The La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by medium-frequency induction melting,and then the composite hydrogen storage alloy powder of La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni+x wt.%(x=0,2,4,and 6)graphene was prepared by ball milling for 10 *** effect of the addition of graphene on the activation and hydrogen de/absorption properties of La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni alloy was *** result demonstrated that these composite alloys were composed of La_(2)Mg_(17),La_(2)Ni_(3),and Mg_(2)Ni *** saturated hydrogen absorption,it was composed of LaH_(3),Mg_(2)NiH_(4),and MgH_(2)phases,while during the dehydrogenation process,it was composed of LaH_(3),Mg,and Mg_(2)Ni *** addition of graphene can help get a more homogeneous granule after ball milling and accelerate the first activation of dehydrogenation/hydrogen *** hydrogen release activation energy of the alloys first decreases and then increases as the graphene content increases from x=0 wt.%to x=6 wt.%.The minimum activation energy of the composite hydrogen storage alloy is 51.22 kJ mol^(-1) when x=4 wt.%.

研究安防系统对超高性能水泥基复合材料工作性及超高力学性能的特殊要求,以大掺量超细工业废渣取代水泥,掺加超高硬度细集料,采用高温干热养护制度,成功制备出一种超高性能水泥基复合材料.对其工作性及不同养护温度和养护时间下的力学性能进行测试,结果表明,制备的材料具有较好的工作特性及超高力学性能,可满足安保产品要求,其抗压强度最高可达240 MPa.采用X射线衍射技术、差热-热重分析方法及扫描电镜对其微观结构形成进行分析,结果显示,超高硬度细集料与胶凝材料的强物理结合使其在复合材料中起增强相的作用,高温养护加速了水泥的水化及矿物惨合料的火山灰反应,降低了材料中Ca(OH)2的含量,增加了C-S-H凝胶的含量,提高了材料的密实度,改善了界面微观结构,提高了超高性能水泥基复合材料的宏观力学性能.

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Juan Bi Pill(JBP)in treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:From February 2017 to May 2018,115 participants from 4 centers were randomly divided into JBP group(57 cases)and placebo group(58 cases)in a 1:1 ratio using a random number table *** received a dose of JBP(4 g,twice a day,orally)combined with methotrexate(MTX,10 mg per week)or placebo(4 g,twice a day,orally)combined with MTX for 12 *** were required with follow-up visits at 24 and 48 weeks,attending 7 assessment *** were undergo disease activity assessment 7 times(at baseline and 2,4,8,12,24,48 weeks)and safety assessments 6 times(at baseline and 4,8,12,24,48 weeks).The primary endpoint was 28-joint Disease Activity Score(DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP).The secondary endpoints included American College of Rheumatology(ACR)criteria for 20%and 50%improvement(ACR20/50),Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index(HAQ-DI),clinical disease activity index(CDAI),visual analog scale(VAS),Short Form-36(SF-36)score,Medial Outcomes Study(MOS)sleep scale score,serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),tender joint count,swollen joint count,and morning *** adverse reactions were observed during the ***:After 12 weeks of treatment,DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(both P<0.01),while the remission rate of DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP and low disease activity of JBP group were higher than those in the placebo group(both P<0.01).JBP demonstrated better efficacy on ACR20 and ACR50 compliance rate at 12 and 48 weeks comparing to placebo(all P<0.05).The CDAI and HAQ-DI score,pain VAS and global VAS change of RA patients and physicians,the serum ESR and CRP levels,and the number of tenderness and swelling joints were lower than before treatment at 4,8,12,24,48 weeks in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the reduction of above indices in

Dear Editor,Phenotypic drug discovery,which observes compound effects on physiology,has given way to targeting specific molecules,but has revived by using modern methods to find drugs based on therapeutic outcomes in disease models(Vincent et al.,2022).Osteoarthritis(OA)is a prevalent chronic joint disorder,primarily affecting knee joints,with osteoclast activation due to low-grade inflammation resulting in increased bone resorption and structural changes in the joint(Katz et al.,2021).This imbalance and the discharge of inflammatory mediators perpetuate the cycle of inflammation and tissue ***,controlling inflammation and modulating osteoclastogenesis are critical therapeutic targets for managing OA.

BACKGROUND Phytosterolemia,also known as sitosterolemia,is a rare autosomal recessive disease characterized by elevated plasma plant sterol levels and xanthomata,which is easily misdiagnosed as familial *** with homozygous phytosterolemia often have severe clinical manifestations,with xanthomata in childhood and premature *** patient had a milder clinical *** SUMMARY This report describes a patient with homozygous phytosterolemia who presented with only elevated cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)without xanthomata,arteriosclerosis,or hematological *** mutation of ABCG5 which encodes an ATP-binding cassette transporter,was detected by whole exome sequencing and diagnosed as *** of the patient’s plasma plant sterol levels detected significant elevations in stigmasterol,rapeseed oil-derived plant sterol,andβ-glutaminol *** was started and a low plant sterol diet was *** patient’s blood lipid profile was reexamined one month later and showed significant decreases in total cholesterol and LDL-C *** has similar clinical features as familial hypercholesterolemia,is highly susceptible to misdiagnosis,and has a very low incidence,and therefore clinicians need to consider a genetic diagnosis of a definitively hyperlipidemic disorder when statin drugs fail to lower lipid *** Phytosterolemia is easily misdiagnosed as familial hypercholesterolaemia and can be treated by dietary modification and cholesterol absorption inhibitors to lower blood lipids.

基于监控影像和数字图像处理技术,提出了一种表征结构位置特征点位移变化的方法。首先在结构上安置圆形标靶,用模板匹配法检测圆形标靶的初始图像坐标区域,裁剪出感兴趣区域(ROI);然后用大津法确定该区域的二值化阈值,提取标靶轮廓点坐标,使用最小二乘法将轮廓拟合成椭圆,获得椭圆中心坐标及长短轴尺寸,圆形标靶直径与椭圆长短轴的比值为转换系数η;椭圆中心坐标变化量和η的积为结构实际对应坐标方向的位移量。实验表明:在水平与竖直方向的位移加载实验中,该方法与高精度位移计对比的相对误差均<3%,可以实现mm级位移监测,精准表征结构对应特征点位移变化。
