A GMDA clustering algorithm based on evidential reasoning architecture

The traditional clustering algorithm is difficult to deal with the identification and division of uncertain objects distributed in the overlapping region,and aimed at solving this problem,the Evidential Clustering based on General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA-EC)is ***,the belief classification of target cluster is carried out,and the sample category of target distribution overlapping region is ***,on the basis of General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA)clustering,the fusion model of evidence credibility and evidence relative entropy is constructed to generate the basic probability assignment of the target and achieve the belief division of the ***,the performance of the algorithm is verified by the synthetic dataset and the measured *** experimental results show that the algorithm can reflect the uncertainty of target clustering results more comprehensively than the traditional probabilistic partition clustering algorithm.

To solve the problem that the existing situation awareness research focuses on multi-sensor data fusion,but the expert knowledge is not fully utilized,a heterogeneous informa-tion fusion recognition method based on belief rule structure is *** defining the continuous probabilistic hesitation fuzzy linguistic term sets(CPHFLTS)and establishing CPHFLTS distance measure,the belief rule base of the relationship between feature space and category space is constructed through information integration,and the evidence reasoning of the input samples is carried *** experimental results show that the proposed method can make full use of sensor data and expert knowledge for *** with the other methods,the proposed method has a higher correct recognition rate under different noise levels.

360°videos enable viewers to watch freely from different directions but inevitably prevent them from perceiving all the helpful *** mitigate this problem,picture-in-picture(PIP)guidance was proposed using preview windows to show regions of interest(ROIs)outside the current view *** identify several drawbacks of this representation and propose a new method for 360° film watching called *** enhances traditional PIP by adaptively arranging preview windows with changeable view ranges and *** addition,AdaPIP incorporates the advantage of arrow-based guidance by presenting circular windows with arrows attached to them to help users locate the corresponding ROIs more *** also adapted AdaPIP and Outside-In to HMD-based immersive virtual reality environments to demonstrate the usability of PIP-guided approaches beyond 2D *** user experiments on 2D screens,as well as in VR environments,indicate that AdaPIP is superior to alternative methods in terms of visual experiences while maintaining a comparable degree of immersion.

We investigate the size effect and boundary states based on a circular non-hermitian chain under the nonreciprocal intra-cell coupling and inter-cell coupling *** find that the circular non-hermitian chain exhibits an even–odd effect on the unit cell corresponding to a large chain,which is different from the open non-hermitian chain only exhibiting the same effect for a small ***,we find that the originally localized bulk states become totally extended via designing the boundary coupling strength *** extended bulk states reveal the fact of the disappearance of the non-hermitian skin *** particular,we show that the circular non-hermitian chain also possesses the analogous edge states under some parameter regimes,which is pretty counterintuitive since the circular chain usually cannot define a *** investigations supply the different non-hermitian phenomena in a circular non-hermitian chain.

Aggregate-induced emission luminogens(AIEgens) have been widely used in biological imaging, chemical sensing, and disease treatments. The rational design and construction of AIEgens have received considerable research interests during the last few years. herein, molecular docking-aided AIEgen design has been reasonably proposed and AIEgen TBQZY with excellent ~1O_(2) generation ability has been synthesized. The newly developed TBQZY could efficiently kill S. epidermidis and methicillinresistant S. epidermidis(MRSE) by tightly binding to bacteria and triggering the accumulation of ~1O_(2) in bacteria. TBQZY specifically regulated the immune system and polarized macrophages from M1 to M2 to accelerate the elimination of biofilm in vivo. In addition, healing acceleration was observed in chronic wounds treated with TBQZY, and side effects were ***, TBQZY had extraordinary potential for combating drug-resistant bacteria in the clinical setting. This research not only provided new concepts for the design of AIEgens, but also shed some lights on the discovery of drugs against drug-resistant bacteria.

Methanol is one of the characteristic gases that distinguish between healthy individuals and lung cancer(LC)lesions in exhaled human *** concentration in exhaled breath is generally below one part per million(1×10^(-6)).The second-phase composite is widely regarded as one of the methods to improve the gas-sensing perfor-mance of metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)*** this study,LaF_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4) was synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method to enhance its low-concentration methanol gas-sensing performance.5 at%LaF_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4) nanorods exhibited excellent methanol detection performance,including a wider linear detection concentration range(0.2×10^(-6)~5×10^(-6)),a response value exceeding 4.0 for 1×10^(-6)methanol at 275°C and 75%relative humidity(RH),long-term stability(maximum deviation within 15%over 2 weeks),and excellent *** mechanism of performance enhancement was studied using various techniques,and density functional *** special spinel structure of Co_(3)O_(4),the high ionic migration of F-in LaF_(3),the larger specific surface area of 5 at%LaF_(3)-Co_(3)O_(4) nanorods,and the generated crystal defects all explain the excellentmethanol gas-sensing *** work provides a novel route to prepare MOS composite materials for low-concentration methanol gas detection.

Objective:To explore the efficacy and potential mechanisms of the ethanol extract of Abelmoschus manihot(L.)Medic in contrast-induced nephropathy(CIN).Methods:CIN rat models and human renal proximal tubular cells(HK-2)with iopromide-induced injury were employed to mimic CIN *** effect of Abelmoschus manihot extract on the rat models and HK-2 cells was *** rat models,kidney function,histology,oxidative stress and apoptosis were *** HK-2 cells,cell viability,apoptosis,mitochondrial membrane potential,and endoplasmic reticulum stress were ***:Abelmoschus manihot extract significantly improved structural and functional impairments in the kidneys of CIN ***,the extract effectively mitigated the decline in cellular viability and reduced iopromide-induced oxidative stress and lipid *** investigations revealed that Abelmoschus manihot extract prominently attenuated acute endoplasmic reticulum stress-mediated apoptosis by downregulating GRP78 and CHOP protein ***:Abelmoschus manihot extract can be used as a promising therapeutic and preventive agent in the treatment of CIN.

A growing number of studies have demonstrated that repeated exposure to sevoflurane during development results in persistent social abnormalities and cognitive ***,an active fragment of the activity-dependent neuroprotective protein(ADNP),has been implicated in social and cognitive ***,the potential of davunetide to attenuate social deficits following sevoflurane exposure and the underlying developmental mechanisms remain poorly *** this study,ribosome and proteome profiles were analyzed to investigate the molecular basis of sevoflurane-induced social deficits in neonatal *** neuropathological basis was also explored using Golgi staining,morphological analysis,western blotting,electrophysiological analysis,and behavioral *** indicated that ADNP was significantly down-regulated following developmental exposure to *** adulthood,anterior cingulate cortex(ACC)neurons exposed to sevoflurane exhibited a decrease in dendrite number,total dendrite length,and spine ***,the expression levels of Homer,PSD95,synaptophysin,and vglut2 were significantly reduced in the sevoflurane ***-clamp recordings indicated reductions in both the frequency and amplitude of miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents(mEPSCs).Notably,davunetide significantly ameliorated the synaptic defects,social behavior deficits,and cognitive impairments induced by *** analysis revealed that loss of ADNP led to dysregulation of Ca^(2+)activity via the Wnt/β-catenin signaling,resulting in decreased expression of synaptic *** of Wnt signaling was restored in the davunetide-treated ***,ADNP was identified as a promising therapeutic target for the prevention and treatment of neurodevelopmental toxicity caused by general *** study provides important insights into the mechanisms underlying social and cognitive disturbances caused by sevoflurane exposure in neonatal
