OBJECTIVE:To investigate the synergistic effects of polyphyllin Ⅰ(PPⅠ)combined with tumor necrosis factorrelated apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)on the growth of osteosarcoma cells through downregulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling ***:Cell viability,apoptosis and cell cycle distribution were examined using cell counting kit-8 and flow cytometry *** morphology of cancer cells was observed with inverted phase contrast *** migration and invasion abilities were examined by xCELLigence real time cell analysis DP system and transwell *** expressions of poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose)polymerase,C-Myc,Cyclin B1,cyclin-dependent kinases 1,N-cadherin,Vimentin,Active-β-catenin,β-catenin,p-glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK-3β)and GSK-3βwere determined by Western blotting ***:PPⅠ sensitized TRAIL-induced decrease of viability,migration and invasion,as well as increase of apoptosis and cell cycle arrest of MG-63 and U-2 OS osteosarcoma *** synergistic effect of PPⅠwith TRAIL in inhibiting the growth of osteosarcoma cells was at least partially realized through the inactivation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling ***:The combination of PPⅠ and TRAIL is potentially a novel treatment strategy of osteosarcoma.

在我国铁路网络广阔、运输需求巨大的背景下,利用无人机配合高精度激光雷达进行铁路巡检,相较传统人工方法,不仅提高了效率,而且通过精准的点云数据配准与分析,构建出完善的三维铁路环境地图,为线路维护、故障排查及安全隐患定位提供可靠的数据支持。针对铁路及周边环境大规模非结构化数据的挑战,提出一种旋转不变性强、泛化能力优异的点云配准算法。通过在3DMatch公开数据集上训练模型,并在ETH数据集及京沪高铁数据集上进行测试,该算法展示了对未知数据集高效准确配准的能力,显著提升了无人机在铁路巡检中的应用价值,为铁路系统的安全运营与高效管理提供了强有力的技术支持。

文中利用微波烧结工艺制备绿色全固废烧结砖,通过对全固废烧结砖进行抗压强度、吸水率以及抗冻性能测试,并借助微观试验手段对烧结砖内部结构进行表征分析。研究发现微波烧结砖性能优于电炉烧结砖。相较于电炉烧结砖体,微波烧结工艺能够促进全固废烧结砖内部的矿物相变,在降低烧成温度的同时提高烧结砖内部结构致密化程度,从而导致微波烧结砖体的抗压强度、吸水率、抗冻性能均得到明显提升。研究可为微波烧结全固废烧结砖在实际的推广提供数据参考。

【目的】了解2018—2023年上海市普陀区儿童感染性腹泻病的病原谱和分子特征,为儿童感染性腹泻防控提供科学依据。【方法】收集2018年1月—2023年12月上海市普陀区儿童腹泻病监测哨点医院就诊病例的粪便标本,通过分离培养11种细菌和实时荧光聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测5种病毒。使用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)标准分型法分析部分阳性菌株的分子分型;采用逆转录PCR方法扩增部分诺如病毒阳性标本的聚合酶-衣壳蛋白连接区,基因测序后使用生物信息软件进行分析。采用χ^(2)检验或Fisher精确概率法比较2018—2019年和2020—2023年病原体阳性率。【结果】707例病例中,总阳性率为47.67%,单一细菌阳性率为16.27%,单一病毒阳性率为22.63%,混合阳性率为8.77%。优势病原体为轮状病毒(10.75%)、诺如病毒(10.33%)、肠致病性大肠杆菌(8.06%)、沙门菌(6.36%)、肠集聚性黏附大肠杆菌(5.52%)、弯曲菌(5.23%)。夏秋季以细菌感染为主,冬春季以病毒感染为主。2020—2023年的总阳性率较2018—2019年下降(χ^(2)=5.753,P<0.05)。对37株沙门菌、81株肠致泻性大肠杆菌、19株弯曲菌完成PFGE分子分型分析,分别分为28种、80种和18种带型,带型相似度范围较广。19份诺如病毒经GⅡ组基因序列分析分为5种基因型,主要为GⅡ.Pe-GⅡ.4型和GⅡ.P16-GⅡ.2型。【结论】轮状病毒、诺如病毒、肠致泻性大肠埃希菌、沙门菌、弯曲菌为上海市普陀区儿童感染性腹泻的优势病原体,病原谱呈现季节性流行特征,部分病原体的分子特征存在多样性。应在不同季节加强儿童感染性腹泻病原体的分子特征监测,为防控提供实验室依据。

Fluorescence imaging is a non-invasive and highly sensitive bioimaging technique that has shown remarkable strides in plant science. It enables real-time monitoring and analysis of biological and pathological processes in plants by labeling specific molecular or cellular structures with fluorescent probes. However, tissue scattering and phytochrome interference have been obstacles for conventional fluorescence imaging of plants in the ultraviolet and visible spectrum, resulting in unsatisfactory imaging quality. Fortunately, advances in near-infrared(NIR) fluorescence imaging technology(650-900 nm) offer superior spatial-temporal resolution and reduced tissue scattering, which is sure to improve plant imaging quality. In this review, we summarize recent progress in the development of NIR fluorescence imaging probes and their applications for in vivo plant imaging and the identification of plant-related biomolecules. We hope this review provides a new perspective for plant science research and highlights NIR fluorescence imaging as a powerful tool for analyzing plant physiology, adaptive mechanisms, and coping with environmental stress in the near future.

Miniaturizing spectrometers for compact and cost-effective mobile platforms is a major challenge in current spectroscopy research,where conventional spectrometers are impractical due to their bulky *** miniaturized designs primarily rely on precalibrated response functions of nanophotonic structures to encode spectral information captured in a snapshot by detector *** spectrum reconstruction is achieved through computational techniques,but this requires precise component design,high-precision fabrication,and *** propose an ultra-simplified computational spectrometer that employs a one-to-broadband diffraction decomposition strategy facilitated by a numerical regularized transform that depends only on the spectrum of the diffracted *** key feature of our design is the use of a simple,arbitrarily shaped pinhole as the partial disperser,eliminating the need for complex encoding designs and full spectrum *** spectrometer achieves a reconstructed spectral peak location accuracy of better than 1 nm over a 200 nm bandwidth and excellent resolution for peaks separated by 3 nm in a bimodal spectrum,all within a compact footprint of under half an ***,our approach also reveals a breakthrough in broadband coherent diffractive imaging without requiring any prior knowledge of the broadband illumination spectrum,assumptions of non-dispersive specimens,or correction for detector quantum efficiency.

To accelerate the practicality of electromagnetic railguns,it is necessary to use a combination of threedimensional numerical simulation and experiments to study the mechanism of bore *** this paper,a three-dimensional numerical model of the augmented railgun with four parallel unconventional rails is introduced to simulate the internal ballistic process and realize the multi-physics field coupling calculation of the rail gun,and a test experiment of a medium-caliber electromagnetic launcher powered by pulse formation network(PFN)is carried *** test methods such as spectrometer,fiber grating and high-speed camera are used to test several parameters such as muzzle initial velocity,transient magnetic field strength and stress-strain of *** the simulation results and experimental data,the damage condition of the contact surface is analyzed.

Lower Limb Exoskeletons(LLEs)are receiving increasing attention for supporting activities of daily *** such active systems,an intelligent controller may be *** this paper,we proposed a locomotion intention recognition system based on time series data sets derived from human motion *** of input data and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms,this framework enables the detection and prediction of users’movement *** makes it possible to predict the detection of locomotion modes,allowing the LLEs to provide smooth and seamless *** pre-processed eight subjects were used as input to classify four scenes:Standing/Walking on Level Ground(S/WOLG),Up the Stairs(US),Down the Stairs(DS),and Walking on Grass(WOG).The result showed that the ResNet performed optimally compared to four algorithms(CNN,CNN-LSTM,ResNet,and ResNet-Att)with an approximate evaluation indicator of 100%.It is expected that the proposed locomotion intention system will significantly improve the safety and the effectiveness of LLE due to its high accuracy and predictive performance.
