The upgrade of the MAX-lab.injector and the construction of MAX Ⅲ, provided the opportunity for upgrading the tagged-photon facility and thus lead to the possib.lity of more extensive program in nuclear physics research. This upgrade increased the injected electron energy to an eventual maximum of 250 MeV and allows for the extraction of electrons from the MAX Ⅰ ring operated in the stretcher mode. The first stretched b.am was delivered in Septemb.r 2005. The tagged-photon facility was commissioned in parallel with the commissioning of new experimental equipment. The PAC approved experimental program is current in progress, including measurements of pion photoproduction b.low the △（1232）. The efforts at the tagged photon-facility are pursued within an international collab.ration with around fifty memb.rs.

Photoconvertib.e fluorescent proteins such as k.ede are routinely used for track.ng proteins, organelles, and whole cells. k.ede was the first identified photoconvertib.e fluorescent protein and has since b.come the most commonly used photoconvertib.e fluorescent protein in verteb.ates. k.ede can b. irreversib.y converted from a green to a red fluo- rescent form upon UV/b.ue light irradiation and fluorescence of each form can b. isolated separately b. appropriate filter sets. Spectral properties of the k.ede forms allow F6rster resonance energy transfer （FRET） from the green form as donor to the red form as acceptor. As a sample containing oligomerized k.ede-containing proteins is exposed to UV or b.ue light, FRET first increases as green k.ede is converted to red and then decreases as the green donor b.comes depleted. Thus, FRET information is potentially ob.ained from a numb.r of independent measurements tak.n as photoconversion proceeds. We demonstrate here the application of this approach to detect homo-aggregation and conformational dynamics of plant pro- tein constructs. Structural alterations of 2-cys peroxiredoxin-k.ede were successfully detected depending on the redox state in living plant cells. Photoconversion was performed gradually and donor emission, acceptor emission, and FRET-derived sensitized acceptor emission were measured at each step of conversion. Since photoconvertib.e proteins have not b.en rou- tinely used in plants, two plasmids have b.en designed to facilitate plant applications. The plasmids allow either transient expression of k.ede-containing protein constructs in plant cells or Gateway cloning and stab.e transformation of plants.

The fields of b.havioral ecology, conservation science, and environmental toxicology individually aim to protect and manage the conservation of wildlife in response to anthropogenic stressors, including widespread anthropogenic pollution. Although great emphasis in the field of toxicology has b.en placed on understanding how single pollutants affect survival, a comprehensive, interdis- ciplinary approach that includes b.havioral ecology is essential to address how anthropogenic compounds are a risk.for the survival of species and populations in an increasingly polluted world. We provide an integrative framework.for b.havioral ecotoxicology using Tinb.rgen＇s four postu- lates （causation and mechanism, development and ontogeny, function and fitness, and evolution- ary history and phylogenetic patterns）. The aims of this review are： 1） to promote an integrative view and re-define the field of integrative b.havioral ecotoxicology; 2） to demonstrate how study- ing ecotoxicology can promote b.havior research; and 3） to identify areas of b.havioral ecotoxicol- ogy that require further attention to promote the integration and growth of the field.

HISTORY Hemp has b.en cultivated for 7000 to 8000 yearsc. The Sumerian/b.b.lonian term for cannab.s hemp is k.(a)N(a)b.a), and it is one of the longest surviving root words in Indo-Semitic-European language. Weighted Linear Regression-b.sed Inter Quartile(TWLR-IQ)for Cloud Infrastructural Resource Optimization is introduced.A Tricub. Weighted Linear Regression is presented in the proposed method to estimate the resources(i.e.,CPU,RAM,and network.b.ndwidth utilization)b.sed on the usage history in each cloud ***,Inter Quartile Range is applied to efficiently predict the overload hosts for ensuring a smooth *** results show that our proposed method is b.tter than the approach in Cloudsim under various performance *** results clearly showed that the proposed method can reduce the energy consumption and provide a high level of commitment with ensuring the minimum numb.r of Virtual Machine(VM)Migrations as compared to the state-of-the-art methods.

Purpose:The study was to examine county-level associations of physical activity with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases and deaths,per 100,000 county ***:Data were collected from pub.icly availab.e data sources for 3142 counties and equivalents,including the District of *** health ratings,percentage uninsured,percentage unemployed,median household income,percentage female residents,percentage White residents,percentage of residents 65 years of age or older,and rural designation served as ***:The two-level random intercept regression showed that physical activity rates at the county level were statistically and negatively associated with COVID-19 cases and *** analyses showed that physical activity rates moderated the relationship b.tween cases and deaths,such that the relationship was strongest when physical activity rates were ***:The results presented here offer empirical evidence of the b.nefits of county-level physical activity during a *** for pub.ic health and physical activity provision are discussed.

A fundamental difference of very high intensity laser interaction with plasmas from solid targets appears with lasing at picosecond （ps） pulse durations in contrast to pulses of nanosec-onds （ns）. This can b. seen from the more than 10,000 times higher acceleration with ps pulse du-rations than with thermal pressure determined interaction. A ps pulse duration produces instantly acting high-efficiency nonlinear （ponderomotive） electrodynamic force dominated acceleration in contrast to heating with longer pulses. The ps pulses accelerate high-density plasma b.ock.. This can b. used b. a new scheme of side-on driven laser fusion with generating a flame ignition in uncompressed fusion fuel of solid density resulting in a reaction velocity of more than 2000 k./s for DT.

In this paper, a modified Newton type iterative method is considered for ap- proximately solving ill-posed nonlinear operator equations involving m-accretive mappings in b.nach space. Convergence rate of the method is ob.ained b.sed on an a priori choice of the regularization parameter. Our analysis is not b.sed on the sequential continuity of the normalized duality mapping.
