A Case of Benign Mature Cystic Teratoma of Left Fallopian Tube Along with Right Endometrial Ovarian Cyst

Objective To report a case of benign mature cystic teratoma of fallopian tube along with endometrial ovarian cyst, occasionally found during the operation. Methods A 30-year-old patient complained of mild dysmenorrhea and gradual enlargement of bilateral adnexal cysts in the past one year. At the age of 27 she had undergone a laparoscopic right ovarian endometrial cyst ablation. Before the second operation, pelvic ultrasound revealed recurrence of bilateral cysts in the adnexal regions, as well as serum concentrations of CA19-9 and CA125 above normal limits. Laparotomy revealed a 7 cm cystic mass of the right ovary, tightly adhesive to the lateral pelvic; a 10 cm-large mass on the left adnexal region embedded among intestines. The left adnexal mass appeared to be attached to the fimbriated end of the left fallopian tube with the ipsi-lateral ovary. However the left fallopian tube was obscure because of severe synechia. After separating the adhesion, we found the left hydrosalpinx. Results During laparotomy, both the cyst on the right ovary and the left fallopian tube were removed. Grossly, it revealed enlargement of the left fallopian tube in diameter 1.3 cm, with 2 neoplasms, in diameter 0.6 cm and off-white and smooth appearance. This mass was considered to be a mature solid teratoma arising in the left fallopian tube. At the same time it indicated left hydrosalpinx. Conclusion Although mature cystic teratomas are derived from ovarian germ cells （in proportion of 16%-20%）, mature teratoma of the fallopian tube is very rare. Once diagnosis, the operation will be recommended. This case was revealed during the laparotomy accidentally. The prognosis was good.

Differential expression of microRNA clusters in bladder transitional cell carcinoma

Objective： The aim of the study was to investigate the differential expression of microRNAs （miRNAs） in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTC）. Methods： Fresh tissues were obtained from patients with BTC （9 cases; 3 cases with grade Ⅰ, 3 cases with grade Ⅱ, 3 cases with grade III） and those with normal bladder mucosa （3 cases） and stored in liquid nitrogen. Total RNA was extracted using TRizol reagent and RNA was quantified and quality control was performed, miRNA probes were labeled with Hy3TM fluorescence, then hybridized with a miRCUR^M array labeling kit. miRNAarrays were scanned and analyzed and the scanned result was validated using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR）. Results： In four groups of differentially expressed genes obtained from grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ, grade Ⅲ, and grade Ⅰ ＋ grade Ⅱ ＋ grade Ⅲ BTC tissues compared with normal bladder mucosa, hsa-miR-29b-1＊ was upregulated, and hsa-miR-923 and hsa-miR-300 were downregulated. The hsa-miR-29b-1＊, hsa-miR-300, and hsa-miR-923 findings were confirmed by real-time RT-PCR. Conclusion： genes that were differentially expressed between BTC and normal bladder mucosa may be involved in the pathogenesis and development of BTC, and may be useful for further studies of BTC-related genes.

According to the multiple researches in the last couple of years, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) has shown a great potential for rapid analysis in steel ***, the accuracy and precision may be limited by complex matrix effect and selfabsorption effect of LIBS seriously. A novel multivariate calibration method based on genetic algorithm-kernel extreme learning machine(GA-KELM) is proposed for quantitative analysis of multiple elements(Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, V, Ti, Cu, Mo) in forty-seven certified steel and iron ***, the standardized peak intensities of selected spectra lines are used as the input of ***, the genetic algorithm is adopted to optimize the model parameters due to its obvious capability in finding the global optimum solution. Based on these two steps above, the kernel method is introduced to create kernel matrix which is used to replace the hidden layer's output matrix. Finally, the least square is applied to calculate the model's output weight. In order to verify the predictive capability of the GA-KELM model, the R-square factor(R^2), Root-meansquare Errors of Calibration(RMSEC), Root-mean-square Errors of Prediction(RMSEP) of GAKELM model are compared with the traditional PLS algorithm, respectively. The results confirm that GA-KELM can reduce the interference from matrix effect and self-absorption effect and is suitable for multi-elements calibration of LIBS.

采用改进的碱催化法和种子法分别制备出Eu^(3+)掺杂球形二氧化硅胶体微球,实验表明改进的碱催化法制备出的产物表面有絮状物质较多,且形貌不理想;采用种子法制备的Eu^(3+)掺杂二氧化硅合成的最终产物表面光滑、粒径均匀、单分散性和球形度均较好的Eu^(3+)掺杂的二氧化硅胶体微球。采用种子法掺杂不同浓度的Eu^(3+),其在紫外光的激发下,表现出明显的Eu^(3+)特征红光发射,并分析Eu(TTFA)_3掺杂SiO_2微球的发射光谱特性。最后得出种子法制备Eu^(3+)掺杂二氧化硅胶体微球的较佳浓度是4.5%(摩尔分数)。

In view of the fact that the current ground wheel velocimetry of the peanut precision fertilizer control system cannot solve the phenomenon of ground wheel slippage,and signal interference and delay loss cannot be excluded by BeiDou positioning velocimetry,a set of peanut precision fertilizer control system was designed based on the threshold speed *** system used STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the main controller,and touch screen for setting the operating parameters such as operating width,fertilizer type,and fertilizer application *** threshold speed algorithm combined with BeiDou and ground wheel velocimetry was adopted to obtain the forward speed of the tractor and adjust the speed of the DC drive motor of the fertilizer applicator in real time to achieve precise fertilizer ***,through the threshold speed algorithm test,the optimal value of the length N of the ground wheel speed measurement queue was determined as 3,and the threshold of the speed variation coefficient was set to 4.6%.Then,the response performance of the threshold speed algorithm was verified by comparative test with different fertilization amounts(40 kg/hm^(2),50 kg/hm^(2),60 kg/hm^(2),70 kg/hm^(2))under two speed acquisition methods of ground wheel speed measurement and threshold speed algorithm(combination of Beidou single-point speed and ground wheel speed measurement)in different operation speeds(3 km/h,4 km/h,5 km/h).The response performance test results showed that the average value of the velocimetry delay distance of the BeiDou single-point positioning velocimetry method was 0.58 m,while the average value of that with the threshold velocity algorithm was 0.27 m,which decreased by 0.31 m and indicated more accurate with the threshold velocity *** field comparison test for fertilizer application performance turned out an over 96.08%accuracy rate of fertilizer discharge by applied with the threshold speed algorithm,which effectively avoided the ina
