针对现有轻量级模型在嵌入式设备的人脸识别应用中存在识别精度难以提升的问题,提出一种融合人脸对齐关键特征点信息的轻量级新残差网络模型(Lightweight New Residual Network,LNRN).LNRN利用深度残差网络结构能够解决网络退化且避免干扰因素影响的优势,结合人脸对齐环节产生的关键特征点信息,对深度残差网络结构进行简化和合理设计,实现对关键特征信息和全局信息的提取.为避免特征提取过程中丢失重要特征信息,该模型在新残差网络中加入结合空间和通道的注意力机制进行辅助.在公开的四个标准人脸数据集上的仿真实验表明,该模型识别速度在接近主流轻量级人脸识别方法的同时,平均识别精度比MobiFace提高了0.6%.

非饱和土固结理论中的边界条件对土体的固结有着重要的影响,它反映了土体在固结过程中边界的透气透水状态。针对实际工程中边界条件的复杂多样性,该文引入一个统一形式边界条件,构建了一个在瞬时均布荷载作用下,由顶面统一边界、底面完全不渗透边界组成的非饱和土一维固结计算模型。基于Fredlund非饱和土一维固结理论,采用Laplace变换等方法得到了Laplace域内超孔隙压力的解,再通过Laplace逆变换得到了时间域内相应解答。运用一个典型算例,设置合理的边界参数,将统一边界条件下的半解析解退化到几种常规边界条件下的解与文献中已有的结果进行比较,验证了所得解的正确性,并对非饱和土一维固结特性进行了简要分析。研究结果表明:统一边界条件下的半解析解相当于一个通解,具有广泛的适用性;通过改变相关边界参数的取值,可以模拟土层边界条件由完全不渗透到完全渗透的变化过程;固结过程中,边界条件对超孔隙气压力和超孔隙水压力的消散影响很大。因此,该文的研究具有一定的学术价值,所得的半解析解对不同边界条件下的实际工程具有参考价值。

兴是以《诗经》为代表的中国古典诗歌最独特的艺术表现手法之一,其显著特征便是以花草树木、鸟兽虫鱼来隐喻人和事。从现代隐喻理论看,其关涉到的隐喻"人是动/植物"正是大连环隐喻(Great Chain Metaphor)这一人类最为普遍存在的理想认知模式中最耀眼的环节。以动植物为始源域,兴符合隐喻从简单到复杂、从具体到抽象的投射方向,符合隐喻的体验哲学原则,符合诗歌含蓄性特点,符合先民的图腾崇拜意识。兴在诗歌中的创造性运用反映了中国古代劳动人民的大智慧和匠心独具的艺术个性。动植物隐喻作为人类最朴素的自我认知的方式,还普遍存在于东西方文化中,反映在其象征性和姓名文化中,这充分体现了人类在认知模式上的共性。

Objective Recombinase-aided polymerase chain reaction(RAP)is a sensitive,single-tube,two-stage nucleic acid amplification *** study aimed to develop an assay that can be used for the early diagnosis of three types of bacteremia caused by Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA),and Acinetobacter baumannii(AB)in the bloodstream based on recombinant human mannanbinding lectin protein(M1 protein)-conjugated magnetic bead(M1 bead)enrichment of pathogens combined with *** Recombinant plasmids were used to evaluate the assay *** blood influenza bacteria were used for the specific *** and clinical plasma samples were enriched with M1 beads and then subjected to multiple recombinase-aided PCR(M-RAP)and quantitative PCR(qPCR)*** analysis was used to evaluate the consistency between the two *** The M-RAP method had sensitivity rates of 1,10,and 1 copies/μL for the detection of SA,PA,and AB plasmids,respectively,without cross-reaction to other bacterial *** M-RAP assay obtained results for<10 CFU/mL pathogens in the blood within 4 h,with higher sensitivity than qPCR.M-RAP and qPCR for SA,PA,and AB yielded Kappa values of 0.839,0.815,and 0.856,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion An M-RAP assay for SA,PA,and AB in blood samples utilizing M1 bead enrichment has been developed and can be potentially used for the early detection of bacteremia.
