本文利用全国普查资料和统计数据,通过对改革以来安徽社会职业阶层结构的考察,发现安徽社会职业阶层结构呈倒"丁"字型:农业人口比重过高,生产工人增长缓慢,中间阶层规模太小,还是比较典型的城乡分割的二元社会结构。在与兄弟省市的比较中可见安徽社会结构的差距,并就培育合理的社会阶层结构提出了一些建议。

BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)are the most common mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal(GI)tract,and cases of GISTs tend to be of the disseminated type,with a global incidence of 10 to 15 cases/million each *** rarer familial GISTs,which often represent a population,differ in screening,diagnosis,and *** GISTs include primary familial GISTs with predominantly KIT/PDGFRA mutations and wild-type ***,whether the same genetic family has different phenotypes has not been *** SUMMARY We report two cases of rare GISTs in the same family:A male patient with the V561D mutation in exon 12 of the PDGFRA gene,who has been taking the targeted drug imatinib since undergoing surgery,and a female patient diagnosed with wild-type GIST,who has been taking imatinib for 3 years since undergoing *** favorable prognosis of these patients during the 7-year follow-up period validates the accuracy of our treatment strategy,and we have refined the entire process of diagnosis and treatment of familial GISTs in order to better manage this rare familial *** Different mutation types of familial GISTs in the same family are very rare,thus it is very important to make the correct diagnosis and treatment strategies according to the results of molecular detection for the management of familial GISTs.

Hypertonic saline resuscitation contributes to early accumulation of circulating myeloid-derived suppressor cells in a rat model of hemorrhagic shock

Background Hemorrhagic shock is usually associated with complicated immune and inflammatory responses, which are sometimes crucial for the prognosis. As regulators of the immune and inflammatory system; proliferation, migration, distribution and activation of myeloid-derived suppressor cells （MDSCs） are intimately linked to the inflammation cascade. Methods In a model of severe hemorrhagic shock, thirty-five rats were randomly divided into control, sham, normal saline resuscitation （NS）, hypertonic saline resuscitation （HTS）, and hydroxyethyl starch resuscitation （HES）, with seven in each group. MDSCs were analyzed by flow cytometric staining of CD11b/c＊Gra~ in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC）, spleen cell suspensions, and bone marrow nucleated cells （BMNC）. Simultaneously, the expressions of arginase-1 （ARG-1） and inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS） mRNA in MDSCs were evaluated by quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （qRT-PCR）. Results In the early stage after hemorrhagic shock, fluid resuscitation and emergency treatment, the MDSCs in the PBMC of NS, HTS and HES groups markedly increased, and MDSCs in BMNC of these groups decreased accordingly, significantly different to the control group. In hemorrhagic shock rats infused with HTS at the early resuscitation stage, MDSCs in PBMC increased about 2 and 4 folds, and MDSCs in BMNC decreased about 1.3 and 1.6 folds, as compared to the sham group respectively, with statistically significant difference. Furthermore, compared to the NS and HES groups, the MDSCs in PBMC of HTS group increased 1.6 and 1.8 folds with statistically significant differences; the MDSCs decrease in BMNC was not significant. However, there was no statistically significant difference in MDSCs of spleen among the five groups. In addition, compared to the control, sham, NS and HES groups, the ARG-1 and iNOS mRNA of MDSCs in PBMC, spleen and BMNC in the HTS group had the highest level of expression, but no statistic

Immune recovery after fluid resuscitation in rats with severe hemorrhagic shock

Objective： To investigate the effects of resuscitation with normal saline（NS）, hypertonic saline（HTS）, and hydroxyethyl starch（HES） on regulatory T cells（Tregs）, helper T 1（Th1）/Th2 and cytotoxic T 1（Tc1）/Tc2 profiles in the treatment of hemorrhagic shock. Methods： Rats subjected to severe hemorrhagic shock were resuscitated for 30 min with NS（n=8）, HTS（n=8）, or HES（n=8）; sham（n=8） and naive control（n=8） groups were used for comparison. Following fluid resuscitation, the whole shed blood was reinfused for 30 min, and the rats were observed with continuous hemodynamic monitoring for 120 min. CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋ Treg proportions, Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 profiles in spleen were analyzed by three-color flow cytometry. Results： The proportion of CD4^＋CD25^＋Foxp3^＋ Tregs and ratios of Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 did not differ among control, sham, and HTS groups, but were significantly lower in NS and HES groups（both P0.05 vs. sham）; NS and HES levels were similar. The level of Tc1 was significantly increased in HTS（P0.05 vs. sham）, and levels of Tc2 were increased in NS, HES, and HTS groups compared to sham（all P0.05）, but did not differ from each other. Conclusions： HTS resuscitation has a greater impact on immune system recovery than NS or HES by preserving the proportion of Tregs and maintaining the balance between Th1/Th2 and Tc1/Tc2 cells in the spleen. Thus, HTS resuscitation provides potential immunomodulatory activity in the early stage after hemorrhagic shock.

Background： The pathogenicity of cleft lip （CL） is pretty complicated since it is influenced by the interaction of environment and genetic factors. The purpose of this study was to conduct a genome-wide screening of aberrant methylation loci in partial lesion tissues of patients with nonsyndromic CL （NSCL） and preliminarily validate candidate dysmethylated genes associated with ***： Fifteen healthy and sixteen NSCL fetal lip tissue samples were collected. The Infinium HumanMethylation450 BeadChip was used to screen aberrant methylation loci in three NSCL and three healthy lip tissues. The differential methylation sites and functions of the annotated genes between NSCL and healthy lip tissues were analyzed using minfi package of R software, cluster analysis, Gene Ontology （GO） annotation, and metabolic pathway annotation. Gene expression was assessed in nine differentially methylated genes by real-time polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. The transcriptions mRNA levels of three out of nine candidate genes were downregulated remarkably in NSCL lip tissues, and these three genes＇ abnormal methylation loci were validated by pyrosequencing in 16 NSCL cases and 15 healthy ***： In total, 4879 sites in the genes of NSCL odinopoeia fetuses showed aberrant methylation when compared with normal lip tissue genome. Among these, 3661 sites were hypermethylated and 1218 sites were hypomethylated as compared to methylation levels in healthy specimens. These aberrant methylation sites involved 2849 genes and were widely distributed among the chromosomes. Most differentially methylated sites were located in cytosine-phosphoric acid-guanine islands. Based on GO analysis, aberrantly methylated genes were involved in 11 cellular components, 13 molecular functions, and a variety of biological processes. Notably, the transcription of DAB1, REELIN, and FYN was significantly downregulated in lesion tissues of NSCL fetus （P 〈 0.05）. Pyrosequencing results validated that there
