BACKGROUND The study aimed to analyze the characteristic clinical manifestations of patients with intestinal disease Meckel’s diverticulum(MD)complicated by digestive tract ***,we aimed to evaluate the value of double-balloon enteroscopy(DBE)in MD diagnosis and the prognosis after laparoscopic diverticula *** To evaluate the value of DBE in the diagnosis and the prognosis after laparoscopic diverticula resection for MD with *** The study retrospectively analyzed relevant data from 84 MD patients treated between January 2015 and March 2022 and recorded their clinical manifestations,auxiliary examination,and follow-up after laparoscopic resection of ***(1)Among 84 MD patients complicated with hemorrhage,77 were male,and 7 were female with an average age of 31.31±10.75 *** incidence was higher in men than in women of different ages;(2)Among the 84 MD patients,65(78.40%)had defecated dark red stools,and 50(58.80%)had no accompanying symptoms during bleeding,indicating that most MD bleeding appeared a dark red stool without accompanying symptoms;(3)The shock index of 71 patients(85.20%)was30%;(4)The DBE-positive rate was 100%(54/54),99mTcpertechnetate-positive scanning rate was 78%(35/45)compared with capsule endoscopy(36%)and small intestine computed tomography(19%).These results suggest that DBE and 99mTc-pertechnetate scans had significant advantages in diagnosing MD and bleeding,especially DBE was a highly precise examination method in MD diagnosis;(5)A total of 54 MD patients with hemorrhage underwent DBE examination before *** endoscopy revealed many mucosal manifestations including normal appearance,inflammatory changes,ulcerative changes,diverticulum inversion,and nodular hyperplasia,with ulcerative changes being the most common(53.70%).This suggests that diverticular mucosal u

The Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)mission is designed to monitor the Gamma-Ray Bursts(GRBs)associated with gravitational waves and other high-energy transient *** mission consists of two microsatellites which are planned to operate at the opposite sides of the *** GECAM satellite could detect and localize GRBs in about 8 keV-5 MeV with its 25 Gamma-Ray Detectors(GRDs).In this work,we report the in-flight energy calibration of GRDs using the characteristic gamma-ray lines in the background spectra,and show their performance evolution during the commissioning ***,a preliminary cross-calibration of energy response with Fermi GBM data is also presented,validating the energy response of GRDs.

BACKGROUND The rare co-occurrence of oligodendroglioma and arteriovenous malformation(AVM)in the same intracranial *** SUMMARY In a 61-year-old man presenting with progressive headaches,is described in this case *** multimodal imaging techniques(computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging,magnetic resonance spectroscopy,digital subtraction angiography,and computed tomography angiography)were employed to detect hemorrhage,cystic and solid lesions,and arteriovenous shunting in the right temporal *** patient underwent right temporal craniotomy for lesion removal,and postoperative pathological analysis confirmed the presence of oligodendroglioma(World Health Organization grade II,not otherwise specified)and *** The preoperative utilization of multimodal imaging examination can help clinicians reduce the likelihood of misdiagnosis or oversight of these conditions,and provides important information for subsequent *** case supports the feasibility of craniotomy for the removal of glioma with AVM.

变幅加载下沥青的疲劳损伤累积具有明显的非线性特征,传统的Miner’s线性疲劳损伤累积准则无法表征不同变幅加载次序下沥青的非线性疲劳损伤累积(NLFDA)。该研究旨在建立考虑加载次序影响的NLFDA模型,准确表征加载次序对沥青疲劳损伤累积的影响。通过开展应力控制的沥青恒幅加载疲劳试验,采用耗散伪应变能(DPSE)表征沥青疲劳损伤,分析恒幅加载下沥青的疲劳损伤累积规律;采用低-高和高-低两种加载次序,开展应力控制的沥青变幅加载疲劳试验,分析变幅加载下沥青的疲劳损伤累积规律;基于损伤等效准则,建立考虑加载次序影响的NLFDA模型,分析加载次序对疲劳损伤累积的影响。结果表明:应力控制模式下的沥青疲劳损伤,呈先缓慢后急剧的非线性增加演化趋势;恒幅加载下沥青疲劳损伤服从Miner’s准则发生线性累积,且累积寿命分数等于1;变幅加载下沥青疲劳损伤不服从Miner’s准则而发生非线性累积。低-高和高-低变幅加载次序下,沥青累积疲劳寿命随一级寿命分数的增大而分别增加和减小,累积寿命分数分别大于1和小于1;建立的NLFDA模型可克服Miner’s准则缺陷,并较为准确地表征加载次序对沥青疲劳损伤累积的影响。

本文提出了一种基于Walsh级数离散化方法(WSM)的频率求解方法,对具有一般边界条件的层合梁进行了自由振动分析.采用考虑剪切效应和转动惯量的一阶剪切变形理论建立了层合梁理论模型,采用边界权重参数等效一般边界条件.以Walsh级数作为基函数离散位移最高阶导数再进行积分,由边界条件确定这一过程中产生的积分常数.将离散后的位移与转角代入控制方程转化为单变量线性方程.在此基础上,通过求解线性代数方程,可以得到复合材料层合梁的频率.对照现有文献计算结果,得到WSM法具有较好的收敛性和精度的结论.

Enhanced dealkalization of bauxite residue through calcium-activated desulfurization gypsum

A novel integrated approach to remove the free alkalis and stabilize solid-phase alkalinity by controlling the release of Ca from desulfurization gypsum was *** combination of recycled FeCl_(3)solution and EDTA activated desulfurization gypsum lowered the bauxite residue pH to ***,it also improved the residual Ca state,with its contribution to the total exchangeable cations increased(68%-92%).Notably,the slow release of exchangeable Ca introduced through modified desulfurization gypsum induced a phase transition of the alkaline *** treatment stabilized the dealkalization effect of bauxite residue via reducing its overall acid neutralization capacity in abating pH ***,this approach can provide guidance for effectively utilizing desulfurization gypsum to achieve stable regulation of alkalinity in bauxite residue.
