基于隐结构模型和关联规则分析扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的方药规律,为临床辨证论治扩张型心肌病心力衰竭及指南的制定提供理论支撑。系统检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed),筛选方药治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的相关文献并提取资料。运用Microsoft Excel 2019建立数据库,通过Lantern 5.0及Rstudio软件对频率>4.00%的中药进行隐结构模型与关联规则分析,结合频数结构模型,总结扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的方药规律。最终纳入中医处方175首,涉及单味中药128味,累计使用频次1847次,高频中药包括黄芪、丹参、茯苓、桂枝、甘草等,功效以补虚药、活血化瘀药和解表药为主。隐结构模型分析共获得17个隐变量、34个隐类、6个综合聚类模型,15个核心方剂,以方测证推断扩张型心肌病心力衰竭证型以心气阳虚证、气虚血瘀证、心肾阳虚证和气阴两虚证为主。关联规则分析获得54条强关联规则,支持度最高的是丹参-黄芪,置信度最高的是丹参-桂枝-麦冬-黄芪。扩张型心肌病心力衰竭为本虚标实之证,核心病机为“虚”“瘀”“水”,与心、肺、脾关系密切,治法以益气温阳为主,随证结合活血化瘀,行气利水治法。

Objective:To summarize the medication rules of Chinese herbs to treat heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFPEF)based on data mining and to provide references for clinical ***:The China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database(Wanfang),VIP database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature(CBM),PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library databases were searched from inception to October 2021 to identify relevant literature on treating HFPEF with Chinese *** Excel 2019 was used to set up a database,and then,association rule analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis were performed by using apriori algorithm and hclust function respectively in R-Studio(Version 4.0.3).Results:A total of 182 qualified papers were included,involving a total of 92 prescriptions,130 Chinese herbs,and 872 individual herbs prescribed,with an average of 9.5 herbs per *** six most frequently prescribed herbs were Astragali Radix(Huangqi),Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma(Danshen),Poria(Fuling),Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma(Gancao),Cinnamomi Ramulus(Guizhi),and Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma(Renshen).There were 35 herbs used more than 5 times,involving 11 efficacy *** top three categories were deficiency-tonifying herbs,blood-activating and stasis-removing herbs,and dampnessdraining diuretic *** most commonly used herbs were mainly warm and *** primary meridian tropisms were Lung Meridian,Heart Meridian and Spleen *** rule analysis yielded 26 association rules,such as Astragali Radix(Huangqi)&Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma(Danshen),Poria(Fuling),Cinnamomi Ramulus(Guizhi)&Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(Baizhu).Hierarchical cluster analysis yielded four herb classes,and their functions were mainly qi-replenishing and yang-warming,bloodactivating and ***:HFPEF is the syndrome of root vacuity and tip repletion,and its core pathogenesis is"deficiency","stasis",and"wafer",w

运用网状Meta分析评价不同中成药治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效与安全性。通过计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、Cochrane Library,搜集建库至2023年7月5日中成药治疗冠心病心力衰竭的随机对照试验(RCT)。根据Cochrane系统评价手册偏倚风险评估工具对符合纳入标准的文献进行质量评价,通过Stata 16.0软件进行网状Meta分析。最终纳入82篇RCTs,总样本量9 298例,涉及11种中成药。网状Meta分析结果显示,(1)改善临床有效率方面,累计概率排名曲线下面积(SUCRA)排名前3的干预措施为芪参益气滴丸+常规西医、振源胶囊+常规西医、通心络胶囊+常规西医;(2)改善左心室射血分数(LVEF)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为麝香保心丸+常规西医、复方丹参滴丸+常规西医、通心络胶囊+常规西医;(3)降低左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为麝香通心滴丸+常规西医、通心络胶囊+常规西医、麝香保心丸+常规西医;(4)降低N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为麝香保心丸+常规西医、芪参益气滴丸+常规西医、复方丹参滴丸+常规西医;(5)降低超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为脑心通胶囊+常规西医、麝香保心丸+常规西医、复方丹参滴丸+常规西医;(6)改善6 min步行试验(6MWT)方面,SUCRA排名前3的干预措施为振源胶囊+常规西医、芪苈强心胶囊+常规西医、芪参益气滴丸+常规西医。结果表明,不同中成药联合常规西医治疗冠心病心力衰竭较常规西医能有效改善临床有效率、LVEF和6MWT,降低LVEDD、NT-proBNP和hs-CRP,但由于纳入文献质量整体偏低,部分中成药纳入文献较少,缺乏不同中成药之间的直接比较等因素,结果还需进一步验证。

An efficient Ni-catalyzed four-component 1,4-carbocarbonylation of 1,3-enynes with activated alkyl halides and arylboronic acids under atmospheric pressure of CO is *** tuning the electronic and steric effects of alkyl radicals,both electronrich and electron-deficient 1,3-enynes were compatible with this *** protocol features mild conditions,broad substrate scope,excellent functional group compatibility and facile gram-scale synthesis,providing a practical approach to the quaternary carbon center-containing allenyl *** study revealed that the acyl-NiIIspecies plays an important role in both the coupling and the alkyl radical generation processes.

Rock physical characteristics of deep dolomite under complex geological conditions: A case study of 4th Member of Sinian Dengying Formation in the Sichuan Basin, China

The deep-ultra deep carbonate reservoir in China, commonly subjected to modification of multi-stage diagenesis, has extremely high heterogeneity. Conventional rock physics analysis cannot accurately identify the elastic responses of reservoir. Here, the rock physics properties of the dolomite from the 4th Member of the Sinian Dengying Formation are experimentally measured, and the change law of rock physics characteristics is investigated within the framework of the diagenetic processes by the analysis of the elastic and petrologic characteristics, pore structure, and sedimentary environments. The results show that the differentiated diagenesis results in different pore structure characteristics and microtexture characteristics of the rock. The microbial dolomite of the algal mound-grain beach facies is subjected to the contemporaneous microbial dolomitization and seepage-reflux dolomitization, penecontemporaneous selective dissolution, burial dolomitization, and hydrothermal dolomitization. The resultant crystalline dolomite is found with one main type of the dolomite crystal contact boundaries,and the dissolution pore is extensive development. The siliceous, muddy, and limy dolomite of the interbeach sea environment mainly experiences the weak capillary concentration dolomitization, intensive mechanical compaction-induced densification, and burial dolomitization. Such crystalline dolomite is observed with four types of contact boundaries, namely the dolomite contact, clay contact, quartz contact, and calcite contact boundaries, and porosity mostly attributed to residual primary inter-granular or crystalline pores. The samples with the same crystal boundary condition have consistent correlations between the compressional-and shear-wave velocities, and between the compressional-wave velocity and the velocity ratio. Titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))hollow nanoparticles present significant potential for photocatalytic applications while their straightforward preparation with precise structure control is still *** work reports the approach to preparing tunable hollow TiO_(2) nanospheres by utilization of spherical polyelectrolyte brushes(SPB)as nanoreactors and *** the preparation,the evolution of the structure was characterized by small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),and in combination with dynamic light scattering and transmission electron *** formation of TiO_(2) shell within the brush(SPB@TiO_(2))is confirmed by the significant increase of the electron density,and its internal structure has been analyzed by fitting SAXS data,which can be influenced by Titanium precursors and ammonia *** calcining SPB@TiO_(2) in a muffle furnace,hollow TiO_(2) nanospheres are produced,and their transition to the anatase crystal form is triggered,as confirmed by X-ray diffraction *** the advantages of their hollow structure,these TiO_(2) nanospheres exhibit exceptional catalytic degradation efficiency of methylene blue(MB),tetracycline(TC),and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D),and also demonstrate excellent recyclability.

Development of practical and versatile electrophilic difluoromethylating reagent is still a grand challenge so far due to its inherent instability or low ***,we report the design and synthesis of difluoromethyl phenoxathiinium tetrafluoroborate(PT-CF_(2)H^(+)BF_(4)^(-)) as a novel difluoromethylating reagent,which proves to be a bench-stable,general,powerful and versatile reagent with divergent·CF_(2)H,CF_(2)H^(+),and:CF_(2) *** use of this reagent,we demonstrated a vast array of difluoromethyl radical transfer reactions via diverse pathways involving photocatalyst-free visible-light induction,visible-light photoredox catalysis and visible-light mediation single electron transfer of EDA ***,the green and highly effective CF_(2)H^(+) and:CF_(2) transfer reactions were also readily accomplished.

A greater number of compact and reliable electrostatic capacitors are in demand due to the Internet of Things boom and rapidly growing complex and integrated electronic systems,continuously promoting the development of high-energy-density ceramic-based *** significant successes have been achieved in obtaining high energy densities in lead-based ferroelectric ceramics,the utilization of lead-containing ceramies has been restricted due to environmental and health hazards of ***-free ferroelectric ceramics have garnered tremendous attention and are expected to replace lead-based ceramics in the near ***,the energy density of lead-free ceramics is still lagging behind that of lead-containing ***,severely limiting their *** efforts have been made to enhance the energy storage performance of lead-free ceramics using multi-scale design strategies,and exciting progress has been achieved in the past *** review briefly discusses the energy storage mechanism and fundamental characteristics of a dielectric capacitor,summarizes and compares the state-of-the-art design strategies for high-energy-density lead-free ceramics,and highlights several critical issues and requirements for industrial *** prospects and challenges of lead-free ceramics for energy storage applications are also discussed.
