Hybrid nanoSiO_(2) (HNS) modified cement pastes were explored as a kind of surface protection material (SPM).The carbonation resistance and mechanical properties of SPMs coated samples were *** analysis (TGA),X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM),and mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) were further employed to evaluate the chemical composition and microstructure characteristics of ***,thermodynamic modeling was adopted to simulate the changes in the phase assemblages of SPM under the carbonation *** results showed that SPM with 1 wt% HNS could effectively enhance the carbonation *** incorporation of HNS could densify the microstructure and refine the pore ***,the thaumasite can be stable at ambient temperature with the addition of HNS,which is beneficial to maintain alkalinity under the carbonation process.

Effect of Electrodeposition Methods of Cuprous Oxide on Antibacterial Properties of Concrete

Three types of electrodeposition,DC electrodeposition,low-frequency pulsed electrodeposition and high-frequency pulsed electrodeposition,were used to deposit cuprous oxide on the concrete surface to improve the antibacterial properties of *** effects of pulse deposition frequency on the antibacterial property of concrete were studied using sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)and Escherichia coli(***)as model *** bacterial concentration and the antibacterial rate were measured to evaluate the antibacterial performance of *** effects of different deposition methods on the elemental content of copper and the amount of copper ions exuded were *** and SEM were used to analyze the microstructure of the deposited *** experimental results show that the concrete treated by electrodeposition exhibited good antibacterial properties against SRB and *** antibacterial effect of cuprous oxide deposited on concrete by pulse method was better than that by direct current(DC)*** antibacterial rate of concrete was positively correlated with the exudation rate of copper *** the pulse frequency increased,the deposits content on the surface was increased with an accompanying improvement in the antibacterial ***,the pulsed current had an indiscernible effect on the composition of the sediments,which were all mainly composed of Cu_(2)O,but the morphology of the Cu_(2)O differed *** octahedral cuprous oxide had better antibacterial properties with the highest copper ion leaching rate compared with cubic and spherical cuprous oxide.

VOCs can exert great harm to both human and environment,and catalytic oxidation is believed to be an effective technique to eliminate these *** this paper,Ag-Mn bimetal catalysts with 10 wt.%of silver were synthesized using doping,impregnation,and reduction methods respectively,and then they were applied to the catalytic oxidation of *** series of characterizations it showed that the loading of silver using reduction method significantly resulted in improved physico-chemical properties of manganese oxides,such as larger surface area and pore volume,higher proportion of surface Mn~(3+)and Mn~(4+),stronger reducibility and more active of surface oxygen species,which were all beneficial to its catalytic *** a result,the Ag-Mn catalysts synthesized by reduction method showed a lower T_(90)value(equals to the temperature at which 90%of initial benzene was removed)of 203℃.Besides,both the used and fresh Ag-Mn catalysts synthesized by reduction method showed preferable stability in this research.

Based on the stoichiometric method and the free energy minimization method,an ideal model for the reduction of iron oxides by carbon and hydrogen under blast furnace conditions was established,and the reduction efficiency and theoretical energy consumption of the all-carbon blast furnace and the hydrogen-rich blast furnace were *** results show that after the reduction reaction is completed at the bottom of the blast furnace,the gas produced by reduction at 1600℃still has a certain excessive reduction capacity,which is due to the hydrogen brought in by the hydrogen-rich blast as well as the excess carbon monoxide generated by the reaction of the coke and the oxygen brought in by the *** the process of the gas with excessive reduction capacity rising from the bottom of the blast furnace and gas reduction process,the excessive reduction capacity of the gas gradually decreases with the increase in the dydrogen content in the *** the all-carbon blast furnace,the excess gas reduction capacity is the strongest,and the total energy consumption per ton of iron reduction is the *** shows that,for the current operation mode of the blast furnace,adding hydrogen in the blast furnace cannot reduce the consumption of carbon required for reduction per ton of iron,but rather increases the consumption of carbon.

With the continuous breakthrough in information technology and its integration into practical applications, industrial digital twins are expected to accelerate their development in the near future. This paper studies various control strategies for digital twin systems from the viewpoint of practical *** make full use of advantages of digital twins for control systems, an architecture of digital twin control systems, adaptive model tracking scheme, performance prediction scheme, performance retention scheme, and fault tolerant control scheme are proposed. Those schemes are detailed to deal with different issues on model tracking, performance prediction, performance retention, and fault tolerant control of digital twin systems. Also, the stability of digital twin control systems is analysed. The proposed schemes for digital twin control systems are illustrated by examples.
