植物锌铁转运蛋白ZIP主要参与调节必需金属元素的动态平衡,也参与镉(Cd)等重金属的吸收和转运。本研究运用生物信息学方法,从普通烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)基因组中共鉴定出33个NtZIP基因家族成员,其中11个成员定位在7条染色体上。亚细胞定位预测表明,26个NtZIP蛋白定位于细胞膜上,7个NtZIP蛋白定位于液泡膜上。通过邻接法,将33个NtZIP家族成员分为4个亚家族。启动子分析表明,NtZIP家族基因启动子区都含有非生物胁迫和激素相关的顺式作用元件。Cd胁迫下,荧光定量PCR结果表明,烟草NtZIP基因家族有9个成员在根中对Cd显著应答,与转录组数据基本一致,但随着Cd浓度的改变,NtZIP家族成员也出现了差异化表达,推测在烟草中NtZIP参与Cd的吸收与转运。

Runoff change in the Yellow River Basin of China from 1960 to 2020 and its driving factors

Analysing runoff changes and how these are affected by climate change and human activities is deemed crucial to elucidate the ecological and hydrological response mechanisms of *** Indicators of Hydrologic Alteration and the Range of Variability Approach(IHA-RVA)method,as well as the ecological indicator method,were employed to quantitatively assess the degree of hydrologic change and ecological response processes in the Yellow River Basin from 1960 to *** Budyko's water heat coupling balance theory,the relative contributions of various driving factors(such as precipitation,potential evapotranspiration,and underlying surface)to runoff changes in the Yellow River Basin were quantitatively *** results show that the annual average runoff and precipitation in the Yellow River Basin had a downwards trend,whereas the potential evapotranspiration exhibited an upwards trend from 1960 to *** approximately 1985,it was reported that the hydrological regime of the main stream underwent an abrupt *** degree of hydrological change was observed to gradually increase from upstream to downstream,with a range of 34.00%-54.00%,all of which are moderate ***,significant differences have been noted among different ecological indicators,with a fluctuation index of 90.00%at the outlet of downstream hydrological stations,reaching a high level of *** the mutation,the biodiversity index of flow in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River was generally lower than that in the base *** research results also indicate that the driving factor for runoff changes in the upper reach of the Yellow River Basin is mainly precipitation,with a contribution rate of 39.31%-54.70%.Moreover,the driving factor for runoff changes in the middle and lower reaches is mainly human activities,having a contribution rate of 63.70%-84.37%.These results can serve as a basis to strengthen the protection and restoration efforts in the Yellow River Basin

社会经济统计数据通常是以各级行政区为单位的汇总数据,它虽然能反映统计单元之间的差异但却不能反映统计单元内部的异质性,在实际应用中,无法满足统计任意区域内的社会经济数据的需求,而社会经济统计数据空间化则是有效解决该问题的一条重要途径。本文对现有社会经济统计数据的空间化方法、社会经济统计数据空间化过程所依赖的辅助数据、现有主要的社会经济空间化数据产品进行了归纳总结,并从空间化方法的制约因素和改进方向、新型辅助数据的探索和多源辅助数据的综合利用、高时空分辨率和高精度数据产品研发3个方面展望了社会经济统计数据空间化的未来发展趋势。研究结果可为社会经济统计数据空间化方法的选择与改进、辅助数据的选择与综合利用、社会经济空间化数据产品的选择与改进提供参考。

In this paper,we report a coherent beam combining(CBC)system that involves two thulium-doped all-polarization maintaining(PM)fiber chirped pulse *** phase-locking the two channels via a fiber stretcher by using the stochastic parallel gradient descent(SPGD)algorithm,a maximum average power of 265 W is obtained,with a CBC efficiency of 81%and a residual phase error of λ/*** de-chirping by a pair of diffraction gratings,the duration of the combined laser pulse is compressed to 690 *** into account the compression efficiency of 90%and the main peak energy proportion of 91%,the corresponding peak power is calculated to be 4 *** laser noise characteristics before and after CBC are examined,and the results indicate that the CBC would degrade the low frequency relative intensity noise(RIN),of which the integration is 1.74%in[100 Hz,2 MHz]at the maximum combined output *** addition,the effects of the nonlinear spectrum broadening during chirped pulse amplification on the CBC efficiency are also investigated,showing that a higher extent of pulse stretching is effective in alleviating the spectrum broadening and realizing a higher output power with decent combining efficiency.

Corundum spinel castable was prepared using tabular corundum as aggregates,white fused corundum powder,spinel powder and alumina powder as the matrix,pure calcium aluminate cement as a binder,and extra adding calcium chloride(0,1%,2%,and 3%,by mass).The effects of the CaCl2 addition on the cold physical properties,the hot strength,the thermal shock resistance and the microstructure of the castable were *** results show that,for the corundum spinel castable fired at 1550℃,with the increase of the CaCl2 addition from 0 to 3%,the cold strengthes first increase,then decrease,the apparent porosity increases,the volume density decreases,and the linear change rate first decreases and then increases,while the overall change is not significant;however,the hot modulus of rupture and the thermal shock resistance are obviously *** is mainly due to that,CaCl2 is evenly distributed in the castable in the form of solution,and reacts with Al2O3 to form small flake CA6 crystals,which evenly distributed in the sample matrix strengthening and toughening the material.

In the context of dynamic telecommunication traffic requirement, experimental prototypes and testbeds have been vital and challenging steps towards achieving practical OBS networks. This paper presents the novel integrated LOBS/GMPLS network testbed. Dynamic interworking technologies between GMPLS network and LOBS network and potential survivability schemes in this multilayer network are investigated by experimentally evaluating the TCP and popular streaming media service performance over an integrated LOBS/ GMPLS testbed.

We propose a linear mapping relationship between the polarization of the fundamental mode and the cylindrical vector(CV)modes on the first-order Poincaresphere(FOPS)in *** new method is based on the fourdimensional complex Jones matrices in terms of the linearly polarized mode *** our theoretical model,an all-fiber approach to generate arbitrary CV beams on the FOPS is proposed theoretically and verified *** the experiment,through the combination of a mode converter and a two-segment cascaded few-mode fiber with fixed stresses,it is possible to generate all CV modes on the FOPS by only adjusting the polarization of the fundamental *** Stokes parameters of the output light are measured to verify our scheme,which shows good agreement with the theoretical *** method may provide a convenient way to generate CV beams and evolve the polarization states in any path on the FOPS,which is expected to have potential applications in encoding information and quantum computation.
