonic acid group. The sensor showed the resistive-type at high relative humidity, and the capacitive- type at the low relative humidity. The sensor exhibited very fast response to the change of environment humidity.

本试验旨在探究饲粮添加不同水平大豆异黄酮(SIF)对安格斯肉牛免疫性能、生殖激素水平和血清代谢物的影响。试验选取40头体重(396.87±35.42)kg、2~3胎次的健康安格斯母牛,随机分为4组,每组10头。对照组(CG组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮的基础上添加10(SIF-10组)、20(SIF-20组)和40 mg/kg(SIF-40组)SIF。预试期7 d,正试期40 d。饲养试验结束后采集血液,检测血清生化指标以及血清免疫因子和生殖激素含量,并基于超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)非靶向代谢组学技术分析SIF对血清代谢物的影响。结果表明:1)与CG组相比,SIF-10组和SIF-20组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著提高(P2.0或FC<0.5],其中,相对于CG组,SIF-40组163种代谢物上调、183种代谢物下调。选取VIP值前20的代谢差异物(14种上调、6种下调)进行通路富集,发现甘氨酸、丝氨酸和苏氨酸代谢、苯丙氨酸代谢、泛酸和辅酶A生物合成、赖氨酸降解、色氨酸代谢、丁酸代谢、叶酸生物合成以及柠檬酸循环等8个代谢通路发生显著变化。综上所述,饲粮添加一定水平SIF能够提高安格斯肉牛母牛免疫性能、生殖激素水平以及代谢水平,且以添加40 mg/kg为宜。

The solventnatures are crucial to deeply reveal solution behavior of macromolecular chains,physical essence of condensed state structures formation of the film as well as the photoelectronic devices *** on the second virial coefficient(A2),effect of the synergistic action of solvents and external electric field on both solution behavior and the film’s condensed state structure for the semi-rigid conjugated polymer,poly[2-methoxy-5-(2’-ethylhexoxy)-1,4-phenylvinylene](MEH-PPV)was investigated by dynamic/static light scattering,photoluminescence spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy,*** was found that although the MEH-PPV solutions with different solvents(toluene,chlorobenzene,chloroform and tetrahydrofuran)all could generate a response to the external electric field,the degree of response varied significantly with the change of solvent ***,ordered degree of the film from the solutions was also obviously *** essential reason for this responsive difference was firstly revealed in the research,which actually depended on the degree of interaction between the solute and solvent,and this degree of interaction could be quantitatively described by the second virial coefficient(A2).The bigger the A2,the stronger the interaction between solvent and solute in the solution,and the stronger the response to the external electric ***,under the induction of external electric field,chains aggregations with different sizes were formed accompanied by large-scale chains ordered structure in the *** ordered structure not only can effectively transfer to film prepared by the precursor solution but also is beneficial to enhance the carrier mobility and device efficiency of the photoelectronic film.

Highly Selective Fluoride Recognition by a Simple Carbazole-based Hydrozone Derivative

A simple carbazole hydrozone derivative（l） was synthesized and used as an optical probe for fluoride recognition in CH3CN. Receptor I exhibited colorimetric and fluorescent dual-channel response to fluoride anions. Addition of fluoride to a receptor 1 solution in CH3CN induced a distinct color change from yellow to magenta, the solution also displayed significant fluorescence blue shift. In slab column-shear wall structures,both the whole structure′s seismic behavior and failure mode are greatly influenced by the distribution of horizontal seismic forces between slab-column and shear *** this paper,a pushover analysis of topical slab column-shear wall structure was carried out,the seismic shear force that the slab-column and shear wall should undertake was worked out,the influences of plastic internal force redistribution and structure stiffness characteristic value on horizontal seismic distribution were studied and the calculation formula was *** analysis results showed that with the yield of the shear walls,the story shear force was undertaken by slab-columns correspondingly increased while with the decrease of characteristic value of stiffness of a structure,and the horizontal seismic force was undertaken by slab-columns correspondingly *** to the code,the design of horizontal force distribution may be cause insecurity problems,so it is necessary to give the distribution law of horizontal seismic forces in slab-column shear wall structures as the supplement to the corresponding regulation of the Code.

Applying pre-stress in glulam beam can reduce its deformation and make full use of the compressive strength of ***,when the glulam with low strength and the pre-stressed steel with high strength form combined members,materials of high strength can’t be fully ***,this study puts forward the idea of regulating and controlling string beam of pre-stressed *** regulating and controlling the pre-stress,a part of the load borne by the wood is allocated to the pre-stressed tendon,which is equivalent to completing a redistribution of internal force,thus realizing the repeated utilization of the wood strength and the full utilization of the strength of the high-strength pre-stressed *** bending experiments of 10 beams under 5 working conditions are carried *** failure mode,bearing capacity and deformation of the beams are *** results show that 90%of beams are deformed under *** ultimate load of the regulated and controlled beam is obviously larger than that of the unregulated beam,and the ultimate load of the beam increases with the increase of the degree of regulation and *** with that of the unregulated beams,the ultimate load of beams regulated by 7.5%-30%increases by 25.42%-65.08%,and the regulated and controlled effect is *** the increase of the regulation and control amplitude of pre-stress,the stiffness of string beam of pre-stressed glulam *** addition,with the increase of the regulation and control amplitude,the compression height of the beam increases before the failure,and it reaches the state of full-section compression at the time of failure,giving full play to the compressive property of the *** the end of the experiment,the constitutive relation which can reflect the anisotropy of the wood is established combined with the experimental *** finite element analysis of the beam under 7 working conditions is carried out by using ABAQUS finite element program,and t
