Dose evaluation of therapeutic radiolabeled bleomycin complexes based on biodistribution data in wild-type rats:Effect of radionuclides in absorbed dose of different organs

Bleomycins(BLMs), as tumor-seeking antibiotics, have been used for over 20 years in treatment of several types of cancers. Several radioisotopes are used in radiolabeling of BLMs for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. An important points in developing new radiopharmaceuticals, especially therapeutic agents, is the absorbed dose delivered in critical organs. In this work, absorbed dose to organs after injection of ^(153)Sm-,^(177)Lu- and ^(166)Ho-labeled BLM was investigated by radiation dose assessment resource(RADAR) method based on biodistribution data in wild-type rats. The absorbed dose effect of the radionuclides was evaluated. The maximum absorbed dose for the complexes was observed in the kidneys, liver and lungs. For all the radiolabeled BLMs,bone and red marrow received considerable absorbed dose. Due to the high energy beta particles emitted by ^(166)Ho, higher absorbed dose is observed for ^(166)Ho-BLM in the most organs. The reported data can be useful for the determination of the maximum permissible injected activity of the radiolabeled BLMs in the treatment planning programs.

Globally known about the drivers through which farmers are instigated to uphold and use Hail Canon Technology(HCT)is ***,this article intended to examine the drivers of forecasting the behavioral intention and acceptance behavior of the HCT,249 apple farmers from northwestern Iran were recruited,including adopters(n1=114)and non-adopters(n2=135).The conceptual foundation included demographic theory,resource-based theory,theory of planned behavior,innovation diffusion model,and institutional support *** also used the system dynamics model(SDM)in the Netlogo to assess the results of the conventional statistical approach(i.e.,the logistic model).Authenticated the fitness of conceptual model with the data,logistic model manifests that the most outstanding determinants of the acceptance of HCT entail age,experience,total land size,income,attitude,compatibility,visibility,relative advantage,and financial *** the SDM,it was also shown that the results of the logistic model are confirmed by the *** conclusion,management implications are available for the university extension to eliminate the adoption obstacles and stir up farmers to join in applying HCT,furthermore,researchers would avail themselves of remarks for future research.

Growing concerns for food security and the alleviation of hunger necessitate knowledge-based crop management technologies for sustainable crop *** this study,13 winter bread wheat genotypes(old,relatively old,modern,and breeding lines)were evaluated under three different tillage systems,i.e.,conventional tillage(CT,full tillage with residue removed),reduced tillage(RT,chisel tillage with residue retained)and no-tillage(NT,no-tillage with residue retained on the soil surface)in farmer’s fields under rainfed conditions using strip-plot arrangements in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the west of Iran(Kamyaran and Hosseinabad locations)over two cropping seasons(2018–2019 and 2019–2020).The main objectives were to investigate the effects of tillage systems and growing conditions on the agronomic characteristics,grain yield and stability performance of rainfed winter bread wheat ***(P<0.01)genotype×tillage system interaction effects on grain yield and agronomic traits suggested that the genotypes responded differently to the different tillage *** number of grains per spike and plant height were positively(P<0.0)associated with grain yield under the NT system,so they may be considered as targeted traits for future wheat *** statistical models,the modern cultivars(“Sadra”and“Baran”)were identified as high yielding and showed yield stability across the different tillage *** per each tillage system,genotype“Sadra”followed by“Zargana-6//Dari 1-7 Sabalan”exhibited higher adaption to CT;while cultivars“Jam”and“Azar2”showed better performance under the RT system;and cultivars“Varan”and“Baran”tended to have better performance expression in the NT *** increased grain yields achieved in combination with lower costs and greater profits from conservation agriculture suggest that adapted cultivar and NT systems should be evaluated and promoted more widely to farmers in the west of Iran as an a

在室内条件下检测了白僵菌Beauveria bassiana（Balsamo）Vuillemin菌株IRAN-187C和金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae （Metschnikow）Sorokin菌株 A-396 分别与硅藻土（DE）制剂（InsectoSec）~混用对四纹豆象Callosobruchus maculatus成虫的毒力效果。结果表明：硅藻土与致死剂量和亚致死剂量的真菌分离物混用导致了四纹豆象成虫的高死亡率,且这些处理均缩短了真菌的致死中时（LT50）。LC50的白僵菌***菌株IRAN-187C和LC50的DE混用对四纹豆象的 LT50（122.2h）最低,在95%置信限上与LC50的金龟子绿僵菌***菌株A-396与LC50的DE混用得到的LT50（128.2h）相当,说明两种真菌分离物与DE混用对四纹豆象成虫都具有较好的毒力效果。用四纹豆象成虫检测3个温度（22,27和30℃）和2个相对湿度（40%和55%）组合对DE活性的影响,结果显示30℃和40%相对湿度条件下得到的LT50（110.11h）最低,说明高温低湿条件下DE活性较高。

Numerical Investigation of Upstream Face Slope and Curvature of Ogee Spillway on Flow Pattern

The major object of this research is the numerical analysis of flow fields over ogee spillway with elliptical crest and the USBR （United States Bureau of Reclamation） in both vertical upstream face state and inclined one with slope 3H：3V. And it also researched the effect of geometry, slopes of curvature of spillway upstream face and water head on the flow field and pressure distribution. In fact Navier-Stokes was used for analyzing flow fields, and VOF （volume of fluid） method was utilized for assigning the free surface, k-e turbulence model RNG was used for analyzing the turbulence field too. Studies show the geometric changes of the spillway pressure distribution and discharge. The spillway with the elliptical crest due to existence of coherence at the curvature of crest created less negative pressure on the crest than USBR crest. So it increased efficiency of spillway discharge about 2% than USBR spillway. Inclining upstream face of spillway affects discharge coefficients and discharge. Hence slope 3H：3V in the upstream face of the crest causes 3.4% more negative pressure in tangent surface and discharges more 1.62% discharge than one of spillway including vertical face. Effect of water head on pressure distribution is simulated on both spillways with elliptical and USBR crest. Numerical results compared to experimental data are satisfactory. The resulted errors of computed discharge compared with experimental data were 0.83%-2% in USBR spillway and 0.29%-2.87% in the elliptical spillway.

Background This study aimed to assess the socioeconomic inequality and determinants of screen time (ST) frequency in Iranian children and adolescents. Methods This nationwide study was conducted as part of a national school-based surveillance program among 36,486 students consisting of 50.79% boys and 74.23% urban inhabitants, aged 6–18 years, living in urban and rural areas of 30 provinces of Iran. Socioeconomic inequality in ST, including the time spent for ST, watching TV and leisure-time work-ing with computer, was assessed across quintiles of SES using concentration index (C) and slope index of inequality (SII). Results Overall, 36,486 students completed the study (response rate 91.25%). Their mean (SD) age was 12.14 (3.36) years. The national estimation of frequency of ST was 31.66% (95% CI 31.16–32.17) with ascending change from 20.80% (95% CI 19.81–21.82) to 36.66% (95% CI 35.47–37.87) from the first to the last quintal of SES. EstimatedC value at national level was positive (0.08), which indicate inequality was in favor of low SES groups. Considering the SII values, at national level [? 0.16 (? 0.39, 0.06)], the absolute difference in ST frequency between the bottom and top of the socioeconomic groups had descending trends. In multivariate logistic regression model, family history of obesity, generalized obesity and age were the main significant determinants of prolonged ST, watching TV, and computer working (P < 0.001). Conclusions Socioeconomic inequality in ST frequency was in favor of low SES groups. These findings are useful for health policies, better programming and future complementary analyses.

Investigation on Relationship between Test Anxiety and Academic Performance of Nursing and Midwifery Students in Tabriz and maragheh—Iran

Background and Aim: Given the dramatic decline in the ability of test due to test anxiety, the goal of this study was to evaluate the relationship between test anxiety and academic performances in students. Materials and Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was performed on 216 Iranian nursing and midwifery students in 2011-2012, utilizing Sarason Anxiety Inventory, demographic checklist and the average mark of students in the period of midterm and final exam. Multinomial logistic regression analyses by reporting odds ratios and their 95% confidence intervals were performed by SPSS17 software to assess the relationship between test anxiety and academic performances. Results: Mild, moderate and sever test anxiety was observed in 30.6, 43.1 and 26.4 percent of students respectively. Test anxiety was significantly related to academic performance (average), major and city. Also, there was 52.9% decrease for odds of having sever anxiety (compared to mild anxiety) with 1 point increase in average (OR = 0.471, 95% CI = (0.298 - 0.745) and p = 0.001). Conclusions: Due to inverse relationship between test anxiety and academic performance, performing preventive programs such as in time treatment of anxiety, empowering the students to deal with anxiety and conducting consulting services for how to studying are very important. Consequently it would be a big step in decreasing the test anxiety and therefore in improving the academic performance.
