Multifunctional RGD coated a single-atom iron nanozyme:A highly selective approach to inducing ferroptosis and enhancing immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer

Nanozyme is a new promising approach to cancer therapy for its ability to induce ferroptosis by activating H_(2)O_(2)via a traditional radical pathway and enhance cancer immunotherapy.However,short half-life period of hydroxyl radical(·OH)results in unsatisfied effectiveness.Herein,we synthesized a single-atom iron nanozyme(Fe-SAzyme),which can activate H_(2)O_(2)via a non-radical pathway to generate Fe-based reactive oxygen species(ROS)(O=FeO_(3)=O)for promoting the ferroptosis of pancreatic cancer cells.This Fe-SAzyme could be specifically phagocytosed by pancreatic cancer cells,increasing ROS levels and inhibiting glutathione(GSH)synthesis,which activates ferroptosis.Tumor magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed decreased T2 signal after intravenous injection of RGD@Fe-AC(AC=activated carbon).Moreover,RGD@Fe-AC promoted dendritic cell(DC)maturation,overcame Treg-mediated immunosuppression,activated T cells to trigger adaptive immune responses,and enhanced the efficacy ofα-PD-L1 immunotherapy.Our research demonstrated that RGD@Fe-AC provided a straightforward,easily implemented,and selective approach for pancreatic cancer treatment and immunotherapy.

Non-malleable Extractor in the Presence of Classical or Quantum Side Information

Non-malleable extractor is an important tool for studying the problem of privacy amplification in classical and quantum cryptography with an active adversary. The randomness of the weakly-random source X before privacy amplification always depends on the information adversary has, called side information. We study properties of such extractors in the presence of classical and quantum side information, and show that any non-malleable extractor is essentially secure in the case where the adversary has classical side information.We also prove that non-malleable extractors are quantumproof with uniform seed, or only require the seed to be weakly random.

By constructing three types of related-key differential characteristics,we present three corresponding related-key differential attacks on the cipher.As the independence of the characteristics,we could recover 64 bits of the cipher’s master key with 2;chosen plain-texts,2;full-round DDP-64 encryptions and 2;bits of storage resources.To break the cipher,we only need to implement an exhaustive search for the rest 64 bits of the master key.

Uncertain multiobjective redundancy allocation problem of repairable systems based on artificial bee colony algorithm

Based on the uncertainty theory, this paper is devoted to the redundancy allocation problem in repairable parallel-series systems with uncertain factors, where the failure rate, repair rate and other relative coefficients involved are considered as uncertain variables. The availability of the system and the corresponding designing cost are considered as two optimization objectives. A crisp multiobjective optimization formulation is presented on the basis of uncertainty theory to solve this resultant problem. For solving this problem efficiently, a new multiobjective artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed to search the Pareto efficient set, which introduces rank value and crowding distance in the greedy selection strategy, applies fast non-dominated sort procedure in the exploitation search and inserts tournament selection in the onlooker bee phase. It shows that the proposed algorithm outperforms NSGA-II greatly and can solve multiobjective redundancy allocation problem efficiently. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate this approach.

Remaining useful lifetime prediction for equipment based on nonlinear implicit degradation modeling

Nonlinearity and implicitness are common degradation features of the stochastic degradation equipment for prognostics.These features have an uncertain effect on the remaining useful life(RUL)prediction of the equipment.The current data-driven RUL prediction method has not systematically studied the nonlinear hidden degradation modeling and the RUL distribution function.This paper uses the nonlinear Wiener process to build a dual nonlinear implicit degradation model.Based on the historical measured data of similar equipment,the maximum likelihood estimation algorithm is used to estimate the fixed coefficients and the prior distribution of a random coefficient.Using the on-site measured data of the target equipment,the posterior distribution of a random coefficient and actual degradation state are step-by-step updated based on Bayesian inference and the extended Kalman filtering algorithm.The analytical form of the RUL distribution function is derived based on the first hitting time distribution.Combined with the two case studies,the proposed method is verified to have certain advantages over the existing methods in the accuracy of prediction.

Remaining lifetime prediction for nonlinear degradation device with random effect

For the large number of nonlinear degradation devices existing in a project, the existing methods have not systematically studied the effects of random effect on the remaining lifetime(RL),the accuracy and efficiency of the parameters estimation are not high, and the current degradation state of the target device is not accurately estimated. In this paper, a nonlinear Wiener degradation model with random effect is proposed and the corresponding probability density function(PDF) of the first hitting time(FHT)is deduced. A parameter estimation method based on modified expectation maximum(EM) algorithm is proposed to obtain the estimated value of fixed coefficient and the priori value of random coefficient in the model. The posterior value of the random coefficient and the current degradation state of target device are updated synchronously by the state space model(SSM) and the Kalman filter algorithm. The PDF of RL with random effect is deduced. A simulation example is analyzed to verify that the proposed method has the obvious advantage over the existing methods in parameter estimation error and RL prediction accuracy.

文章基于齐次线性反馈移位寄存器(Linear Feedback Shift Register,LFSR)序列和d维单量子态提出了一种带作弊识别的动态(t,n)门限量子秘密共享方案。在该方案中,可信的分发者确定共享的秘密,并为参与者分配份额,参与者对传输中的粒子执行相应的酉操作来恢复秘密。在秘密重建阶段,通过执行量子态数字签名,不仅可以检测到作弊行为,还可以识别具体的作弊者并将其删除,最终参与者可以验证恢复秘密的正确性。该方案可以在不更改旧参与者份额的前提下,无需其他参与者的帮助便可实现参与者的动态更新。安全性分析表明,该方案能够抵抗常见的外部攻击和内部攻击。

Upper Bounds of Differential Characteristic Probability for Unbalanced Feistel Network Employing DSM

In this paper, for the unbalanced Feistel network which employs diffusion matrices in a switching way, we study the fixed number of its differential active S-boxes. Firstly we obtain some lower bounds of the differential active S-boxes for m, 2m and 3m rounds of Feistel structure, respectively. By concatenating these rounds, a fixed number of differential active S-boxes for arbitrary round number is derived. Our results imply that the unbalanced Feistel network using DSM is more secure than the traditional structure.

Comparison of the Photo-thermal Energy Conversion Behavior of Polar Bear Hair and Wool of Sheep

The unique photo-thermal energy conversion property of polar bear hairs has long been regarded as an essential element to enable this creature to survive in extremely cold conditions. However, the relevant research was ineffectual to provide sufficient evidence of its solar energy harvesting property. In this paper, the properties of polar bear hairs were analyzed and compared systematically with those of domestic sheep wool through the measurements in the aspects of photo-thermal conversion effi- ciency, scanning electron microscope, fluorescence spectral and transmission of UV-visible spectra. Moreover, this study was much more focused on exploring ultraviolet utilization property of polar bear hair than previous research. The research results demonstrated that the photo-thermal property of polar bear hair was superior to those of wool fiber, especially in harvesting ultraviolet part. The potential benefits of this research lie in the development of bionic solar energy collective devices, especially in artificial solar energy collection fibers and textile products.
