冠脉变异分析及起源变异与斑块的相关性探讨

目的:通过计算机断层扫描血管成像(computed tomography angiography,CTA)了解冠状动脉变异(coronary artery anomalies,CAA)的发生情况,并探讨起源变异与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块形成的相关性。方法:回顾性分析8 360例冠状动脉CTA检查患者的变异情况。随机抽取78例冠脉起源正常患者作为起源正常组,比较冠状动脉起源变异患者与起源正常患者相同分支上斑块的发生情况。同时比较有冠脉高危解剖特征与无高危解剖特征的冠脉动脉起源变异患者斑块的发生情况。结果:CAA98例,其中起源变异78例,数目变异8例,终止变异4例,结构变异8例。左旋支单独起源于左窦(6例)时,左旋支斑块发生率(60.00%)明显高于起源正常组左旋支上斑块发生率(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);对比有无高危解剖特征的两组的斑块发生率(31例,39.74%和47例,60.26%),差异无统计学意义(P=0.201)。结论:起源变异在所有CAA类型中最常见。起源变异中,左旋支单独起源于左窦是斑块形成的高危因素,应当引起重视并早期干预。

Predicting torsional capacity of reinforced concrete members by data-driven machine learning models

Due to the complicated three-dimensional behaviors and testing limitations of reinforced concrete(RC)members in torsion,torsional mechanism exploration and torsional performance prediction have always been *** the present paper,several machine learning models were applied to predict the torsional capacity of RC *** results of a total of 287 torsional specimens were collected through an overall literature *** of extreme gradient boosting machine(XGBM),random forest regression,back propagation artificial neural network and support vector machine,were trained and tested by 10-fold cross-validation *** performances of proposed machine learning models were evaluated and compared,both with each other and with the calculated results of existing design codes,i.e.,GB 50010,ACI 318-19,and Eurocode *** results demonstrated that better predictive performance was achieved by machine learning models,whereas GB 50010 slightly overestimated the torsional capacity,and ACI 318-19 and Eurocode 2 underestimated it,especially in the case of ACI *** XGBM model gave the most favorable predictions with R^(2)=0.999,RMSE=1.386,MAE=0.86,andλ=***,strength of concrete was the most sensitive input parameters affecting the reliability of the predictive model,followed by transverse-to-longitudinal reinforcement ratio and total reinforcement ratio.

Silver(9 wt.%)was loaded on Co_(3)O_(4)-nanofiber using reduction and impregnation methods,*** to the stronger electronegativity of silver,the ratios of surface Co^(3+)/Co^(2+) on Ag/Co_(3)O_(4) were higher than on Co_(3)O_(4),which further led to more adsorbed oxygen species as a result of the charge ***,the introducing of silver also obviously improved the reducibility of Co_(3)O_(4).Hence the Ag/Co_(3)O_(4) showed better catalytic performance than Co_(3)O_(4) in benzene *** with the Ag/Co_(3)O_(4) synthesized via impregnation method,the one prepared using reduction method(named as Ag Co-R)exhibited higher contents of surface Co^(3+) and adsorbed oxygen species,stronger reducibility,as well as more active surface lattice oxygen ***,Ag Co-R showed lowest T_(90) value of 183℃,admirable catalytic stability,largest normalized reaction rate of1.36×10^(-4)mol/(h·m^(2))(150℃),and lowest apparent activation energy(E_(a))of 63.2 kJ/*** analyzing of in-situ DRIFTS indicated benzene molecules were successively oxidized to phenol,o-benzoquinone,small molecular intermediates,and finally to CO_(2) and water on the surface of Ag *** last,potential reaction pathways including five detailed steps were proposed.

目的以侵入性冠状动脉造影(ICA)为参照标准,评价校正的冠状动脉管腔内密度变化(CCO)与冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)诊断冠状动脉支架内再狭窄(ISR)的价值。资料与方法回顾性分析有CCTA和ICA结果的冠状动脉支架植入术后的86例患者共136支血管,按照ICA结果将支架狭窄程度分为通畅组、狭窄组和闭塞组。计算支架近远端CCO,和CCTA目测法评价ISR。计算CCO、CCTA和CCO+CCTA诊断ISR的敏感度、特异度和受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积。结果通畅组76支,狭窄组38支,闭塞组22支,3组的CCO分别是0.222±0.083、0.317±0.085和0.485±0.097,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CCO、CCTA和CCO+CCTA诊断ISR的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.859、0.811和0.882,CCTA与CCO+CCTA比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);诊断支架闭塞的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.947、0.842和0.972,其中CCTA与CCO+CCTA比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论CCO随支架狭窄程度增加而增高;CCO+CCTA显著提高了CCTA对ISR的诊断准确性。

In[20],a semi-implicit spectral deferred correction(SDC)method was proposed,which is efficient for highly nonlinear partial differential equations(PDEs).The semi-implicit SDC method in[20]is based on first-order time integration methods,which are corrected iteratively,with the order of accuracy increased by one for each additional *** this paper,we will develop a class of semi-implicit SDC methods,which are based on second-order time integration methods and the order of accuracy are increased by two for each additional *** spatial discretization,we employ the local discontinuous Galerkin(LDG)method to arrive at fully-discrete schemes,which are high-order accurate in both space and *** experiments are presented to demonstrate the accuracy,efficiency and robustness of the proposed semi-implicit SDC methods for solving complex nonlinear PDEs.
