A CNC simulation system based on intemet for operation training of manufacturing facility and manufacturing process simulation is proposed. Firstly, the system framework and a rapid modeling method of CNC machine tool are studied under the virtual environment based on PolyTrans and CAD software. Then, a new method is proposed to enhance and expand the interactive ability of virtual reality modeling language（VRML） by attaining communication among VRML, JavaApplet, JavaScript and Html so as to realize the virtual operation for CNC machine tool. Moreover, the algorithm of material removed simulation based on VRML Z-map is presented. The advantages of this algorithm include less memory requirement and much higher computation. Lastly, the CNC milling machine is taken as an illustrative example for the prototype development in order to validate the feasibility of the proposed approach.

INTRODUCTIONThe development of liver fibrosis is due to an imbalance between synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrix. Recent studies have shown that Ito cells which are located along the sinuses of liver, can store and metabolize Vit A, and are the main cells that produce collagen, among which type Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ and laminin, account for 80%-95% of the total hepatic collagen[1]. Ito cells in the course of proliferation and synthesis of collagen showed a reduction of Vit A contents and retinoic acid receptors[2]. This study was designed to investigate the effect of retinoic acid on Ito cell proliferation and the contents of DNA/RNA and to analyse further its mechanism or pathways.

In this paper,we propose a hybrid power model that includes the power consumption of not only the registers but also part of the combinational *** doing knownkey analysis with this hybrid model,power side-channel leakage caused by correct keys can be *** experiment,PRINTcipher and DES algorithms were chosen as analysis targets and combinational logic s-box unit was selected to build power *** analysis results showed the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) power consumption increase of more than 20%after considering s-box's power consumption so that the information of keys can be obtained with just half number of power *** addition,the side channel-leakage detection capability of our method also shows better effectiveness that can identify the correct keys.

In this paper, a linear static output feedback impulsive control law is designed to achieve globally exponential synchronization of coupled delayed competitive neural networks with different time scales. By using Lyapunov functional method and mathematical induction method, some sufficient conditions for globally exponential synchronization of coupled neural networks via output feedback impulsive control are established. With the help of LMI solvers, a linear output feedback impulsive controllers can be obtained easily. An example with numerical simulation is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theory results.

Post-silking high temperature is one of the abiotic factors that affects waxy maize(Zea mays L. sinensis Kulesh) growth in southern China. We conducted a pot trial in 2016–2017 to study the effects of post-silking daytime heat stress(35°C) on the activities of enzymes involved in leaf carbon and nitrogen metabolisms and leaf reactive oxygen species(ROS) and water contents. This study could improve our understanding on dry matter accumulation and translocation and grain yield production. Results indicated that decreased grain number and weight under heat stress led to yield loss, which decreased by 20.8 and 20.0% in 2016 and 2017, respectively. High temperature reduced post-silking dry matter accumulation(16.1 and 29.5% in 2016 and 2017, respectively) and promoted translocation of pre-silking photoassimilates stored in vegetative organs, especially in leaf. The lower leaf water content and chlorophyll SPAD value, and higher ROS(H2O2 and O2^-·) content under heat stress conditions indicated accelerated senescent rate. The weak activities of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase(PEPCase), Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase(Ru BPCase), nitrate reductase(NR), and glutamine synthase(GS) indicated that leaf carbon and nitrogen metabolisms were suppressed when the plants suffered from a high temperature during grain filling. Correlation analysis results indicated that the reduced grain yield was mainly caused by the decreased leaf water content, weakened NR activity, and increased H2O2 content. The increased accumulation of grain weight and post-silking dry matter and the reduced translocation amount in leaf was mainly due to the increased chlorophyll SPAD value and NR activity. Reduced PEPCase and Ru BPCase activities did not affect dry matter accumulation and translocation and grain yield. Targeted therapy is crucial for advanced colorectal cancer(CRC) positive for genetic drivers. With advances in deep sequencing technology and new targeted drugs, existing standard molecular pathological detection systems and therapeutic strategies can no longer meet the requirements for careful management of patients with advanced CRC. Thus, rare genetic variations require diagnosis and targeted therapy in clinical practice. Rare gene mutations, amplifications, and rearrangements are usually associated with poor prognosis and poor response to conventional therapy. This review summarizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rare genetic variations, in genes including erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2(ERBB2), B-Raf proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase(BRAF), ALK receptor tyrosine kinase/ROS proto-oncogene 1, receptor tyrosine kinase(ALK/ROS1), neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinases(NTRKs), ret proto-oncogene(RET), fibroblast growth factor receptor 2(FGFR2), and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR), to enhance understanding and identify more accurate personalized treatments for patients with rare genetic variations.

Determination of Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) ratios from metallogenic belts to explore controlling physical and chemical conditions of rock formation is of great *** order to explore magnetite Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) ratios of the Qimantag metallogenic belt,part of the Eastern Kunlun orogenic belt in the northeastern margin of the Qinghai–Tibetan plateau,western Central Orogenic Belt of China,and overcome the limitation of the traditional electronic probe,five different measurement methods are proposed and their respective advantages and disadvantages evaluated,with the composition data of the magnetite obtained using electron probe microanalysis(EPMA).The direct oxygen measurement method has a significant impact on the determination results of FeO and Fe2O3,but the accuracy and uniformity of the results are *** valence method(Flank method)based on the spectral intensity ratio of Lαto Lβfor iron is also unreliable for FeO and Fe_(2)O^(3) measurements because it is difficult to establish a relationship between Lβ/Lα,the spectral intensity ratio,and the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) content *** comparison,the charge difference method,the surplus-oxygen method and the Mössbauer spectrum method are still the most favorable.Mössbauer spectroscopy,with its isomer movement particularly sensitive to the oxidation state of iron,yields results closer to 0.5,which is relatively *** magnetite deposits are located in intrusions or contact zones and formed by magmatic fluids with high Fe2+/Fe3+ratios,whereas later magnetite deposits are farther away from intrusions and have low Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) *** transformation mechanism of hematite and magnetite in the Qimantage metallogenic belt is also *** large volume changes,such as pore filling and shrinkage fracture,were detected in the metallogenic belt,and the transformation mechanism is more similar to a reoxidation and reduction mechanism.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic,progressive,and inflammatory systemic autoimmune *** drug therapy for RA is hindered by severe side effects due to inefficient delivery to the disease site and broad drug *** by biomimetic biology,this study developed a drug delivery system of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell membrane-encapsulated nanoparticles for the treatment of *** intact adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell(ADSC)membrane was coated on poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)nanoparticles and loaded with tacrolimus(FK506),a T cell *** ADSC membrane encapsulated on nanoparticles retains the original homing properties of ADSC,targeting the inflamed joints and enhancing tacrolimus anti-inflammatory *** in vitro and in vivo experiments proved that the synergistic effect of the ADSC-membrane and tacrolimus effectively inhibited inflammation in vivo and reduced the expression of pro-inflammatory factors(IL-1β,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)),and increased the expression of anti-inflammatory factors(IL-10).In addition,collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)model results also showed that the drug delivery system could effectively reduce the destruction of articular cartilage and bone in mice without causing any adverse *** study provided a new biomimetic targeting strategy to reshape the inflammatory microenvironment by modulating T cell subsets,providing new inspiration for RA treatment.
