The synthesis of block copolymers of poly(tetrahydrofuran)-b-poly(α-amino acid)(PTHF-b-PAA)is challenging since it is difficult to combine the two blocks produced via different/conflicting ring-opening polymerization(ROP)*** this contribution,the cationic ROP of THF is catalyzed by rare-earth triflate[RE(OTf)3]and terminated by 2-(t-butyloxycarbonyl-amino)ethanol(BAE).After the deprotection of t-butyloxycarbonyl(Boc)group,the chain end of PTHF is quantitatively changed to amino group which thereafter initiates the nucleophilic ROP ofα-amino acid N-thiocarboxyanhydrides(NTAs).Both polymerizations are well controlled,generating PTHF and PAA segments with designable molecular weights(MWs).PTHF-b-polylysine(PTHF-b-PLys)and PTHF-b-polysarcosine(PTHF-b-PSar)are obtained with MWs between 8.6 and 28.7 kg/*** above amphiphilic diblock copolymers form micelles in ***40-b-PSar32 acts as a surfactant to stabilize oil-in-water *** segments of PTHF-b-PAA are biocompatible and promising in the biomedical application.

Molecular structure of a naphthyridine and pyrazine amine ligand, N2,N7-di（pyrazin-2-yl）-1,8-naphthyri-dine-2,7-diamine（H2dpznda 1） was studied, and a three-dimensional supramolecular network with a double helix chain structure through intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions between the naphthyridine and pyrazine rings was depicted. Through ligand 1, [Co2（μ2-dpznda）2（μ2-CH3OH）2]（2） was obtained and two ligands coordinate to two Co2＋）as tetradentate bridging ligands. Single crystal and magnetism study on 2 revealed that the complex exhibited weak yet significant metal-metal interaction.

BACKGROUND Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) is a serious and irreversible injury. Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) is considered to be a potential therapy for I/R injury due to the paracrine effects. High-mobility group box1(HMGB1) is a novel mediator in MSC and regulates the response of inflammation injury. Signal Transduction and Transcription Activator 3(STAT3) is a critical transcription factor and important for release of paracrine factors. However, the relationship between HMGB1 and STAT3 in paracrine effect of MSC remains *** In vitro, hypoxia/reoxygenation injury model was established by Anaero Pack System and examined by Annexin V flow cytometry, CCK8 assay and morphology observation. Detection of apoptotic proteins and protein expression of HMGB1and STAT3 by Western *** The conditioned medium of MSCs with or without LPS pretreatment was cocultured with H9C2 cells for 24 h before hypoxia treatment and MSC showed obvious cardiomyocytes protect role, as evidence by decreased apoptosis rate and improved cells viability, and LPS pretreated MSC exhibited better protect role than untreated MSC. However, such effect was abolished in HMGB1 deficiency group, silencing HMGB1 decreased the secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), hepatocyte growth factor(HGF), insulin growth factor(IGF), cell viability, and the expression of STAT3. 金属有机骨架(MOFs)因其在多相催化中的应用而受到广泛的关注,但是与反应混合物的分离效果差限制了其实际应用.MOFs薄膜在光催化分解污染物方面有着广泛的应用,但在光催化CO_(2)领域很少有报道,所以制备适合光催化CO_(2)高效还原的MOFs薄膜十分有必要.本研究通过静电纺丝将ZIF-67混纺在聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维膜(NFMs)内,再进行热稳定处理,得到SZIF-67/PAN NFMs,表征了其形貌特征、化学成分、光催化性能以及光电性能等.结果表明,SZIF-67/PAN NFMs由于可见光响应的改善、光热转化能力和耐溶剂能力的提高,对CO_(2)的还原表现出优异的可见光驱动光催化活性,CO生成速率达到12000μmol/(g·h),重复使用3次后光催化性能仍保持在85.4%.此外,还提出了CO_(2)全面光还原的可能机理:光敏剂通过可见光激发产生电子注入SZIF-67/PAN NFMs中Co活性点位,吸附在Co活性点位上的电子进一步转移到CO_(2)上并与质子形成CO.最后CO从NFMs上解吸,实现光催化CO_(2)到CO的转化.
