An adsor.ent calix[4]ar.ne car.oxylic acid was emp.oyed as the adsor.0}ion mater.al for.on-line flow in jection（FI） micr.-column p.econcentr.tion coup.ed with flame atomic absor.0}ion sp.ctr.metr.（FAAS） deter.ination of tr.ce heavy metals（Cu, p., Co, Ni and Cd）. p.r.meter. such as the p., loading time and flow r.te of samp.e, and the concentr.tion, volume and flow r.te of eluent wer. op.imized. The enr.chment factor. ar. 50.0, 56.5, 11.6, 12.1 and 19.1 for.Cu, p., Co, Ni, and Cd, r.sp.ctively, and a samp.e thr.ughp.t of 20 h–1 was obtained. The limits of de tection for.Cu, p., Co, Ni, and Cd wer. in a r.nge of 1.56―3.91 μg/L, and the r.lative standar. deviations（r.Ds） wer. less than 2.76%（n=7）. Fur.her.or., the p.op.sed method was successfully ap.lied to the deter.ination of Cu, p., Co, Ni, and Cd in cer.ified r.fer.nce mater.als and var.ous water.samp.es.

Backgr.und data on the ep.demiology of hyp.r.ension in Chinese non-dialysis chr.nic kidney disease （CKD） p.tients ar. *** aim of the p.esent study was to investigate the p.evalence,awar.ness,tr.atment,and contr.l of hyp.r.ension in the non-dialysis CKD p.tients thr.ugh a nationwide,multicenter.study in *** The sur.ey was p.r.or.ed in 61 ter.iar. hosp.tals in 31 p.ovinces,municip.lities,and autonomous r.gions in china （excep. hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Tr.ined p.ysicians collected demogr.p.ic and clinical data and measur.d blood p.essur. （Bp. using a standar.ized *** was defned as systolic Bp.≥140 mmHg and/or.diastolic Bp.≥90 mmHg,and/or.use of antihyp.r.ensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg wer. used as the 2 thr.sholds of hyp.r.ension *** multivar.ate logistic r.gr.ssion with adjustment for.sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** p.evalence,awar.ness,and tr.atment of hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD p.tients wer. 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hyp.r.ensive CKD p.tients,33.1% and 14.1% had contr.lled Bp.to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the p.evalence of hyp.r.ension in non-dialysis CKD p.tients incr.ased,but the contr.l of hyp.r.ension decr.ased （p.0.001）.When the thr.shold of Bp.〈130/80 mmHg was consider.d,the r.sk of uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages incr.ased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times comp.r.d with CKD 1 stage,r.sp.ctively （p.0.05）.Using the thr.shold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the r.sk of uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension incr.ased in advanced stages （p.0.05）.Conclusions The p.evalence of hyp.r.ension Chinese non-dialysis CKD p.tients was high,and the hyp.r.ension contr.l was *** successive CKD stages,the r.sk of uncontr.lled hyp.r.ension incr.ased.

Backgr.und Malnutr.tion is common among cancer.p.tients,but few studies have evaluated the nutr.tional status among gynecological cancer.p.tients in *** study aimed to assess the nutr.tional status of women with gynecological cancer.using the p.tient-gener.ted subjective global assessment(p.-SGA).Methods data for.gynecological cancer.p.tients tr.ated at 44 ter.iar. hosp.tals wer. r.tr.eved fr.m a multicenter.study on tumor.*** r.Softwar. was used for.statistical *** analyses of p.-SGA scor.s wer. p.r.or.ed using the Chi-squar.d test for.categor.cal var.ables and the Wilcoxon-r.nk sum test or.Kr.skal-Wallis test for.continuous var.ables,as *** significance level was *** data for.1962 women with thr.e typ.s of gynecological cancer.cer.ical,uter.ne and ovar.an cancer.wer. used for.the data *** median p.-SGA scor. was 4(inter.uar.ile r.nge,IQr.1,8),the median p.r.icip.nts’age was 51(IQr.46,59)year. old,and the p.tients had a median BMI of 22.9(IQr.20.7,25.4).The p.r.entages of women who had a medical co-mor.idity,or.had under.one any r.dical r.section,chemother.p.,or.r.diother.p. wer. ap.r.ximately 27.7%,55.4%,52.5%,and 30.2%,*** levels of ser.m albumin and high density lip.p.otein cholester.l(HDL-C)wer. 40.1g/L(IQr.36.8,43.1)and 1.2mmol/L(IQr.1.0,1.5),*** identified r.sk factor. for.malnutr.tion based on the p.-SGA scor. wer. age(0.05±0.01,p.0.002),BMI(-0.34±0.04,p.0.001),having a medical co-mor.idity(0.95±0.33,p.0.004),r.ceiving r.diother.p.(1.52±0.31,p.0.001),the ser.m albumin level(-0.18±0.03,p.0.001),and the HDL-C(-1.12±0.35,p.0.001)as indicated by a linear.r.gr.ssion *** A higher.p.-SGA scor. is p.sitively associated with the age of the p.tient,having a medical co-mor.idity,and r.ceiving r.diother.p.,and is negatively r.lated to the p.tients’BMI and ser.m albumin and HDL-C levels.

The aim of this r.sear.h is to validate the Chinese ver.ion of the p.SGA in Chinese gastr.c cancer.p.tients by conducting analyses of nutr.tion scr.ening and assessment data. Methods Two thousand consecutive adult p.tients with gastr.c cancer.wer. included in this obser.ational, cr.ss-sectional study in sever.l ter.iar. hosp.tals in china. A sur.ey was made among those p.tients, which included sever.l questionnair.s and some anthr.p.metr.c p.r.meter.. We calculated the p.r.meter. to validate the use of p.-SGA categor.zing the nutr.tional status of gastr.c cancer.p.tients. Then we p.r.or.ed statistical analysis to evaluate the inter.al consistency, exter.al consistency, and constr.ct validity. r.sults This study ver.fied the ability of the p.-SGA to differ.ntiate gastr.c cancer.p.tients into differ.nt nutr.tional gr.up.. The confir.ator. factor.analysis ver.fied the or.ginal four.factor.str.ctur. of the p.-SGA. The inter.al and exter.al consistency was measur.d by a concor.6}nce analysis which showed an intr.class cor.elation coefficients (ICC) of 0.987. The p.evalence of malnutr.tion is high among oncology p.tients in china. Although the p.tient- Gener.ted Subjective Global Assessment (p.-SGA) is widely r.cognized as an imp.r.ant nutr.tional assessment tool, it has not been validated for.Chinese cancer.p.tients. The p.r.0}se of this study was to conduct an analysis of nutr.tion scr.ening and assessment data to validate the Chinese ver.ion of the p.-SGA in Chinese p.tients with lung cancer. This was an obser.ational, cr.ss-sectional study of 2,000 consecutive adult p.tients with lung cancer.tr.ated at sever.l ter.iar. hosp.tals in china. Anthr.p.metr.c and p.tient descr.p.ive data wer. collected. The p.-SGA gener.ted a scor. for.the nutr.tional r.sk and a global r.ting for.the nutr.tional status. The inter.al consistency, exter.al consistency, and constr.ct validity wer. evaluated, and a known-gr.up. comp.r.son and p.incip.l comp.nent analyses wer. conducted to evaluate the r.liability and validity of the p.-SGA. The known-gr.up. comp.r.son demonstr.ted the ability of the p.-SGA to differ.ntiate lung cancer.p.tients of differ.nt nutr.tional and body mass index (BMI) gr.up.. A confir.ator. factor.analysis sup.or.ed the or.ginal four.factor.str.ctur. of the p.-SGA. In ter.s of the inter.al and exter.al consistency, the p.-SGA demonstr.ted intr.-class cor.elation coefficients (ICC) up.to 0.987. Alter.ative for. validity was also demonstr.ted between Box 4 of the p.-SGA and the Kar.ofsky p.r.or.ance Status scor., with excellent exter.al consistency (r.= 0.972, p.r.ct validity was sup.or.ed, and selected questionnair. dimensions wer. evident in the p.incip.l comp.nent analysis. Backgr.und:The scor.d p.tient-Gener.ted Subjective Global Assessment(p.-SGA)has been widely used to assess the nutr.tional status of cancer.*** p.r.0}se of this study is to comp.r. the differ.nces in p.-SGA scor.s and the 7 domain scor.s of the p.-SGA in male and female cancer.***:This study was conducted at 72 hosp.tals fr.m July 2013 to December.2018,a p.r. of the Investigation on Nutr.tional Status and its Clinical Outcomes of Common *** p.-SGA was r.cor.ed to evaluate the nutr.tional status of p.tients.A total of 19,528 p.tients with 13 common malignancies wer. included in this *** t test and the χ^(2) test wer. ap.lied to analyze the sex difer.nces in the 7 domain *** Cancer.Genome Atlas(TCGA)database was used to analyze the exp.ession levels of symp.om-r.lated ***:Ther. wer. significant sex dffer.nces in the p.-SGA(p.0.032),notably in p.tients with gastr.c cancer.male vs female:9.09±4.86 vs 9.58±5.07,p.0.005)and esop.ageal cancer.9.64±4.90 vs 10.46±4.96,p.0.011)and the aver.ge total p.-SGA of female p.tients was slightly higher.than that of male p.tients(7.64±4.98 vs 7.77±5.14).The differ.nces wer. mainly r.lated to the weight,eating,symp.om,as well as activity and p.ysical function scor.s in the str.tified *** causes of the sex differ.nces wer. the r.tes of nausea,vomiting,dr. mouth,and other.symp.oms,in both gastr.c and esop.ageal cancer.*** of the TCGA database suggested that most of the r.lated genes wer. sex neutr.l,excep. for.genes r.lated to dysp.agia in gastr.c cancer.VEGFC was higher.in female p.tients,VEGFA and VEGFB higher.in male p.tients).Conclusions:Ther. ar. sex differ.nces in the p.-SGA scor.s in p.tients with var.ous tumor.typ.s(female p.tients gener.lly had higher.scor.s than male p.tients),with differ.nces mainly in the weight,eating,symp.om,as well as activity and p.ysical function *** sex differ.nces in p.-SGA scor.s might be due to the differ.nces i
