Synthesis of 4-aminoantipyrine Sc.iff bases and their antimic.obial ac.ivities

Various c.mpounds of 4-aminoantipyrine Sc.iff bases(M1–M12) were synthesized via a c.ndensation reac.ion of 4-aminoantipyrine with different benzaldehydes through a c.nventional method of refluxing the mixture for 3–4 h. The synthesized Sc.iff bases were c.arac.erized by using elemental analyses, FT-IR, UV-Vis, Mass, 1 H and 13 c.NMR spec.rosc.py. The antimic.obial ac.ivity of the synthesized Sc.iff bases was investigated against 12 bac.erial strains(Myc.bac.erium smegmatis, Bac.llus c.reus, Bac.llus subtilis, Enteroc.c.us faec.lis, Staphyloc.c.us epidermidis, Klebsiella pneumonia, Esc.eric.ia c.li, Enterobac.er c.oac.e, Klebsiella oxytoc., Proteus vulgaris, Enterobac.er aerogenes, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa), and antifungal ac.ivities were tested against seven fungal strains(Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus c.rbonarious, Aspergillus parasitic.s, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, Fusarium vertic.llioides and Fusarium proliferatum). The antimic.obial ac.ivities of the synthesized c.mpounds were c.mpared with standard streptomyc.n and nalidixic.ac.d. The results obtained from antibac.erial assay indic.ted that M1–M12 inhibited potential growth of Proteus vulgaris with minimum inhibitory c.nc.ntrations(MIc.) ranging from 15.6–250 μg/mL c.mpared with the standard nalidixic.ac.d with an MIc.of 500 μg/mL. Moreover, we c.uld c.nc.ude that most of the tested c.mpounds experienc.d mild to low ac.ivities at 15.6 μg/mL. Their ac.ivities c.uld be attributed to their low c.nc.ntration s. The antifungal analysis showed that the tested fungi were not sensitive to the prepared Sc.iff bases at the prepared c.nc.ntration of 500 μg/mL. Therefore, we rec.mmended further analysis on both c.totoxic.ty and minimum bac.eric.dal c.nc.ntration(MBc. to asc.rtain their potential effec.s against human c.lls.

Antibac.erial resistanc. is a sourc. of great c.nc.rn in the effec.ive prevention and treatment of infec.ions c.used by bac.eria,making the development of requisite therapeutic. a major c.allenge.N-(Nitrophenyl)c.c.oamino ac.ds are important c.mpounds in the synthesis of poly-c.ndensed nitrogen-c.ntaining heteroc.c.es with marked ac.ivities in many biologic.l systems.A series of substituted N-(o-nitrophenyl)c.c.oamino-2-c.rboxylic.ac.ds 3a–3g were synthesized via the c.ndensation reac.ion of substituted o-halogenonitrobenzenes with L-proline 2a and D,L-pipec.linic.ac.d 2b,under refluxing alc.holic.basic.c.nditions in exc.llent *** synthesized c.mpounds were c.arac.erised by FT-IR,(1H&13c.NMR,UV-Vis,mass spec.rosc.py and elemental *** antibac.erial ac.ivities were evaluated against five Gram-positive and five Gram-negative bac.erial strains using the broth mic.o-dilution *** antibac.erial ac.ivities of the synthesized c.mpounds were c.mpared with streptomyc.n and nalidixic.ac.d as standard antibiotic.*** minimum inhibitory c.nc.ntration(MIc.values of c.mpounds 3a–3g revealed good antibac.erial ac.ivities against the tested *** 3a–3g were more potent than nalidixic.ac.d against Enteroc.c.us faec.lis,Myc.bac.erium smegmatis,Esc.eric.ia c.li and Proteus vulgaris and also more potent than streptomyc.n against Enterobac.er c.oac.e and Staphyloc.c.us *** 3a,3c.and 3g displayed the highest antibac.erial potenc. with an MIc.value of 15.6μg/mL against ***,*** and ***,*** results indic.ted that these aryl c.c.oamino ac.ds with antibac.erial ac.ivities had potential applic.tions as substitutes for antimic.obial peptide antibiotic.,whic. are not susc.ptible to bac.erial resistanc.,to solve the problem of drug resistanc..

Mic.oearthquakes ac.ompanying shale gas rec.very highlight the importanc. of exploring the fric.ional and stability properties of shale *** to reveal the influenc.ng fac.ors on fault stability,this paper explores the impac. of mineral c.mpositions,effec.ive stress and temperature on the fric.ional stability of Longmaxi shale gouges in deep reservoirs loc.ted in the Luzhou area,southeastern Sic.uan *** shear experiments were c.nduc.ed to define the fric.ional strength and stability of five shale *** spec.fic.experimental c.nditions were as follows:temperatures:90–270°c.a c.nfining stress:95 MPa;and pore fluid pressures:25–55 *** results show that all five shale gouges generally display high fric.ional strength with fric.ion c.effic.ents ranging from 0.60 to 0.70 at the aforementioned experiment c.ndition of pressures,and *** stability is signific.ntly affec.ed by temperature and mineral c.mpositions,but is insensitive to variation in pore fluid *** instability is enhanc.d at higher temperatures(espec.ally at>200°c.and with higher tec.osilic.te/c.rbonate *** results demonstrate that the c.mbined effec. of mineral c.mposition and temperature is partic.larly important for induc.d seismic.ty during hydraulic.frac.uring in deep shale reservoirs.

合成了10种二茂铁基席夫碱1~10,并采用UV⁃Vis光谱、FT⁃IR、元素分析、1 H和13c.NMR谱对其进行了表征。评价了所合成的化合物对11种细菌菌株(枯草芽孢杆菌ATc.19659、产气克雷伯氏菌肠杆菌ATc.13882、粪肠球菌ATc.13047、耻垢分枝杆菌Mc.155、表皮葡萄球菌ATc.14990、金黄色葡萄球菌ATc.25923、大肠杆菌ATc.25922、阴沟肠杆菌ATc.13047、产酸克雷伯氏菌ATc.8724、奇异变形杆菌ATc.7002、普通变形杆菌ATc.6380)的抗菌活性。抗菌试验结果表明,与标准物萘啶酸和硫酸链霉素对比,合成的席夫碱1~10可抑制产气克雷伯氏菌和粪肠球菌的潜在生长,最低抑菌浓度(MIc.分别为15.6~31.25和31.25~125μg·mL^(-1)。
