The Bacillus thuringiensis vegetative insecticidal protein, Vip3 A, represents a new family of Bt toxin and is currently applied to commercial transgenic cotton. To determine whether the Cry1Ac-resistant Helicoverpa armigera is cross-resistant to Vip3 Aa protein, insecticidal activities, proteolytic activations and binding properties of Vip3 Aa toxin were investigated using Cry1Ac-susceptible（96S） and Cry1Ac-resistant H. armigera strain（Cry1Ac-R）. The toxicity of Vip3 Aa in Cry1Ac-R slightly reduced compared with 96 S, the resistance ratio was only 1.7-fold. The digestion rate of full-length Vip3 Aa by gut juice extracts from 96 S was little faster than that from Cry1Ac-R. Surface plasmon resonance（SPR） showed there was no significant difference between the binding affinity of Vip3 Aa and BBMVs between 96 S and Cry1Ac-R strains, and there was no significant competitive binding between Vip3 Aa and Cry1 Ac in susceptible or resistant strains. So there had little cross-resistance between Vip3 Aa and Cry1 Ac,Vip3A＋Cry proteins maybe the suitable pyramid strategy to control H. armigera in china in the future.

Study on Digital Design System of Ultrasonic Horn

Ultrasonic horn is an important part in the ultrasonic vibrating system. Traditional design method for ultrasonic horn has its disadvantages such as low efficiency and poor precision, etc. Putting the emphasis on principle and structure types of ultrasonic horn, and adopting Visual Basic programming language, a digital design system for ultrasonic horn was developed based on SolidWorks software platform. In addition, the modern design techniques such as case-based reasoning (CRB) and expert system (ES) are applied to this system, which improve the efficiency and intelligence of design process greatly.

利用细胞裂解液充分溶解细胞蛋白质是成功进行蛋白质组分析的先决条件 .尝试利用三步提取法 ,即以三种溶解性能不同的裂解液分步提取细胞中的蛋白质组 ,并分别进行二维聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳 (two dimensionalpolyacrylamidegelelectrophoresis,2 DPAge)分离 .通过对 2 DPAge蛋白质图谱的比较 ,发现其与常规方法相比 ,具有蛋白质提取率高、双向电泳 (two dimensionalelectrophoresis,2 DE)分辨率高等优点 .

Surface pollen and vegetation reconstruction from central and northern mountains of Taiwan

Surface pollen from various montane vegeta-tions in Shalixian Mt. and Lepei Mt. of central and northern Taiwan have been explored and analyzed. The pollen datawere used to simulate vegetation types by using the biomisa-tion technique. Computing three matrixes of pollen taxa,plant functional types and combined biomes, vegetation types at each site have been finally defined through the fuzselections of a tie-breaking rule. The results show that sur-face pollen data can simulate the subtropical Castanopsis andCyclobalanopsis forests, alpine warm-temperate Quercus and Quercus-Pinus forests, and alpine temperate/cool-temperate conifers of Tsuga-Picea and Picea-Abies forests. Simulatedelevations of the forests are similar to actual locations of the forests. This study can add vertical surface pollen data forextending investigation of various vegetation types in china, provide PFT schemes and vegetation types in low-latitude and montane areas, and be applied as modern analogues for fossil pollen in order to reconstruct Quaternary

促进作物对氮肥的吸收和同化对提高作物产量、改善品质至关重要。目前,低分子量有机质对植物利用土壤氮素的影响研究鲜有报道。本研究目的在于探究以小分子有机酸为主要成分的维生素C工业废弃液古龙酸母液(RAE)在不结球白菜(Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis)利用土壤氮素过程中发挥的作用。结果表明:施用RAE后,氮肥农学效率、氮肥偏生产力、氮肥生理利用率和氮肥表观利用率分别提高171.2%、57.9%、46.1%和86.1%;施用RAE显著促进了植株生长,叶片总氮积累量和生物量分别提高60.7%和57.9%;同时,叶绿素含量提高16.7%,可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸含量分别提高65.4%和15.1%,且亚硝酸盐还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶和谷氨酸合成酶表达水平上调,表明光合作用得到强化,显著促进了无机氮同化;RAE能够显著提高氮肥利用率,在增加作物产量的同时,还可以改善作物品质。本研究为RAE的资源化利用提供了科学依据,并为提高氮肥利用率带来一种具有潜在应用前景的有机增效剂。

The low-density imaging performance of a zone plate-based nano-resolution hard x-ray computed tomography(CT)system can be significantly improved by incorporating a grating-based Lau interferometer. Due to the diffraction, however,the acquired nano-resolution phase signal may suffer splitting problem, which impedes the direct reconstruction of phase contrast CT(nPCT) images. To overcome, a new model-driven nPCT image reconstruction algorithm is developed in this study. In it, the diffraction procedure is mathematically modeled into a matrix B, from which the projections without signal splitting can be generated invertedly. Furthermore, a penalized weighted least-square model with total variation(PWLSTV) is employed to denoise these projections, from which nPCT images with high accuracy are directly *** experiments demonstrate that this new algorithm is able to work with phase projections having any splitting distances. Moreover, results also reveal that nPCT images of higher signal-to-noise-ratio(SNR) could be reconstructed from projections having larger splitting distances. In summary, a novel model-driven nPCT image reconstruction algorithm with high accuracy and robustness is verified for the Lau interferometer-based hard x-ray nano-resolution phase contrast imaging.

A An analytical method using high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry （HR-ICP-MS） for rapid simultaneous determination of 24 elements （Be, Mg, A1, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ga, ge, As, Se, Mo, Ag, Cd, Sn Sb, Ba, Pt, Au, and Pb） in high purity cobalt was described. Sample digestions were performed in closed microwave vessels using HNO3 and HCI. The matrix effects because of the presence of excess HCI and Co were evaluated. The usefulness of high mass resolution for overcoming some spectral interference was demonstrated. The optimum conditions for the determination were tested and discussed. The standard addition method was employed for quantitative analysis. The detection limits were 0.016-1.50 ].tg·g^-1, the recovery ratios were 92.2%-111.2%, and the RSD was less than 3.6%. The method was accurate, quick, and convenient. It was applied to the determination of trace impurities in high purity cobalt with satisfactory results.

The crystal and molecular structure of [Li+（DME）3]2[（CpNd）4 （μ2-CH3）2（μ4-O）（μ2-Cl）6]2as determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with lattice parameters a= 14. 614（5）, b= 18. 683 （5）,c= 24. 595 （6） A, β = ,91-85（2）°, V = 6712（3） A3,2 = 4,DC = 1. 63g/cm3,F（000） = 3256,Mr=1650. 85. The structure was solved by direct methods and Fourier techniques and refined by least-squares to a final R=0. 047,RW = 0. 049 for 3761 with I>3σ（I）. The result revealed that the anion [（CpNd）4（μ4-O）（μ2-Cl）6（μ2-CH3）2]2- is composed of four neodymium （Ⅲ） atoms bridged by six Cl atoms, two methyl groups and one oxygen atom, and every Nd is bonded to a cyclopentadienyl group. The four Nd atoms form a distorted tetrahedron. The cations are composed of two Li+（DME）3 with average Li-O distance of 2. 120（40） A.

The blue shift of optical transmittance edges were observed in amorphous semiconductor ge(S,Se)2 chal-cogenide films with light illumination. The shift in well-annealed films could be recovered by annealing the films near the glass-transition temperature again. The photocrystalliza-tion was also observed in amorphous ge(S,Se)2 films with light illumination by the transmitting electron microscope measurement. The photoinduced phenomina of the amorphous ge(S,Se)2 films could be applied to designing some new kinds of optical storage materials.
