Here the regulatory role of CO during stomatal movement in Vicia faba L. was surveyed. Results indicated that, like hydrogen peroxide （H2O2）, CO donor HemaUn induced stomatal closure in dose- and time-dependent manners. These responses were also proven by the addition of gaseous CO aqueous solution with different concentrations, showing the first time that CO and H2O2 exhibit the similar regulation role in the stomatal movement. Moreover, our data showed that ascorbic acid （ASA, an important reducing substrate for H2O2 removal） and diphenylene iodonium （DPI, an inhibitor of the H2O2-generating enzyme NADPH oxidase） not only reversed stomatal closure by CO, but also suppressed the H2O2 fluorescence induced by CO, implying that CO induced-stomatal closure probably involves H2O2 signal. Additionally, the CO/NO scavenger hemoglobin （Hb） and CO specific synthetic inhibitor ZnPPIX, ASA and DPI reversed the darkness-induced stomatal closure and H2O2 fluorescence. These results show that, perhaps like H2O2, the levels of CO in guard cells of V. faba are higher in the dark than in light, HO-1 and NADPH oxidase are the enzyme systems responsible for generating endogenous CO and H2O2 in darkness respectively, and that CO is involved in darkness-induced H2O2 synthesis in V. faba guard cells.

The development of strong sensitizing and Earth-abundant antenna molecules is highly desirable for CO2reduction through artificial photosynthesis. Herein, a library of Zn–dipyrrin complexes（Z-1-Z-6） are rationally designed via precisely controlling their molecular configuration to optimize strong sensitizing Earth-abundant photosensitizers. Upon visible-light excitation, their special geometry enables intramolecular charge transfer to induce a charge-transfer state, which was first demonstrated to accept electrons from electron donors. The resulting long-lived reduced photosensitizer was confirmed to trigger consecutive intermolecular electron transfers for boosting CO2-to-CO conversion. Remarkably, the Earth-abundant catalytic system with Z-6 and Fe-catalyst exhibits outstanding performance with a turnover number of >20 000 and 29.7% quantum yield, representing excellent catalytic performance among the molecular catalytic systems and highly superior to that of noble-metal photosensitizer Ir（ppy）2（bpy）+under similar conditions. Experimental and theoretical investigations comprehensively unveil the structure–activity relationship, opening up a new horizon for the development of Earth-abundant strong sensitizing chromophores for boosting artificial photosynthesis.

大脑神经活动由周期性的节律振荡和非周期性的神经波动组成。节律振荡表现为神经信号的频谱尖峰,直接反映了大脑神经元集群同步化活动,与大脑认知和行为状态密切相关;非周期性波动表现为以幂率衰减的频谱趋势,综合反映了大脑神经活动的多尺度动态,为全面理解大脑神经动力学提供了新的视角。近年来,国内外研究者在大脑非周期活动特性及其动力学机制等方面取得了进展,发现非周期活动的幂律衰减指数可以有效地表征神经系统兴奋-抑制(E/I)平衡程度,并将其作为多种脑部疾病的生物标志物。基于此,本文归纳总结了大脑非周期活动的特征参数提取方法及其优缺点,详细分析了非周期活动与年龄、认知水平等生理因素的相关性,重点剖析了非周期指数与癫痫、阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病等神经疾病的关联,进一步阐述了神经元及其网络中非周期活动的产生机制,在此基础上对大脑非周期动力学的未来研究方向进行了展望。

目的探讨卡瑞利珠单抗致不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法以“卡瑞利珠单抗”“不良反应”为检索词,检索建库至2021年12月31日中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库,搜集病例资料,按照患者一般情况、用药情况、不良反应发生及转归等进行统计分析。结果共收集25篇文献,包含27例卡瑞利珠单抗所致不良反应;累及系统器官主要为皮肤系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、神经肌肉系统、内分泌系统以及牙龈等。评价结果为“很可能”的占74.07%(20/27);男女比例为2.38∶1。发生时间在1~21 d 的占33.33%(9/27)。临床表现以皮肤系统损害(占34.48%)为主,其中死亡2例。结论卡瑞利珠单抗不良反应表现多样,医药护应该重视,提高临床合理用药水平,确保患者用药安全。

Adaptive bit allocation scheme in multi-cell cooperative block diagonalization systems with delayed and limited feedback

In multi-cell cooperative multi-input multi-output （MIMO） systems, base station （BS） can exchange and utilize channel state information （CSI） of adjacent cell users to manage co-channel interference. Users quantize the CSIs of desired channel and interference channels using finite-rate feedback links, then BS can generate cooperative block diagonalization （BD） precoding matrices using the obtained quantized CSI at transmitter to supress co-channel interference. In this paper, a novel adaptive bit allocation scheme is proposed to minimize the rate loss due to imperfect CSI. We derive the closed-form expression of rate loss caused by both channel delay and limited feedback. Based on the derived rate loss expression, the proposed scheme can adaptively allocate more bits to quantize the better channels with smaller delays and fewer bits to worse channels with larger delays. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme yields higher performance than other allocation schemes.

How to utilize existing flow control mechanisms to make profiled end wall design more flexible,efficient,and physical is a meaningful *** study presents a three-dimensional inverse method for profiled end wall design to achieve the application of flow control *** predetermined pressure distribution on the end wall is reached by modifying the end wall geometry during flow field calculation.A motion velocity model is derived from the normal momentum equation of the moving no-slip boundary to modify the end wall geometry.A Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)solver based on the Semi-Implicit Method for Pressure Linked Equations(SIMPLE)algorithm is adopted to simulate the flow *** on the mechanism understanding obtained through numerical optimization results,this study adopts the inverse method to redesign an optimized end wall in a compressor *** results indicate that the redesigned end wall exhibits better loss reduction,reducing the overall total pressure loss by 5.5%,whereas the optimized end wall reduces it by 3%.The inverse method allows the imposition of desired influences on the end wall flow without constructing a database,making it highly flexible,efficient,and physical.

The extended Wannier function constructed by hydrogen-like atom wave function is used to calculate the electronic hopping and the density of the states of trans-polyacetylene with a single-chain planar *** this technique 2s and 2pz orbitals are taken into *** computed result shows that the electronic hopping interactions,especially non-neighbor hopping,are considerably affected by 2s orbitals,which are able not only to narrow the energy bandwidth and the gap but also to weaken the nearest neighbor hopping slightly and to enhance the non-neighbor hopping greatly.
