Effect of intervention treatment from different stages on prognosis in children with central coordination disturbance

BACKGROUND： Central coordination disturbance is regarded as the early-stage symptom of brain injury-induced cerebral palsy. This disease manifests itself as motor disorder, abnormal attitudinal reflex and muscular tension. Early intervention may improve its prognosis. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of intervention treatment from different stages on the prognosis of central coordination disturbance following brain injury in children patients. DESIGN： A contrast observation experiment SETTING： Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation, Urumqi Children＇s Hospital PARTICIPANTS ： Totally 151 children who were diagnosed as central coordination disturbance from January 2002 to December 2003 in the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation of Urumqi Children＇s Hospital were recruited. All the children patients, including 101 male and 50 female, aged from 3 months to 1 year old, met the diagnosis criteria of central coordination disturbance from Vojta. They were divided into slight, moderate and severe abnormity according to Vojta attitudinal reflex. All 151 patients were divided into 2 groups according to their age at diagnosis： 3-6 months old group （n=74）, 62 severe, 10 moderate and 2 slight; 7-12 months old group （n=77）, 66 severe, 7 moderate and 4 slight. All the relatives of children patients were informed of the experiment. METHODS： ① Both groups received physical training （PT） as the main treatment; hand training was given if necessary. All of the patients received additional hyperbaric oxygen therapy, bioelectric therapy, scalp acupuncture, drug treatment and family training. The importance of integration of hospital and family based rehabilitation was stressed. Those who did not catch up with the normal development or had abnormal reflexes continued to receive treatment. ② Around the age of 2 years old, all children did a final evaluation using Bayley Scales of Infant Development （BSID）. Preparation and Improvation of Nanophase Artificial Bone Composite Scaffold and Relevant Study on Properties

Objective：To prepare nanophase artificial bone composite scaffold based on bionics theory, and probe into how different content ratio between collagen and inorganic part as well as different molecular weight of conglutinant agent influence microstrueture and properties of the scaffold. Methods： Lead calcic inorganic molecules to deposite onto self-assembled collagen template during coprecipitation under certain reactive conditions such as content ratio and pH value of environment, and then nanophase collagen/calcic salt is obtained. In order to improve the mechanical properties, poly lactic acid （PLLA） which has stable equal properties and controllable biodegradable activities is chosen as conglutinant agent, and then the aimed artificial bone scaffold （nanophase collagen/calcic salt/PLLA composite） is accomplished. After preparation liquid displacement method with isoproanol alcohol, scanning electron microscopic （SEM） , transmission electron microscope （TEM）, fourier transform infrared spectrometry （FTIR）, mechanical testing system are performed to test porosity and density, morphology, conformation, composition and mechanical property, respectively. Results：The artificial synthesized bone composite scaffold is mainly composed of collagen and calcium phosphate partly displaced with B-type carbonate. The crystallinity is low, and the crystal size reaches nanometer which is similar to natural bone. PLLA used effectively improves the mechanical property which can reach at the floor level of cancellous standard, and develops three-dimensional-porous structure with high porosity of 80%. According to the comparison it can be seen that content ratio between collagen and calcic inorganic salt as well as addition of conglutinant PLLA all have an effect on microstructure of the synthesized scaffold, additionally molecular weight of PLLA has an effect on mechanical properties. Objective:In order that the adhesive character could be improved to modify the octyl-α-cyanoacrylate(OCA) medical ***:Suitable modifiers involving polycaprolactone(PCL),dibutyl phthalate (DBP),dioctyl phthalate(DOP) and poly octyl methacrylat(POMA) have been chosen to modify the OCA adhesive,then tensile shear strength and adhesive strength are tested to evaluate the bond character of ***:The PCL group's tensile shear strength and adhesive strength in normal temperature are descended while the other groups'are all ***:The modification of properties of the other groups is effectively promoted in the aspect of the bond character,except the PCL group treated in normal temperature and the PCL modified group treated by rectification get a best improvement in the agglutinate intention, while the stability is expected to be improved.

Hyaluronan (HA), the consistent glycosaminoglycans in extracellular matrix, is a kind of biomaterials with wonderful biocompatibility. To develop drug release system (DDS) with HA as drug carrier is a new hotspot in the field of pharmaceutics. In this paper, we applied technique of ultrosound and reversed phase (Water/Oil) emulsification to develop dexamethasone (DEX)-HA-STMP cross-linking microspheres (DEX-HA MS) with STMP as cross-linker. DEX-HA MS has a wonderful shape and property of dispersion. There is a negative correlation between diameter of DEX-HA MS and the content of cross-linker, or the content of emulsifier, and a positive correlation between the diameter and CHA . When CHA≤1%,DEX/HA≤1/10 (g/g),there is a positive correlation between the factors mentioned below and drug loading (DL%)/loading efficiency (LE%),the content of STMP, the content of emulsifier,CHA and the content of DEX. DEX-HA-MS can realize function of slow release. In vitro drug release experiment shows that cumulative release (CR%) of DEX-HA MS fits in with pervasion-corrosion equation, and there is a negative correlation between the content of STMP, CHA and CR%, a positive correlation between emulsifier and CR%. When DEX/HA≤1/5 (g/g) there is a negative correlation between the content of DEX and CR%.

With the rapid development of electric power systems,load estimation plays an important role in system operation and ***,load estimation techniques contain traditional,time series,regression analysis-based,and machine learning-based *** the machine learning-based method can lead to better performance,in this paper,a deep learning-based load estimation algorithm using image fingerprint and attention mechanism is ***,an image fingerprint construction is proposed for training *** the data preprocessing,the training data matrix is constructed by the cyclic shift and cubic spline ***,the linear mapping and the gray-color transformation method are proposed to form the color image ***,a convolutional neural network(CNN)combined with an attentionmechanism is proposed for training performance *** last,an experiment is carried out to evaluate the estimation *** with the support vector machine method,CNN method and long short-term memory method,the proposed algorithm has the best load estimation performance.
